Staff were very attentive and helpful; our room was spacious, with very comfy beds and pillows, a proper kettle, and plenty of bottled water. We didn't get breakfast but we did have a late dinner at the hotel restaurant - the signature sandwich was surprisingly toothsome, and the portion was generous. Location-wise, it's connected to KL Sentral which was very convenient for us, as we had late arrival and very early departure.

The location is excellent—right next to KL Sentral, making it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast offered a wide variety of items. The room was well-maintained, and housekeeping (especially Malek) did a fantastic job. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet had a large selection. Check-in was smooth, the staff were polite and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was stylish and welcoming.

The in-room bottled water didn’t seem securely sealed, the TV channels were outdated, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the fridge didn’t cool effectively. A more varied breakfast menu from day to day would be great—it was essentially the same items every morning, despite the broad selection.

I like the strategic places close to public facilities.

The room price is quite expensive.

Good location..v convenient. Staff with v good service attitude..They were v efficient and extended great hospitality.

1. There was a mirror facing our bed from the side..please remove such mirror as it can be quite disturbing to have a mirror facing you when you are sleeping at night. 2. When 1 of us is using the washoom, noise and washroom light from the washroom affected the rest of us who are still sleeping..poor sound proof due to design of sliding washroom door.

The room and bed were so comfortable it proved to be difficult to get up for sightseeing and shopping.

Courteous and professional front office staff. Efficient check in and out process. Late check out was offered. Enjoyed the hot tub at swimming pool. Amazing view from room. Rooms and bathroom are clean with modern fittings.

Beds a little soft and sunken for me. The office type swivel chair in room difficult to adjust. A gap is present between the wall and the desk poses a risk should something valuable e.g documents, jewellery slip in and not able to retrieve.

The room design was excellent, we had a premier room.

Breakfast and coffee was just okay.

Welcoming staff, lovely room with good view. Very nice pool area. Bed very comfortable. Very easy to get to and from airport.

Very minor points - the shower pressure wasn't great, and the area isn't that nice to walk around if you want to go to local restaurants.

The advantage of being basically on the site of KL Sentral station does mean, however that you are surrounded by express ways and so not a good base for walking.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le Meridien. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate a crib, and was very quiet despite being close to the central train station. The reception staff went the extra mile to assist me when I forgot my iPhone on a taxi - extremely professional and reliable.

Even though centrally located, you need to hail a taxi to explore the city.

The Staff in the reception counter, who helped us to complete formalities, had poor knowledge about booking.com. At first I showed the booking.com room book confirmation, then I told him that I had booked 2 (two) room in my name and used my credit card. As this is our official tour, so I requested him to provide us two separate bill mentioning my name against one room and my colleague name against other room and we will use separate credit card for each room (of course my one was used the credit card that was used during booking the room in booking.com). But the Staff disagree with us and said as you booked room through third party and 2 (two) room are in your name that is why we could not change that one and the final bill and other formalities would be done in your name, we could not change the name. Then I login to booking.com for checking out any solution. There I found an option to change the guest name. I at once include my colleague name in the 2nd room option and submit for change. It worked. I show it to that staff, then he accepted our proposal and when we checked out, we got separate bill as per our requirement. In this case I thing he could help us by saying that you can easily modify the information in the booking.com site, so that we can help you according to your request. So, I think as the room were not booked directly, so, he shows less important.

This is nice hotel overall, very friendly and professional staff as one of the main things that catches eye. Special thanks to Muss for great check in experience. Room service and in room dining was good. Good bfast buffet.

Rooms are pretty standard, nothing special given it is 5* hotel, but also nothing negative to say.

Location can’t be beat

Well worth the money. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable and the buffet breakfast was hands down....AMAZING! The staff were so helpful with directions to the Petronas Twin Towers and nearby botanical gardens.

The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was awesome, pool was perfect to relax by after a long day in the heat and the room was very clean and comfortable. We choose Le Méridien as it was super handy for the airport via KL Central station. It's also in a great location for Perdana Botanical Gardens and only one stop from Chinatown on the transport system. We'd definitely stay here again.
