Wonderful room, very cozy. Comfortable bedding and a large bed. Also, an exceptionally good location.

Although the street noise was barely audible, you could very clearly hear the neighbors walking around and other hotel sounds.

Absolutely gorgeous square-view two bedroom apartment on the third floor. The beds, towels, pillows - everything was so comfortable. Location is amazing, walkable to cafes, restaurants...and the tram picks up directly from in front of the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Just to note if you have any issues with street/city noise, the square in front of the hotel is quite a lively one at night :) We did not mind, but be aware you can hear the partiers on the weekends.

Spacious rooms, charming old building, great shower

Awesome room, big and with a nice view. Lovely staff but for breakfast it was understaffed so it took a long time for breakfast which by the way was very good. The poor waiter did the best he could but way too many guests at one time for him alone.

Put extra staff for breakfast.

Location and friendly staff

The room was exceptional. The staff were over the top in trying to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was large and in a really cute area with a great view. The bar was always open as well. The location was right in the middle of everything and the trolly stop was right out front. Many bakeries and places to eat were close by. The rooms had robes and slippers and a coffee machine. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and sitting area. It was lovely. The bathroom was very large. We were extremely pleased.

Our rooms at Le Consulate were beautiful and clean with an excellent view from the balcony. We loved the central location in Lisbon and enjoyed exploring by walking in all directions.

It was a little noisy from the children running around on the floor just above us.

Excellent location, soundproof windows, spacious apartment. Ideal for a family stay, two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms plus a sitting room for socialising.

Poor breakfast selection - we'd be better off going out for breakfast, especially that there is a bakery right outside the hotel.

4 coffee pods for four people in room. No loo roll replaced in morning turnaround and rang up for some and were brought hand towels to use. Bar never open as a bar. It’s a very wuiwt communal workspace that people pay to use and in the evenings it was private hire events so couldn’t use it.

Beautiful room

Perfect location in the heart of the city center of Lisbon. Very convenient for travelers to explore the city. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are lovely and helpful.

The laundry price is extremely high and came back with very low quality. Also the noise of the floor above your room.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere in Lisbon. Our room looked out on to the courtyard which was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious. A special mention to Deb on the front desk. He was so helpful and informative with recommendations of places to eat etc and always had time for a chat. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Breakfast service was incredibly slow. This was fine on 2 mornings when we were happy to have a slow paced and relaxed morning, but would recommend people allowing an hour for breakfast if they have to be somewhere. (We had a timed ticket for Sintra one morning)

I liked this place, super central, nice retro decor, my room had great city views. The staff were very kind and helpful

Minor things prevent me from giving top ratings: the doors to the hallway are not soundproof at all, you hear all kind of noise, as if it were in your own room: other people talking, slamming doors, room service cleaning. Without earplugs my sleep would have been majorly disrupted. Some other issues: wifi v slow, construction work in the room next door, lack of flexibility at check out (not even 30 extra mins granted, but I had to pay 20€ extra).

The room was spotless with a brand new bathroom but the carpet was very dirty and there was a smell like wet dog in the room which was a shame as everything else was good

We opted not to pay for breakfast because we were leaving early. We loved the location! It is a three minute walk to the metro (easy access to the airport), has the 28 tram stop right in front of the hotel, and at Christmas time the square is very festive. Our room was spacious and had two floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the square.

I have no complaints

Room was large and beautifuly furnished with a great shower and amenities and great looking art and cool retro design touches. 2 room suite had gorgeous high ceilings and large windows, yet not much street noise. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and pretty good value.

We had a cot (for 3rd adult) that was very uncomfortable; it needed a better mattress or a very good mattress topper. TV only got local channels, would have been nice to have ability to watch Netfllix or chromecast to the TV.

It is a very old renovated building in the best spot of Lisbon. The rooms are huge and renovated very nicely with all needed facilities. It was definitely more than what I was expected and for sure will come back to this hotel.

The only complaint that we had is that their air condition was off as the system was already set for the winter

Centrally located. Wonderful bar and cafe. Spacious and well-appointed. Great atmosphere. Exceptional staff.

No bathroom locks (at least for our suite). Manual keys are also used instead of key cards (much easier to duplicate for big groups and less scary to lose them).

The corner suite was really lovely. Fantastic view of the square. Modern. Clean. Spacious. And full length windows that opened.

One of the nights the bathroom emitted a terrible odor that permeated the whole suite. Made for an uncomfortable night and morning. The staff said it was because high tide caused the sewer to back up and it happens in all the hotels in the city downtown from time to time. For the price of the room, that felt unacceptable. However we had to accept it.

Fantastic location and every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our group as we had space where we could all socialise that wasn’t one of our bedrooms. Very comfortable beds.

The location is excellent. Our walking tour started in the square just outside the hotel. There is a tram stop just outside the door. We were travelling with our adult sons and found the 2 bedroom apartment very spacious. It felt like a home. It is beautifully furnished.

I wish they would change one of the rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment to have the choice of twin beds or a Queen Bed. Guests who are travelling with adult children would much appreciate this change. One son opted to sleep on the couch as a roll away bed would have been too small and an additional cost. Despite the description on the booking.com site saying the apartment has a sofa bed - it is not a sofa bed as such - it is couch. Luckily the couch is long and was pretty comfy. The roll away beds are not comfy for adult men!

Excellent location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious and the windows were very soundproof so although the hotel is right in the centre of town we were able to shut out the noise.

Only a small thing - the staff came to make up our room at 5pm by which time we had been out and come back for a rest!

The room was very large and there was an elevator so was easily accessed. The bed was pretty comfortable too. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that but we did have drinks in the bar and the service was good. The hotel is located very close to a metro stop and tons of places to go for food, drink and shopping.

I would have liked more counter space in the bathroom, two luggage racks for suitcases and more English speaking channels on the TV but other than that, the place was great.

Lovely hotel. It was located in the hub of Lisbon. Very bust ,tourist palza. Still great location to walk everywhere.

Our stay at the Le Consult in Lisbon was all we could have hoped for. The facilities and staff were great, exceptional accommodation and great staff. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Lisbon.

Charming room in a beautiful small hotel. Location is exceptional, in the heart of the old city. It is walking distance from just about every major attractions and in bonus you get the mythic Tramway 28 starting its course right in front of the hotel.

The plaza and area is crowded. It a real hub of action.

Location was perfect. Tram stop outside the door. Close to many great restaurants within 5 mins of walking. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The Unit was large (no.31) and felt like a home. The unit was well fitted out, except we would prefer having a kettle in our unit. It was simple to ask for though.

We didn’t like the fact that our unit couldn’t have twin beds in one of the rooms. One adult had to sleep on the sofa. I was actually expecting a sofa bed as such.
