having all-night room service, so that when I arrived after a long train trip late a night, I could still get food.

If you are looking for luxury this is a good place to be. We booked online after a bad experience at another hotel and it was higher than our expectations. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and old town. Walking in was impressive because of the marble and cleanliness but our room was very big and well equipped with crisp clean bedding. The sauna and pool with heated tiles were our nightly ritual. Breakfast variety was lovely and plentiful. If we return to Warsaw there will be no need to shop for a perfect place.

The location was lovely in old town and nice and quiet. The hotel was so calm and clean. The smell everywhere is amazing. The pool and sauna were lovely with towels and water available. It was very quiet during our stay which was lovely. The room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom was unreal with a great bath. Firmer pillows were available for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities available in the room. Would stay here again!!

The hotel itself is just a gem and the staff elevates your experience while staying with them. We had 5 star dinner our first night there , followed up by 2 wonderful breakfast’s in the hotel lobby. We raved about the food while we were there. The Pool Spa and Sauna were a really nice relaxing way to end the stay at the hotel.

Everything was great, except a strange smell in the room.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town. You can visit all by walking around 10 mins in every directions The hotel has plenty of little local restaurants on the doorstep! The hotel interior design is marvellous!!!! Is beautiful very stylish and comfortable! Our room was incredible spacious very comfortable and beautifully decorative! Pool / sauna area lovely! Everyone working at the hotel extremely friendly! Such a shame that we stayed only 1 night ! Highly recommended hotel!

The bed was not level, legs are a bit higher than head.

The breakfast choices were ample with a wide variety and very delicious.

Excellent location in the quiet old town. Grocers and restaurants very close by. Staff very friendly and efficient, all speak excellent English. Breakfast is 130 zloty (approx £26) but well worth it. Pool area is beautiful and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean and smells amazing!

Perfect location! Staff are lovely, especially the gentleman who checked us in and made us a drink despite arriving late. The bedrooms were lovely, as were the bathrooms. Whole hotel was beautiful. Pool and sauna, is lovely and relaxing. We all pre-booked massages which were amazing!

The hotel was super clean, our room was spotless. It snowed throughout our stay in the city but our room was very cosy and warm. We were offered a room upgrade, which we appreciated so much! Breakfast had great variety, if a bit pricey. However we were happy to have stayed at such a lovely hotel.

Room big and nice, but a bit strange smell by arrival

The hotel is in the pristine location. Sheltered from the noise and busy Old Town area, but close enough to it, in the historic New Town Square. It is one of the few placed that offered really spacious rooms for a family. We booked a Double Bedroom and then returned to a Presidential Suite and enjoyed the bonus living room connecting the bedrooms. The staff was very helpful.

For my taste the restaurant food was a bit overpriced for the portion size and not as flavorful, as you would wish for from the fine dining dishes. The wifi was spotty and on the slow side in the corner where we have stayed.

Location was quiet and close to the Old Town area and many nice restaurants. Rooms were nice although different sizes. Swimming pool area was nice place to relax in the morning/in the evening. Breakfast was excellant! Young staff nice and helpfull.

Other room upstairs was quit small and the air conditioning at the bigger downstars didn't work at all. Lighting could have been better in both rooms. Cleaning should have been handled later than 9 am as people are still either waiking up or returning from the breakfast.

Excellent location for the old town, restaurants, sightseeing and cultural centre. Short walk to Christmas Market. Staff excellent and friendly. Bed so comfortable. Room spacious. Hotel decorated for Christmas looked so welcoming and homely.

Breakfast charge expensive when plenty of cafes nearby offering same menu for a lot less. Would pay an additional £10 per night on room rate for an inclusive breakfast option. Bathroom had some mould on window frames which should have been addressed before arriving. Toiletries not replenished.

As always we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service is fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel and has a great location. The room itself and bathroom were very spacious. The room was nice, warm and cosy. We love to stay at the hotel whenever we come over from Ireland to visit my family in Warsaw. We especially like to come over in winter. The Christmas decorations at the hotel were gorgeous and the pianist playing at the reception also set the mood beautifully. There is a Christmas market nearby and there is always something going on. If you're staying for Christmas time I recommend Carols concert at Royal Castle.

Great and comfortable location in the vicinity of the Old Town. High quality place. Tasteful interiors. Quiet rooms. Very good breakfast with a great variety of things. Barista preparing good coffee from professional coffee makers was a nice touch.

Rather a suggestion than a complaint - a blender to make a fresh smoothie could be a useful addition for the breakfast It is already a common addition in many hotels. But the breakfast was very good even without it.

I recently stayed at the Mamaison Le Regina Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and exceptionally comfortable. The towels were some of the softest and fluffiest I’ve ever experienced—such a small detail but really added a luxurious feel. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was absolutely wonderful, with excellent water pressure and a modern, relaxing setup. Breakfast was another lovely surprise, with a great variety of fresh options each morning. The facilities overall were impressive, and it was clear a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding staff. Every single person on the team was beyond helpful and genuinely friendly, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their warmth and attention to detail made my stay truly special, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

If I were to make one tiny suggestion, it might be to add a small curtain to the bathroom window—just something sheer that would allow natural light in without compromising privacy. I actually had a funny experience with this because the room across from mine seemed to have the same idea! Let’s just say their decision to shower with full windows open led to a bit of an unexpected (but harmless) view!

Very comfortable hotel a million miles away from the corporate skyscrapers. Wonderful location and a brilliant breakfast. First time I have ever had oysters and champagne as part of the breakfast buffet!

We had booked a standard room that was a little dark. Fixed this by upgrading to a superior room which had much more natural light.
