Getting little bit old

The service provided by staff was fantastic. Request were attended to immediately. The pool area and lounges were great to spend the whole day on while having a view of the beach. Security and staff were present at all times. Breakfast was great with buffet and a la carte, and the coffee was Melbourne standard. Dinner upstairs was a bonus for sunset and view of the beach. Day spa massage and staff was great. Very relaxing stay.

The rooms were a little tired in places, however it was minimal for the size and offerings of the room. The foyer looks like it needs a refresh. It is apparent that remodelling is happening to some of the rooms, so this may already be part of a plan.

- Non hotels guests can use the pool - should not be allowed when limited beds anyway. - Not all the rooms were up to standard/good value for money. I paid for a pool view and ocean view (more expensive) and the pool view was much better. Ocean view was only on level 2 and obstructed by a tree overlooking next door hotel. Hotel should only be charging full rate for ocean view if on level 5 with no obstructions - Breakfast & Room Service was average. - Issues with payment at check in caused additional credit card charges

When on the balcony, there seemed to be a lot of noise coming from the hotel air conditioning. The DJ music around the pool in the afternoon was sometimes too loud and could be heard from within the room.

We booked the pool suite and our room was massive with a private pool shared with 3 other rooms (but we were the only ones who used it), a jacuzzi, living room and separate dressing room / walk in wardrobe. The service from ALL staff was outstanding. Sayu was amazing at taking care of us. We also had a few massages at the spa and Adi, Ayu and Sandriani were fantastic!!! Really recommend. The room and facilities were super clean.

The toilet took about 3 flushes for the tissue to go down. Things were a little dated however it didn’t matter because the service was OUTSTANDING. It would be nice to see more vegetarian options on the dinner menu.

Very spacious suite, extremely comfortable, loved the Jaccuzzi in the terrace, perfect ocean view, very kind & lovely staff ( Mrs. Sayu in the reception, Ms. Adi in Spa, Mr. Mangtri in Moonlight restaurant) all were very kind & friendly & extremely helpful. I loved the crab in O- crab restaurant, I liked every night’s show. The sea was amazing.

All the staff were amazing and helpful. The room was huge with a great view of the beach. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The infinity pool was lovely. The treatments were wonderful.

Sometimes our room smelled like sewage and our ceiling dripped (I guess because of the humidity) so we had to put towels on the floor.

Staff and services at the hotel were excellent. We booked for our 20th Anniversary and they prepared the room decorations and floral spa is over our expectations! We had very good time celebrating at their hotel.

Need more maintenance, especially water was leaking from the aircond in the room .

Location was amazing. Staff was very helpful. They helped us book other travel plan as well (trip to Nusa Penida), though the travel planner was not great but helped us through. Market is close by.

The breakfast was fantastic, it had everything. The banana pancakes were next level. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel and the restaurant and spa facilities were amazing. The team at spa Ayu, Ani, Dhia were excellent, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend them. Also, Nova and others in the restaurant were amazing. They went out of their way to make special ginger tea for me as I was ill.

Upon arrival, we were given a corner room ( we had the suite with a balcony with sea view), and we were told that it was one of the best rooms in the hotel. But upon entering, there was a very bad sewage smell in the room that sort of spoilt the whole room and the view for us. Later in, we found that the AC did not work, especially at night. The technician came and repaired and still didn't work properly. After complaining multiple times, they only offered another technician. We had to ask for a fan, and I ended up ill. Finally, after escalating to the GM, Sathya and Yuli got us moved to another room. And indeed that was one of the best rooms. I am very sure that they had kept the previous room only for booking.com or other 3rd party booked customers. Everything worked in our 2nd room, and we had the best half of our stay. Hope no one else have to go through that.

we were most happy to receive a free upgrade to a pool entry room. Staff were always friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. Never any trouble getting a pool lounger. Liked that it had direct access to the beach also as there was always a nice breeze.

I do think that at OBeach hotel guests should be given priority at the restaurant.. I did ask for a specific table to be held for me while I changed out of my swimwear and when I came back the table had been given away to someone else who actually only sat and had a Bintang and left. Otherwise everything else was lovely.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. All you can eat breakfast (a là carte and buffet) was delicious. Amenities were great, with pool and gym, and had accompanying restaurants whenever you wanted a delicious meal. Location was quite central - able to walk or take a short ride to main streets of Seminyak. Being beachside was fabulous - able to watch the sunset from the rooftop bar or walk along the beach.

The room was dusty, and so was the bathtub. the rooms don't seem to be deep cleaned between guests.

It once would have been a really nice hotel but now it’s tired and in need of a renovation. There is a beach front restaurant which has a DJ until about 2100hrs in the evening which can be quite loud.

Getting bit old but still amazing views & location on beach

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The room was great. It had a lot of space and was very comfortable and elegant. The spa treatments were wonderful. On our last day our flight was in the evening so the hotel stored our luggage and we enjoyed the pool area during our wait. The hotel then allowed us to use a shower room to clean up before we left for the airport.

The cost of some items and services was high for the area and after the higher cost of the room I thought some things should have been included, like items from mini fridge. We chose to use a private driver to take us to the airport as the cost was 1/4th of what the hotel wanted to charge.

Grand Seminyak is located right on the main beach and has a vibrant atmosphere. The ocean suites are very large and, as the name suggests, they have a great view out to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from your room.

The bathrooms could do with a deeper clean, especially around the shower. Although this was the case for the other hotels we visited in Bali too.
