The property and our room was beautiful! We loved our dinner at the restaurant! So delicious!

Excellent amenity and standard

This was a unique experience as the hotel is located in a renovated palais. Fantastic scenery. However, the modernity is woven into it everywhere. The room was comfortable. The bathroom spacious. Very nice and helpful staff (bravo!). They have a very well supplied bar with reasonable prices. Complementary (good) water in the room. Comfy beds. And you cannot beat the location, in the heart of the most beautiful part of Warsaw. Nice breakfast area, separated from the hotel. There was a wedding in the hotel on that night but there was no nuisance because of that at all (perhaps it was even a bonus to see so many well-dressed and well-behaved people around ;=)

While you are submerged into past ages when you enter the hotel, the rooms are surprisingly modern. This contradiction was a bit disappointing. I would also say the hotel is too expensive. Well, the breakfast definitely is! It was strange to have a lot of good-looking things to choose from which eventually tasted below average. It seemed like the cook had no line on what to serve and just displayed whatever there was in the kitchen. And the fact that they served tea just moderately warm was disgraceful... The coffee was equally awful.

The location is perfect for Warsaw old town, the staff go above and beyond to help, the hotel has a really nice atmosphere.

Big clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is great for sightseeing, the view on the old town is spectacular. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

There were no bath robes in our room, but really we didn’t need them so it was not a big problem

My favourite hotel in warsaw! Every detail is of high quality, the place, the decoration, the atmosphere is really nice, you are in middle warsaw but feel calm like in remote hotel. And the personal really made a great job making you feel at home. Huge points for the room upgrade!

Hotel has not informed guests about iron men maraton taking place in the neighborhood on Sunday that made arrival to the hotel by car impossible. My 94 years old mother could not walk 300 m to the hotel. Walking the same distance with heavy luggage was not fun.

Everything is of a high standard

The place is beautiful. Detailed interiors, painstakingly restored, . Staff are extremely helpful: the concierge, reception team, catering team in the restaurant and the cleaning staff all work towards top level of hospitality. Absolutely wonderful. There's nothing to fault. Plus the excellent location.

The hotel is centrally located. Beautiful building, great decor. There is a great balance between the classical and the modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.

We arrived by car and we were outside waiting for a while to come in with nobody coming to give us an indication where to park until we had to call the hotel to let them know that we were waiting. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us the room in front of the elevators and lobby and windows facing the busy entrance of the hotel. Once we asked for a different room they solved the problem right away. Mattress very soft. Gave my husband a back injury. Some of the staff from the restaurant were very polite. Some of them looked unexperienced. Overall a good experience but the price quality ratio didn't seem in balance.

I have no words to describe how well we had a good time. Everything was so wonderful.

Property is centrally located close to my favorite Irish Pub on the planet that has great live music on the weekends. Like tonight Ball is playing their second straight night. Amazing band with great play list

Beautiful hotel, impressive architecture, the room was very big, clean with premium furniture and modern look. The breakfast was amazing also the terrace is beautiful.

The shower was leaking in the bathroom, the door was not closing very well. We had a room at the ground floor and we can hear everything and everyone that was passing by. Also the bar was close to the room and we can hear all the people that were there. The staff did not asked us once if we need anything or if we are enjoying our stay.

One of the most gorgeous bathrooms we’ve ever been in, I hated leaving it! Hotel was beautiful, well done, super quiet, lovely area, so happy we stayed here.

The room itself, roomy, clean, and up to date. The bathroom lay out was outstanding. Providing ample space between toilet and shower. The Breakfast dining area was very well thought in design. In addition to providing a well balanced buffet. There was of course a additional breakfast menu options to choose from free of charge of what you are already paying. The location of the Hotel in the city was again very ideal if you are visiting for pleasure. One side of the hotel looks to the Old City and the other entrance gives you views towards the new city. The staff were always helpful, professional, and patient. The Restaurant KUK was superb with great attention to detail and of high standards with the cuisine. The bar was also very well run. The overall balance of clientele was good, when staying at high end places there can sometimes feel like you don't belong. This was not the case at all. People from all walks of life. Of course a bit of common sense when coming down for breakfast, dinner, or usage of other public facilities on the hotel grounds in regards to dress code should be a no brainer, not in your hotel slippers, soccer jersey, and a pair of shorts. Its a fine hotel and its ok to be a peacock once in a while, not a plucked chicken.

The one and only issue I had was upon driving for 10 hours to get at the hotel and checking in the hotel staff did not offer to take my luggage, I would have declined anyhow but the gesture would have been appreciated. But but if this is the only issue I can find that should tell you something.
