The best hotel I have visited the last 15 years!!!real value for money!! Best location, exceptional personnel , very polite, very clean and the best hospitality in hotel I have ever had! I would strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lisbon!

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Friendly staff, large rooms, clean, boutique style with a small spa: sauna, steam room, whirl pool, gym. Super social with complimentary cocktail hour, fun drinks for kids, and a table of pastry and Portuguese treats available at every hour. Minutes from the Metro, Time out Market, and waterfront walkways. This hotel ticks every box.

Corpo Santo is an outstanding and leading hotel in all areas of hospitality and deserves great appreciation. The hotel staff - at the reception, in the hotel restaurant, room service, concierge services have a service awareness of the highest level, professional and efficient, courteous and welcoming. Our room was spacious, properly equipped, an excellent shower (music and lighting effects added to the atmosphere) and extremely comfortable. A variety of drinks in the minibar at no charge which were refilled daily, as well as a bottle of water every day. It was also nice and happy to receive surprises in the room from time to time such as a bottle of wine, cakes and all kinds of delicious snacks. It should be noted that the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, the breakfast served to the table was good and tasty, in a pleasant atmosphere and with professional and courteous service as I have already mentioned. The hotel's location allows for walking access to most of the popular and touristic places in the city, in addition, there is a public transport station nearby. Additional free services at the hotel that greatly add to the hospitality experience - daily guided city tours, refreshments and hot/cold drinks in the lobby throughout the day, evening cocktail hour, late-night food, fruit, cookies and nuts on each floor for guest service. But as mentioned, it is the staff throughout the hotel that makes the difference. Thanks and appreciation to Reuven and the reception team, to Paul the concierge and special thanks to Nuno Ricardo, the guest services manager, well done. I apologize that I do not remember all the names of the wonderful staff. Do not hesitate and book a room at the Corpo Santo Hotel, enjoyment and experience guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Our stay was delightful. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was freshly made instead of buffet-style, which made it feel more sophisticated. We loved the variety of complimentary snacks and drinks. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The shower had a spa-like feel with calming lights and music, which was a nice extra touch. Over all a relaxing stay. We would gladly return.

A very beautiful hotel at an excellent location! Immediately upon arriving at the hotel, you get a warm welcome feeling. I love how the breakfast is organised. Very good food and service. The staff is extraordinary!

Loved everything! The only minor point is that breakfast service can take a while. If you have a morning tour planned, it’s best to allow extra time for the sit-down, made-to-order breakfast

Excellent location, friendly staff and great food

We absolutely loved our stay at Corpo Santo! The room was beautifully designed with guest comfort clearly in mind. Each morning, the breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of delicious options. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring many of Lisbon’s neighborhoods. We also appreciated all the thoughtful extras for guests such as the lobby snack bar, complimentary walking tours, and wine/ gin tastings.

The location was excellent but most of all, the staff were all so nice. There were so many free snacks, free mini bar, and free walking tours.

I really cannot fault the hotel, its staff or anything. It far exceeded my expectations. Nice welcome, easy check in, they parked our car, provided sweets as we waited for our room.

Probably one of the best service I have gotten at a hotel. My girlfriend was sick for most of our stay so we had to spend most of our holiday in the hotel room, and we couldn't have asked for a better room to stay in! The breakfast was very good and it was amazing having the complimentary mini bar.

Everything! It was a really lovely hotel, service was excellent and the little extras were a great touch (eg snacks in the foyer, outside the lifts, in the gym). The walking tour was excellent too.

Liked everything about the property.

Loved the location, on the flat and easy to get everywhere. Staff were amazing, so helpful, courteous and efficient. Room was lovely and even though in a street area the glazing meant it was quiet. Food lovely, breakfast to die for. Lots of lovely little touches such as nibbles in reception and free items in the room.

One small thing. I wished the bed was a little softer.

A bit dated furniture and the breakfast could be better (maybe buffet is a better option to avoid food waste).

Every single staff was lovely and helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome bottle of wine and snacks with a personal note. The staff helped us booked train tickets and always answered questions about the city and transportation. The extra services and amenities were so nice.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful without being intrusive. They had lots of little extras such as water and other juices available all day by reception. Nuts, cakes, sweets also. Outside each lift on all floors a selection of fruit and nuts...toasted cashew nuts were my favourite :). We were there for the Lisbon marathon and the concierge was extremely helpful with suggestions for watching the marathon and printing out train timetables for us which made a huge difference to our being able to support our kids at appropriate spots along the way

The hotel was excellently located for what we wanted to do. The room decor was pleasing and it was very well equipped. Had a couple of small issues with a leaking outlet on the wash basin and the battery running out on the room safe but these were well dealt with when pointed out. The breakfast selection and quality of the items was excellent but unfortunately the service was slow, although we appreciated table service rather than the rather ubiquitous buffets. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel was a perfect location for a few nights in Lisbon. The hotel was spotless, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

There’s nothing we didn’t like

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The room facilities were modern, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed – you can really tell that comfort is a priority here. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the area while still being peaceful enough to relax. A special highlight was the extremely friendly and helpful staff, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything – it truly made us feel at home. The à la carte breakfast was another highlight: freshly prepared, varied and absolutely delicious. We also really appreciated the complimentary minibar, which was restocked daily – a rare and very pleasant service. All in all, a fantastic hotel that we can fully recommend. We would love to come back!

An amazing staff! The service was always above expectation, always with a smile, never stuffy. Extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Andre and Paola. Every request was met quickly. One error in breakfst delivery was met with a hand-written apology from the head waiter! The food was terrific: great selections, delicious dishes, and chocolate croissants every day with breakfast in our room. Every floor has "treats" by the elevator: Ours had cookies, candy, plums, and dried fruit. The lobby has a buffet of wonderful snacks. There are arriving gifts of fresh fruit and wine, and also parting gifts (cookies). Pillow menu, lovely sheets, exceptionally clean. etc.

The room (502) was huge, but it needed an improvement in decor. It seemed in a time warp. Everything was perfectly clean, but the furniture needed to be a little more "upscale" for the price. The bathroom floor was marble, and it looked really old. The carpet in the bedroom could be replaced with a wood floor, like in the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. The carpet was clean but dreary.

The Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel is ideally situated in Lisbon and offers wonderful walking tours of the city. The staff are fabulous and extremely helpful. What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the sites.

The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of Baixa and Cais do Sodre plus stops for the trams and buses are close by as are a selection of restaurants. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to welcome you and answer any questions. There are complimentary snacks and drinks available in the morning and evening and there are organised walking tours twice a day. The mini bar in the room also has complimentary soft drinks and beer. The “146 Bar” is a great spot for a drink in the evening and serves good quality bar food if you don’t want a full meal in the evening.

Overall our room was fine but the bathroom was on the small side and only had a shower over the bath - best to check if you have any mobility issues. The bed was also on the firm side - fine for me but again something to check.

The location is exceptional. The hotel offers several activities, allowing guests to better know Lisboa and the Portuguese culture.

This hotel really understands what makes guests happy. It is full of nice touches like evening wine tastings, welcome basket and wine in the room, afternoon treats at reception, organised walking tours of the city...... all offered complimentary!! The service is outstanding, the room was immaculate and all in a perfect city centre location. I don't think any hotel in Lisbon can beat this one!

There was nothing at all to dislike, it was practically perfect for our short stay

The property was beautifully maintained and in a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful - it felt like they’d designed the experience about what we wanted, rather than what they wanted to afford. The small touches were everything during our stay.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to cool bars, restaurants, shops, attractions. People in the hotel provided exceptional service. We loved the free walking tours, wine and gin tasting, the spa, how helpful guest services were in recommendations and booking for us - exceeded our expectations!!

Breakfast excellent

From the moment we arrived from the airport, we received a warm welcome from the amazing staff of Corpo Santo Hotel. We arrived at 7am ( stayed from Sept. 3-7) and they provided breakfast for us. The central location was excellent, the daily walking tour of Lisbon from the hotel, wine tasting, daily cocktail, cleanliness of the hotel, wonderful staff made this hotel exceptional! Your amazing staff went above and beyond with all our needs while we were there! Lisbon has my heart! We will definitely come back and will stay at Corpo Santo Historical Hotel again!! Thank you so much for making our 31st anniversary extra special! (Special thanks to Christopher, Matheus, Anna, Joana, Joana both for the restaurant and front desk and all the staff from front desk, concierge and restaurant!)
