Amazing staff. Viviana and Burnella helped us from the get go with everything from after hours check in and taxi to restaurant suggestions and bookings. Amazing palazzo apartments. Peaceful and quiet. Great location on Via Maggio. A real gem.

Soprarno Suites is the kind of place that makes Florence feel like home. Set in the Oltrarno, it’s close to the city’s main sights but surrounded by artisan workshops and local cafés that give the neighbourhood its charm. An outside outside terrace but really it’s a fabulous place right in the centre near Santo Spirito and Ponte Vecchio - it was so lovely would have been nice to go sit back at the hotel - they do have sitting rooms for guests comfort which are great

The property feels relaxing away from the hustle & bustle of the tourist spots, we enjoyed the decor & comfortably bed. Staff were very helpful.

Everything was good

The location could not have been better! We were in a historic building in the center of the city. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable. The bar,located right beyond our room, was a very nice touch as they had small sandwiches, fruit, waters and wine at all hours. Highly recommend this property!

Our room was spacious and located right next to the library with bar. The location in Florence was perfect! Breakfast was nice.

They had everything prepared for our arrival, even though we arrived at 23:00. We were hungry on arrival, and restaurants were closed at that time, but the hotel has snacks available (for free!) for passengers. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was enormous and comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped. The location was perfect for us: outside the main tourist pathways, but 5 min away from Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was perfect to start each day's exploration. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Breakfast just felt really homely and cosy. Location is near the main sights and there were plenty of food options nearby. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

Shower area may be a little crammed and the central heating a little weak.

This is a magnificent place to stay, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is superb and the suites are uniquely decorated. This was our second visit and couldnt recommend it highly enough

From start to finish our stay was a pleasure. The room is very large and comfortable as is the bed. Location is within easy walking distance to all the sights of Florence. The staff are superb.

Breakfast was simple but good. Would get boring if more than 3 days. The reception area was great! Liked that we could get extra coffee, a decent bottle of wine and a snack there. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Room and bathroom were very spacious.

Lightning was dim at best and obnoxious at worst. Get lamp shades! Could have used a table instead of the in room soaking tub or more surface area to keep miscellaneous items. More hooks in the bathroom or main room would be very helpful for coats, etc.

Rooms were a generous size. Location was everything we'd hoped for. It was away from main tourist areas but only a 5-20 minute scenic walk across the bridge from all main sights. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and rooms were kept spotless. We'd highly recommend to friends and family and hope to visit here again.

Smart tv would've been better than sky tv. Everything else was superb.

Everything about Soprarno Suites was first class. Contact with Viviana before arriving. We had a very late check in as flight got in late. She sent clear instructions on how to get into the property without help. The house itself is just amazing. Homely. Cosy. Quirky. Different. Warm. Lots of fun and fab furniture. The bedroom was incredible. Best bath ever!!! Really comfy bed. Coffee machine. Wonderful view of the streets. Fabulous location. We honestly had the best weekend and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

We have stayed here a few times and it’s perfect.

Perfect Location to explore Florence by foot just over the river and Ponte Santa Trinita. Big individual, high ceilings, suites and bathroom with 2 showers. Individual furniture. Great breakfast service and very nice people. Very helpful with any kind of recommendation.

The location was excellent and enabled us to explore all of the areas of interest. The room was extremely stylish and comfortable. The bed was perfect. The breakfasts were just right (excellent cappuccinos!) and the service, very friendly. Our host was very professional and friendly, assisting us to figure out the train schedule during a strike.

The only thing we would have changed would be a bit brighter lighting in the suite.

Bathtub in the room was luxurious! High ceiling with frescos. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was perfect before wine tours or going out exploring for the day. The location of Santo Spirito being away from the main hustle and bustle was nicer and we found some of our favourite things to do and where to eat because we were there. Being on a street connected to a bridge made for easy access to everything. As a special treat for our honeymoon it was very special and acted as the perfect base and retreat.

Couldn’t fault it. As boutique artistic with some luxury like bathtub in the bedroom - we were very pleased with our stay and would enjoy going back.

It put us in the true life of an Italian past. It was very clean and the help went over and above to help us. My entire group of 8 adults said that this was the best stay in Italy for all of us.

Elevator was tiny but we made it work.

The location was right in the center. The place was so cozy and artistic. Very unique with a lot of character. The staff were so kind and friendly and would go above and beyond to help you in every possible way.

I loved everything.

This was one of my favorite hotel experiences ever-- everything was wonderful! The decor was eclectic and also homey, our room felt very warm and cozy. The bathroom was huge and everything was so clean. The welcoming and friendly staff made sure we knew we were right at home. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff contacted us before our stay to explain how the parking worked in the area and even made us a parking reservation.

The room felt luxurious, stylish, comfy, and inspiring! Perfect location in wonderful neighborhood away from the touristy crowds but close enough to walk to everything. The large shower for two was a nice touch too. Tall ceilings. Large bright walk in closet. Wonderful A/C kept our room cool in hot August Florence as well.

We’ve found around Europe beds are quite firm as with this accomm. Less modern appliances/ set up - but we enjoyed our stay nothing super off putting at all.

Beautiful room with tall ceilings. Fantastic amenities in the room. Lovely building with excellent common facilities and atmosphere. Vibey breakfast, and lovely pantry on the first floor for daytime snacks / coffee.

We had a wonderful stay. Brunella was such a wonderful host and helped us above and beyond. Maura was lovely and cheerful serving our breakfast each morning. The suites are stunning vintage luxury with an eclectic mix of styles and themes. Exceptional Italian attention to detail and a huge comfortable bed! Will definitely come back.
