Beautiful hotel, impressive architecture, the room was very big, clean with premium furniture and modern look. The breakfast was amazing also the terrace is beautiful.

The shower was leaking in the bathroom, the door was not closing very well. We had a room at the ground floor and we can hear everything and everyone that was passing by. Also the bar was close to the room and we can hear all the people that were there. The staff did not asked us once if we need anything or if we are enjoying our stay.

The best, the location and restaurant. The worst, the bed are smaller compare to another Marriot hotel that i have stay. The sink was clogged And the room was cold

One of the most gorgeous bathrooms we’ve ever been in, I hated leaving it! Hotel was beautiful, well done, super quiet, lovely area, so happy we stayed here.

The room itself, roomy, clean, and up to date. The bathroom lay out was outstanding. Providing ample space between toilet and shower. The Breakfast dining area was very well thought in design. In addition to providing a well balanced buffet. There was of course a additional breakfast menu options to choose from free of charge of what you are already paying. The location of the Hotel in the city was again very ideal if you are visiting for pleasure. One side of the hotel looks to the Old City and the other entrance gives you views towards the new city. The staff were always helpful, professional, and patient. The Restaurant KUK was superb with great attention to detail and of high standards with the cuisine. The bar was also very well run. The overall balance of clientele was good, when staying at high end places there can sometimes feel like you don't belong. This was not the case at all. People from all walks of life. Of course a bit of common sense when coming down for breakfast, dinner, or usage of other public facilities on the hotel grounds in regards to dress code should be a no brainer, not in your hotel slippers, soccer jersey, and a pair of shorts. Its a fine hotel and its ok to be a peacock once in a while, not a plucked chicken.

The one and only issue I had was upon driving for 10 hours to get at the hotel and checking in the hotel staff did not offer to take my luggage, I would have declined anyhow but the gesture would have been appreciated. But but if this is the only issue I can find that should tell you something.

Excellent hotel. It is very beautiful, the decoration, de ambience, and the rooms are stunning. The bed was very very confortable as well as the bathroom and all appliances in the room. I highly recommend this hotel. Its location is also perfect to access old town and find cozy little places around to eat. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful and inviting hotel and all the staff I came across were very accommodating and polite. Our room looked even better than the photos online and the gym/spa was fantastic.

Great location, beautiful building with wonderful holiday decorations. Very comfortable room/bed.

Breakfast required ordering and waiting for food to cook. My poached eggs were very rubbery. Scrambled eggs were cooked with wrong ingredients. Wait for food was very long. I prefer buffet style so I can get going fast.

A most palatial and opulently decorated hotel - the internal decor and furnishings were of the highest quality and the baroque architecture was very grand . The bedroom was very comfortable with a fully stocked mini bar . The location was fantastic with all the major landmarks and places of interest in the old town barely 5 mins away

Beautiful property, lovely Christmas decorations.Immaculately clean and wonderful fragrant lobby,halls and bar. Best breakfast we’ve had it’s truly wonderful. Fabulous location right next to the old town. Room was much nicer and bigger than photos. Super comfy bed.

The staff at breakfast were a little slow and forgetful. Check in wasn’t great. Bathroom was huge but no bath. Swimming pool was being renovated.

Everything is perfect! The staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfast is fantastic. And the location can’t be better.

Recently developed modern hotel located in historic building only a short stroll from the Old Town

Disappointing bar with no atmosphere that feels like you are drinking in a hotel reception. Service in the restaurant was also poor.

Perfect location near the old town. Tasty breakfast, quite big room with comfortable. We received free upgrade.

Maybe for some no pool will be an issue. But not for us

- Spacious historic object in the old town area. -comfortable rooms which are finished with ok materials (but not those You would expect from a 5 star hotel) - good food in the restaurant. - well equipped gym. - kind staff.

Some materials on the cheap side, more to be expected in a 3 star hotel.

A small natural water (saltwater) hot tub would be nice in the spa.

The hotel and location were perfect couldn’t fault it.

I felt that the reception staff when we arrived were standoffish and quite unhelpful. We weren’t shown to our room and we were left to try and figure out electric window blinds ourselves which resulted in calling reception which was also a faff. On our first morning I said good morning as I left but no one responded!

Downsides: bar closed early, breakfast very modest, especially egg Benedict and French toasts. Small amount of sauces, service took too long while restaurant was almost empty. Expensive parking outside of the hotel: around €50 per day. Other than that all good.

Great location in the heart of the old town and good walking distance to key tourist areas. Very comfortable bed, always a must! Interesting choice of breakfast made to order from a menu, but staff very accommodating to cater for specific needs not on the menu..dont be afraid to ask.

Amazing property in the border of the old town and 59 metres from the a Royal Route. A bit expensive though

Best location in Warsaw, within short walking distance to Castle Square and all the historic attractions in Stare Miasto.

Breaking did not meet my expectations. There is a limited selection for guests who prefer cold cuts of meats and hams.

The location was perfect in the old town. Sitting outside at night listening to the pianist play was the icing on the cake.

Our room was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is really lovely and feels really luxurious. It is also located across the road from Old Town, so it’s nice and close to many restaurants and shops.

The aircon in the room is controlled by the main reception which means if you want to switch it off, you need to call main reception and ask them to switch it off. Main reception are EXTREMELY accommodating and always helped, but we would have preferred to have had control of the aircon ourselves.

Exclusive and excluded from old town. The property had an historical touch but still incredible modern design.

We were on a roadtrip with an electric car and needed hotels with charger. We booked this hotel to be able to chatge bu wWe couldn‘t reserve a charger and were only made aware of that after the booking. So that was a difficult situation for us.

Christopher at the front desk was very helpful

Didn't quite like the restaurant. My wife is predominantly vegetarian and options were limited
