Need more pillows and steam room out of order for 2 nights

My fourth stay here: as always excellent! Simply the best hotel in Warsaw

Beautiful wellness area available 24h. Large room with a spacious bathroom. Good design. Very helpful staff, everyone was really kind Very good restaurant.

We were traveling with a small child - beautifully designed room, full of glass, marble and leather, is a challenging space for a child that still wants to play on the floor, touch everything. The room has 'deemed' lights, impossible to enlighten it fully. This 'darkness' helps to relax, but it is not very practical. I also think that cleaning service could try harder. There was a coffee machine in the room but no opportunity to do tea.

Location was central, so all tourist attractions and museums could be reached within a 30 minute walk across the whole city. The reception and housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful.

Splendid breakfast, we really liked being able to order some things from a menu and help ourselves from the buffet, this was very good for differing dietary needs. The pool and sauna facilities were great, a lovely room, and absolutely fab marble design.

Staff was distracted due to flooding problems, and we weren’t shown the changing facilities, meaning we went up and down with wet clothing and wet slippers—not great. The built-in bathtub design in the second room made it difficult to lie back in, you just ended up underwater.

The hotel is beautiful!! Amazing building, with a very good spa open 24/7. Very comfortable bed and very good and diverse breakfast.

There was only one lift working and the waiting time for the lift was too long for this kind of hotel. The kitchen was slow to serve requests on breakfast.

Great location. The room was big and furnished in great style. Also it’s a historical building that also means something to me.

One elevator didn’t work so there was some waiting time to go up/down - as the one remaining had to serve everybody at once.

- The hotel features beautiful Art Deco architecture with minimalist concrete and dark wood walls, light marble floors, and elegant copper accents throughout the interiors. - Ideally located in the city center, just a stone’s throw away from Nowy Świat. - The Szóstka rooftop restaurant and bar offers a decent gastronomic experience. - Housekeeping is attentive, and the Acqua di Parma toiletries are a luxurious touch.

- Rooms facing Świętokrzyska Street can be quite noisy due to the lively Aioli restaurant and bar across the way, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. - The soundproofing leaves something to be desired, with noise from upper-floor footsteps being quite audible. - The front desk staff showed little concern for our overall experience, only asking if we had consumed anything from the room minibar as we walked towards the desk for checkout. A simple inquiry about our stay would have been appreciated, especially considering we stayed in a junior suite for three nights. - While the “Warszawa Restaurant” on Level -2 and the bar on -1 are visually impressive, they are let down by subpar kitchen offerings and unwelcoming staff. - Due the roadworks there is no outside parking and easy access to the hotel

Just very nice recently renovated hotel. The interior is just wow. Everything is perfect. The amenities in the room were perfect as well. Swimming pool and steam bath😇 Location is very central.

The cocktail bar downstairs lacked some livelihood

Very nice place with large rooms and comfortable bedding. Modern interior and exceptional spa area with nice saunas, salt room and pool. Little touches like coffee in the room and little sweet treat every night! Nice underground bar (however hard to notice)

This is a nice concreet building but still hear upstairs guest walking. Gym is little too small … The main entrance is weird. It’s tiny and we were kinda confused at the beginning where to enter …

Hotel Warszawa is exceptional! A jewel of Warsaw. This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed. Building is a historical monument, rooms are huge and superbly decorated. Love the colors, steel, wood, linen, concrete in decor. Bathtub fits two people easy for a relaxing time. Speaking of relaxing, spa and the pool was great. Breakfast was delicious, staff and waiters were so nice. But restaurant was made even better with interior design and scale of space. We will be traveling to Poland again just to stay at Hotel Warszawa again!

Great history as a landmark of uprising during WW2, beautiful design and very pleasing to the eye!, very great attendance from staff, very clean pool, clearly better located compared to NYX/Marriott as Warsaw Hotel is a 3 min walk from the city´s main but charming restaurant-street, more than stunning views from the 15th floor suite!!.

Gym is really not thought through. In such a huge space there should be space for weights and also to make it light, not in the darkness.

I loved the style of the hotel, very modern. The bedrooms were very roomy, and the beds were comfortable. There were heaps of places to sit, and the staff were very helpful. I always judge my stay by the showers, and these were very good. None of the hot and cold water. Just a constant hot water on you.

There are not enough tables for breakfast.

Spacious room, breakfast buffet with a wide selection and availability of the SPA area even after midnight was amazing.

Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff.

Pool/spa is not nearly as large as it seems. There is room for 4 or 5 people to comfortably relax in the area at a given time - I was not lucky enough to snag a chair. With children playing, the pool was also incredibly loud due to the echo, and far from rejuvenating. Laundry service was quick and professional, but I had 6 items laundered (t-shirts and undergarments) and the cost was nearly USD $80. Even by luxury hotel standards, that seems a bit extreme.

Stylish, chic and luxurious.

The gym could have been better equipped and breakfast was a bit confusing as you were asked to sit down and order the same food which was available a few meters away at the buffet. Clarification about this from the staff may have helped.

Everything was exceptional. The service, the breakfast, the room (we got upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was awesome) and just the general feeling of the hotel.

The hotel is great. Situated in the city center, walking distance to downtown and old city. The room was clean and spacious. The staff in the hotel was helpful. Breakfast is very delicious. Unfortunately I didn't have time to check the spa during my stay. Highly recommended

I waited quite a long until my luggage was brought to the room, but after the call to the reception desk it was there in minutes

Stunning Decor - spa was excellent.

The junior suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The spa area was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful, friendly and we got an early check in on Sunday. Would definitely recommend it and we will return.

The WiFi was not good at all. The food and atmosphere in the upper restaurant was a disappointment. It was way too bright light like a dentist office, the piano playlist was bad and boring. And the Menu and food was a catastrophe. It has great potential with the right atmosphere and a completely new menu. The food was boring and had no taste. Most dishes were cold, even the ones with beef and the asparagus main course which should be removed from the menu immediately.

Great location to explore old part of Warsaw, hotel located in a somewhat historical building with aspiring modern design that was well executed. Breakfast offer on the AlaCarte side was fairly good, good night sleep and bed, besides the pillows. Nice little spa downstairs as a perk.

Hotel was certainly one of the more expensive hotels in Warsaw in similar category and for this it missed to deliver any kind of service, sorry I expect more at this price level, rather then 4 star ordinary hotel and service. It looked like it is run by part timers, the staff seemed loss all over the place, especially at breakfast. For the hotel being empty, dirty tables for hours in the breakfast room, items not cleaned and you had to ask for everything.

Spa was incredible, room was brilliant, super breakfast and great location.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and the breakfast were very nice (the best bread I have eaten in a long time). The spa is very pleasant.

The décor is not my cup of tea. It's very industrial, "modern", cold. The building is probably the most iconic art-deco building in Poland but the interior does not reflect this style in any form. It's a pity.

Silver fish and other insects in the bathroom - gross no staff at the pool at night and dirty facility , slow service at breakfast , no furnishement in lobby so nowhere to socialise with visitors
