Location to station and much of what KL has to offer

Loved the customer service prior to check-in and througout our stay. Our room had floor to ceiling window facing outside with a fantastic view which made our stay memorable. The room is modern with great amneties. Surely will pick Le Meridien everytime on short stay, as its connected to KL Sentral.

Its not the hotel's fault, but the elevators to the hotel from KL Sentral only start at 8 am, so if you are carrying heavy luggage you have to lift it for a few steps.

Friendly staff,great service, fantastic location easily accessible from the airport and central to most places of interest. Lovely gardens and amenities.

The Hotel is in need of some repairs, although the rooms were very clean, the common areas require a bit of maintenance.

The hotel is practically attached to Kuala Lumpur’s central train station, which makes it ideal both for airport transfers and for getting around the city. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by very kind and smiling staff, and the check-in process was extremely fast. I really appreciated the fact that they took into account my request to receive a room on a floor as high as possible. The room is quite spacious, with a very large and comfortable bed, as well as equally comfortable pillows. The bathroom is very large, and the type of room I had includes both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The bathtub has a window with a view of the city skyline. The swimming pool on the 8th floor is very beautiful. On one of the evenings, we also had dinner there. The food was very tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast was extremely varied. There are many options for dishes prepared on the spot by the chefs. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect for access to and from the airport, the facilities are 5 star and the staff are just the right balance of being present when you need help and invisible when you just need to be in your own space.

The room was large, spotless and the bed very comfortable. The shower was very powerful and nice and warm. We took the beakfast option and the selection was amazing. The pool was great after a day sightseeing and the staff were very polite , welcoming and helpful. If we return to Kuala Lumpa I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again

very little to be honest. The only think would be the lack of changing facilities by the pool (use of the toilet area) this is a minor issue as most users dried off and returned to the rooms in robes .

Excellent staff greeted us from the moment we got off taxi. the energetic bell staff, the friendly receptionists, (there’re many and we got to meet a few of these customers oriented people) later we were greeted by the remarkable Concierge, Mr. Jaz Khai who shared valuable insights which was like took us by the hand and showed us the city. He voluntarily shared his contact info and verbally guided us back to the hotel. That took place during his off duty hours! Mr. Jaz Khai made the stay memorable. We kept extending our stay day and again given such an outstanding service and central location plus the central rail system was literally next door. After a short trip to the north, we went back to this ideal hotel that offered so much and thanks to Manager Jessica, she kept her promise and settled us in an even better stay. We’ve been through many hotels and this one made a deep impression about LeMeridien in KL and updated our view on Marriotts.

I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee. This has now become a habit. The cafeteria looked nice and if this hotel offers complimentary breakfast would have been perfect!

I think the rooms are overpriced for the size. The last time they provided bigger rooms and the extra bed was a solid single bed.

Convenient location within sheltered walking distance from Nu Sentral and Sentral Station for easy commute.

Desk staff doesnt feel very well trained, service felt rigid and lacks warmth. Grab pickup point at upper floor entrance was hard to locate and only marked by tiny arrow signs which are easy to miss.

Clean & good location to catch the KLIA Express train & MRT easily.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time but the staff was generous by allowing me for early check in. The room is excellence in everything. The event that I attended at Pool Bar & Grill@8 also satisfying in term of foods and services. The free breakfast is scrumptious with lots of food selection. The most highlighted is the concierge, he helped from arrival until leaving the hotel. Even, he accompanied me to board KLIA Express. For conclusion, your hotel reflect the five star.

Booked this for an overnight stay because it's located beside KL Central train station for interstate travel. I usually stay at Hilton next door but thought to try out Le Meridien this time although price is similar. The room is big enough with good view of the city. Breakfast was good and had a variety of cuisine to choose from. Swimming pool and gym (connected to Hilton) were really nice.

For the price paid, my room is pretty basic for a five-star hotel and nothing really special nor stood out. Building and rooms probably need some kind of upgrades. Air-con makes really loud noise. Some mini stains on the bed linen and pillows.

Staff, location perfect for exploring KL super easily, Room Very confortable, great view, club facilities great, pool area tranquil and large enough.. prior to departure, I was choosing between over 20 hotels - eliminating one by one. This was perfect on paper for getting around (4 min shortcut walk to KL Sentral) and for relaxation equally - and even better when staying - highly recommended - we will return.

Had a wonderful breakfast here! The buffet spread was impressive with a great mix of local and international dishes. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambience was calm and elegant. A perfect start to the day — highly recommended!

This hotel is our first choice in KL. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to all areas from KL Sentral. NU Mall is also very close by, a great spot for shopping, with a food court and several excellent restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the room attendants, Shankar, Mizan and Ibrahim were prompt and attentive. A technical issue in the washroom was quickly resolved by Mizan and Ibrahim. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and Ms. Thiviya, the restaurant manager, was very attentive. The Front desk staff and the concierge are very professional and very helpful. We always enjoy our stays here and highly recommend this hotel.

The temperature felt a bit warm at night and could be better adjusted.

Temperamental hot water in shower, sometimes it's very very hot even even the cold water is turned to full, and sometimes it isn't. The in-room safe was not working.

The pool area is amazing along with the buffet breakfast and facilities in general. The Spa (in the adjoining Hilton) is excellent to along wit the Gym

The steak house with La Meridien is freezing cold and any meal is very expensive albeit very good. Trouble is the food goes cold in seconds.
