W Seminyak, Bali

now this one is one to remember. I can't really tell if it was all due to the staff or the hotel or both, but we will always remember the stay at W Bali. absolutely exceptional, I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to truly feel welcomed. Younda was absolutely amazing, helping us with anything we needed at whatever time we need it. she was not the only one, everyone was absolutely amazing and that breakfast, wow, spectacular indeed. thank you everyone at W for making us feel like royalties for a week.

An amazing week spent at the W Seminyak! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay that was made even better by the most friendly, helpful & warm staff. A special thank you to Putu, Patek, Adi & Dika for their exceptional hospitality and to the breakfast staff who started our days on the best note! The entire housekeeping team did an amazing job at maintaining our room and leaving their own special touches every day. We look forward to returning in the future! 10/10 all around!! 🙏🏽❤️

The property was absolutely stunning. The most beautiful ocean front property providing such a relaxed yet luxury experience in every way. It is so central to everything you want to explore but is also your own oasis outside of the bustling streets. The property is maintained superbly, everything is always so clean, fresh and beautifully presented. The staff are beyond beautiful, caring and attentive. Their service is always delivered exceptionally well & they go out of their way to notice every little detail. Great food, drink, atmosphere, amenities & beautiful caring team of people. What more could you ask for! They made the whole experience very special and memorable.

My stay at W Bali was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the resort’s vibrant atmosphere, warm hospitality, and stunning beachfront location created an experience that I will always remember.
The design of the resort is breathtaking—modern, stylish, and full of character. Every corner feels intentional and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean, offering great views and everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The service at W Bali deserves special recognition. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay perfect. Their attention to detail and personalized approach truly elevated the experience.
The food and dining options were also fantastic. From breakfast to late‑night dining, the selection and quality were excellent. The atmosphere at the restaurants and bars was lively yet relaxing—a great balance.
The pool and beach areas are absolutely stunning. Whether you want to unwind, enjoy a drink, or take in the sunset, the ambiance is unmatched. The entire property has a unique energy that makes you feel both refreshed and inspired.
It’s a place where luxury, comfort, and creativity come together beautifully. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali and will definitely return on my next trip

The facilities, design, cleanliness and size of our room - we stayed in the Ocean facing room for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect!

The spa baths and ice plunge pools are within male and female bathrooms so they are segregated. Not a big deal but just meant I couldn’t enjoy the experience with my husband.

Service was great.

The location, staff, facilities, amenities and the food was incredible!

Can’t think of a thing I didn’t like about the property, it was such a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Had a fantastic stay recently at the W with my teenage daughters. Breakfast was excellent along with the coffee and service from the staff. Very relaxing way to start the day. Golf cart service to main road very handy as we walked alot. Pool service was also great and didn't have any issues finding chairs or pool beds. Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

I thought the day spa prices were very excessive compared to other relative resorts. Was also surprised that our room wasn’t serviced daily and had to ask for replacement of water twice in our 5 day stay.

It was an unreal and mesmerizing experience! I celebrated both my honeymoon and my birthday there they beautifully decorated for both occasions, sent us free cakes, and even celebrated with us.

The breakfast was so delicious and truly worth every penny.

Overall, everything was just amazing!

What I didn’t like:
1. One of the lights in my room kept flickering.
2. The iron was not working properly, and I had to replace it.
3. The hair dryer stopped working.
4. The bathtub hand shower was not working.

Other than that, my overall experience was 10/10!

The day we left…was painful because wanted to stay another 7 months.

Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms, pool area, restaurants, restrooms, lobby, gym even a library!. The range of activities to cater for all guests.

Great location, nice rooms.

Building work was going on, I know there is no getting away from this as hotels need to continuously update etc. but the hotel should inform guests and do 'something' for the inconvenience. We had upgraded to a more expensive room that literally looked down onto this building work. The service was also mixed, some days the staff were excellent and other days there seemed to be a complete lack of management and customer awareness. This hotel is also insanely expensive for food and drinks compared to similar 5 stars and I'm not sure it warrants it just because of the name.

The Breakfast was excellent, the staff made sure we had everything we wanted.

breakfast was ok. I have stayed at other resorts with better breakfasts, so I think this can be improved. pool was amazing. our room was luxurious and spacious. loved it. the gym could have been a little bigger.

Amazing, safe (own entrance, very secure) resort in central Seminyak, close to all there's to see in the city center. Room was top notch, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious (half the room? amazing.). Beach is not the best, but for the amazing beaches Uluwatu is generally better. Pool area, amazing.

Everything is quite expensive, from the breakfast to the dinner options. It matches and follows the quality, nothing to say there, but it would be considered VERY expensive in any Western resort capital.
They really push for this "24h spa", while outside of the treatments, the "spa" is really just a warm jacuzzi with a regular steam bath: luxury is not reflected into the general spa's offering.

Exceptional hotel with utterly brilliant and attentive staff - shoutout to Uma in the sunset lounge who was incredible with our little 6m old baby!
