Greulich Design & Boutique Hotel, Zurich

The comfort of the room and a bit spacious.

Our first room was a bit small and had a problem with the Safe box, we had a problem at night with the room and unfortunately, there were no staff on duty at night to assist due to the end of duty by evening time.

The hotel is in a very nice residential area, great cool design with very kind and welcoming staff - thank you 😊! The breakfast in the super nice restaurant is great too. The tram/bus stops are only 3 mins walk and you're in 10mins everywhere.

The price is little bit too high... but it's Zurich. The shower could be in a better shape (leaking out), but that's the only thing.

Room is clean, beds are good quality. Its nice to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the bedroom. Breakfast was very good.

I did not like the bathroom and toilets that leave no intimacy whatsoever in the room. A simple plexi sliding door is not enough. The toilets must be correctly isolated. the night entrance must be lit correctly, there is no light at all.

Easy access from the train station and to the city center and the lake.Welcoming staff,excellently explained everything about our stay,we checked in earlier which was very convinient.A different aspect of hotel which i liked very much,comfortable and ergonomic room and bathroom.The fan and the radio were nice touches,the breakfast was satisfying.We enjoyed our stay very much.

A refrigerator is needed especially in summer and i would prefer omelette or scrambled eggs in breakfast instead of boiled eggs but this is a matter of taste.

The staff stays longer than I expected so I can check in right upon on my arrival. A bit surprise is that there’s a yoga map in the room so I can exercise. Just surprised!

Really lovely, stylish little hotel. We loved staying here! The desk staff were super friendly and the room was simple, clean and really quiet. It is about a 20min walk from the centre of town but there are buses, trams and trains nearby if your legs get tired. Easy to get to the Uetilberg look-out point and trendy Industrial Quarter. Also a yoga studio on-site and a fabulous Thai restaurant that is also recommended. Good value in an expensive city!

Lovely room, the staff is amazing. I felt like I was part of something special. The location is spectacular. One of those hotel experiences that you would absolutely never forget.

There is some confusion when you get there. Is it a restaurant? Is it a hotel? When you check in, you check into the restaurant...kind of weird.

the staff were very nice and kind the rooms were clean didn't have breakfast or any food at the hotel we parked our car at the hotel parking place for 25 CHF per night

there wasn't something in particular that was unpleasant the rooms and the atmosphere did not give us a pleasant time as other hotels in Germany it was really hot and there is NO airconditioner which made it very difficult to sleep and get some rest

The room was dark and small. The shower was very unsafe.

it's a very cool, nice hotel and very peaceful. a great outside terrace. it's very chill and laid-back. I felt like I was on vacation

no AC and it was very hot, the room has no air, no windows , a ridiculous small TV. it's so laid back that if you need help you will not really get it

If you're planning a trip to Zurich and looking for a comfortable and stylish stay, the Greulich Design Hotel is an excellent choice! We spent a few nights at this hotel recently, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is situated in a fantastic spot, with easy access to all the city has to offer. The hotel is also conveniently located near Tram / Bus Stops, making it easy to explore the city. Our room itself  was another highlight, It was beautifully designed and super clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. Greulich offers a wide range of fresh and healthy options available at breakfast. From freshly baked bread & Pastries to a selected range of cheese and vegetarian options. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful advice about what to see and do in Zurich. Overall, I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough

Location was good but a little further out of town then we thought but easy to find and easy to reach the center. Good value for money. Friendly and polite staff. Very clean and modern rooms with everything you need.

Nothing really apart from the pillows were very soft which isn't for me but not a bad thing for other people.

Modern, minimalistic and clean. Lovely hotel, with amazing staff. Highly recommended. We dined in the restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious.

Great Design Hote

I absolutely loved this hotel! Of course traveling during a pandemic is challenging but the staff were exceptional and made the trip worth the preparations. The restaurant was also great for meals and drinks with friends.

There was some construction out side the hotel that I could have done without. That said, it was no fault of the venue. In that same spirit, I wanted to spend more time in the common areas; I will definitely return next summer.
