Como Uma Ubud, Bali

Pool was nice and they didn’t charge me for the massage after I complained about the steam room not working and massage being terrible.

In breakfast, they served rotten yoghurt which could have compromised guests health; hotel published activities that didn’t take place and also mentioned that they don’t have a guide for me or can’t arrange one. The spa was the worst with steam room not functioning properly and will burn you in 2 mins and they said they don’t have ability to adjust temperature - they can just switch on or off the steam. Massage was terrible by the therapist. I did not enjoy my stay there and felt it was over priced and definitely not a property for solo person

The hotel is quiet and tranquil. The staff are great and the food in all the restaurants is really good - the kids loved the Italian restaurant. The Ubud rooms on the first floor are lovely and light.

The garden pool villa felt damp and a bit dark for the money it cost and it was a long way from the centre of the hotel. The shuttle only runs to Ubud until 5pm and then you need to Grab a taxi.

I stayed with my husband and five-year-old daughter in a Garden Pool Villa, and we had a wonderful time! The villa was beautiful and peaceful, my family felt so relaxed they almost didn’t want to leave the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the food. They were also great at helping us organise our tours. I especially loved the morning yoga sessions; it was the perfect way to start each day.

A great spot for a relaxing family getaway. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful resort. Excellent service. Great yoga. Excellent spa. Location is ideal because it is quiet but not far from Ubud center.

Some humidity issues because of the heavy rain during my stay but a dehumidifier really helped.

Breakfast is not appetizing. Takes a long time. Not too many options. There is too much greenery which then stops any breeze from coming.

The facilities… pool, gym & the bar. The breakfast restaurant food was exceptional along with the Italian restaurant on-site.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a garden pool villa. The only thing we didn’t like was the “clear glass” on the toilet door. This should be frosted at least 2/3rds of the door to make it private rather than open viewing.

we booked a pool villa loved it with views into the jungle and great space at living and bedroom area loved the Breakfast great choices and dont forget to use the Spa wow factor

Loved the extras, our room was upgraded, breakfast was wide ranging and delicious, guided walk in the rice fields with very informative guide was great.

If you want to be close to town, this is a little distance out.

Great food & staff are lovely. The rooms are a tad small if travelling with a friend l. Loved the morning bike ride through the rice fields.

I LOVE COMO UMA UBUD!!! Every detail. Breakfast is above and beyond exceptional. They serve a buffet and a la carte menu, all included, in this GORGEOUS spot by a koi pond (get the zucchini halloumi fritters). The grounds the hotel is on are super lush and stunning. The main infinity pool and the spa services are amazing! They also offer yoga and other activities. And the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Also the beds are comfy. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in my life! Already want to travel to other Como hotels.

The charm of this hotel is incredible. The tropical garden is amazing.
The hole staff makes your stay special from the front desk to the nice welcome for breakfast or at the pool every thing was great. The food is excellent and the rooms spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Como. Everything was five star from start to finish. All the staff were exceptional, remembering our names, our drink orders and they were super friendly and very efficient. We had a lovely room with a private pool which was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The resort gardens and facilities were extremely clean. Breakfast Wes plentiful and the food at both the restaurants delicious- we enjoyed the Italian restaurant very much. The shining star of the Como are their staff.

We booked the pool villa for our honeymoon. The resort was amazing and luxurious with great customer service and food. The hotel was located in center of Ubud which made it very convenient for us to move about the area.

All the staff was incredible, they really make you feel welcome. Breakfast near the pond is one of my best memories I will have. Restaurant COMO Cucina is also one of the most valuable in Ubud. They rented me a scooter bike and even the price was good comparing it to outside the hotel. They even have activities for every hour if you don't have plans. If I were to go again to Ubud, would definitely be in COMO UMA

The hotel was just amazing, the rooms were simple yet luxurious. The stuff was the sweetest ever and they were so friendly and helpful. We loved the food, room service and breakfast just out of this world. The hotel have a free shuttle to ubud town which was so convenient and amazing.

We found a frog in our room, however the stuff were so quick to remove it.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Every square inch of this property is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. There literally isn’t a corner that hasn’t been tastefully done. The multi level landscaping adds so many different “zones” to relax/unwind. The staff here redefines the meaning of hospitality - there wasn't a moment we didn't feel pampered or loved. Their smiles never leave their faces. The food from both restaurants is very good and the included breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. Overall, this has to be one of our all time top hotel experiences.

It was well located. The design of the property gives the opportunity to see or meet people and at the same time allows the guest to have the privacy if they wish to.

Loved everything about this boutique property, the understated arrival and reception area which opens up to a gorgeous and most exceptional resort with expansive beautiful lush gardens, pool, breakfast pavilion. Free yoga each morning, and optional extra activities like painting and cooking classes which we enjoyed within the resort setting. Staff so warm, attentive and friendly, delicious food, we could not fault. So relaxing and comfortable. We booked a pool suite first time ever and gee it was so refreshing getting up each morning and going for a dip! Great location to access Ubud by foot including some lovely local restaurant options and far enough away to enjoy the tranquil setting. Can't wait to return!

Small stuff and more as information only...pool could've been a little warmer as Ubud not as warm as Seminyak. Limited TV channels and poor internet speed. Hotel transfers are quite expensive compared to outside taxi service. And a lot of steps moving around property in case mobility is an issue for some people, not for us. These did not take away from our first experience at this hotel, would definitely book again!

Staff, service, setting, food, facilities. It was all excellent

There was a glitch at the time of booking with our honeymoon stay, however Suteja the General Manager, really did his best to fix it and make sure our honeymoon stay at Como was perfect. Our villa was absolutely stunning, with a incredible view over the jungle, the staff were all extremely helpful and no request was too difficult for them. The food was delicious both at breakfast and the restaurants (the Italian was really good and part of the complex), and the spa was absolutely fantastic (coming from very frequent spa go-ers, the massages, facials and other relaxing treatments were really something else!). Would also heavily recommend the extras the hotel organises, we had a vintage car tour which was one of the most incredible experiences and was also very reasonably priced. Location of COMO is also really good as quiet enough to spend the whole day switched off but a close walk to nearby famous restaurants etc.

Staff, Pool, Spa, Room, Restaurant, Bar, Gardens, Architecture and Design. The Service from the staff is exceptional and can't be faulted.

The hotel
Is quite pretty and is located with good accessibility to central Ubud. The staff is incredibly nice.

The rooms are quite worn, food is nothing to write home about. I think for this price one could do better in Ubud, much better.
