Hotel Verte, Warsaw

Great location in the heart of the old town and good walking distance to key tourist areas. Very comfortable bed, always a must! Interesting choice of breakfast made to order from a menu, but staff very accommodating to cater for specific needs not on the menu..dont be afraid to ask.

Best location in Warsaw, within short walking distance to Castle Square and all the historic attractions in Stare Miasto.

Breaking did not meet my expectations. There is a limited selection for guests who prefer cold cuts of meats and hams.

The location was perfect in the old town. Sitting outside at night listening to the pianist play was the icing on the cake.

Our room was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is really lovely and feels really luxurious. It is also located across the road from Old Town, so it’s nice and close to many restaurants and shops.

The aircon in the room is controlled by the main reception which means if you want to switch it off, you need to call main reception and ask them to switch it off. Main reception are EXTREMELY accommodating and always helped, but we would have preferred to have had control of the aircon ourselves.

Exclusive and excluded from old town. The property had an historical touch but still incredible modern design.

We were on a roadtrip with an electric car and needed hotels with charger. We booked this hotel to be able to chatge bu wWe couldn‘t reserve a charger and were only made aware of that after the booking. So that was a difficult situation for us.

I've stayed in 5 different hotels of the same pricing category in Warsaw and Hotel Verte is the best one by far. Location, rooms, staff - all exceptional.

Large room with beautiful bed linen and an excellent shutter that can be opened or closed with a click of a button. I arrived late to the accommodation, due to a flight delay, and they had already closed the shutter for me. As I was late, I ordered room service which arrived promptly. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge and had plenty of counter top to place items on. I had breakfast one of the mornings which was delicious. The building itself is beautiful with easy access to Old Town. I would love to stay here again.

The design of hotel is fabulous. The staff from reception is great. The bed is very comfortable. it is very quiet. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is wonderful. old town just locates outside. Devices in the gym are quite new and well-maintained and it is not smell at all.

There is not a bathtub and water keeps leaking out of door while taking a shower. the floor became very wet. Swimming pool was under construction. it is a big shame. Due to language barrier ( some of staffs' english is not so good), misunderstanding happened couple of times. overall, it is a very nice hotel to stay. Probably because of it is 5 star and it is not cheap; so my expectation is quite high. Therefore, I am bit disappointed by those minor details.

Breathtaking architecture and decorations, and the room was spacious. One of the most, if not the most, gorgeous properties I've ever stayed at. So close to Old Town, everything was walkable. The breakfast was very good, maybe a bit pricey though. Handful of options from a menu, or a table of buffet items. Staff was prompt and hospitable and the dining area was beautiful.

Few days I spent in Verte Hotel were amazing. Everyone working in the hotel is very friendly and happy to help with any requests. Breakfasts are perfect - delicious food, great service and calming, elegant ambience. I love the interior design of the hotel and it’s location with this amazing courtyard and lunch restaurant outdoor.

We loved the location and the elegant rooms. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was very professional and went out of their way to take care of us.

The staff, although very nice and do their outermost to make sure that your stay is a comfortable one, there seem to be a misunderstanding in the various policies of the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel, which is located in the heart of the old town. Although rebuild therefore faux pas nonetheless beautifully done where the old and modernised go hand in hand. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are amazing. Clean spaces room and great gym. The breakfast is really nice!

Amazing hotel. Very new indeed but everything in it was stunning. From our bedroom, to the outdoor sitting area, to the bar and restaurant. And very friendly and helpful staff. And the location ! Just at the entrance to the Old Town yet tucked in away from the crowds.

Cant fault it in anything. Especially that we have been told they will have swimming pool !

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful. I don’t think I have ever staying in a place that is as amazing on the outside and the inside. The location is right by the Old City and within walking distance of most sights, shops, restaurants etc. The gym downstairs was unbelievable with Technogym equipment.

The beautifully restored historic building made for a unique and memorable stay. Our room was quiet even though we were just across the street from the lively Old Town. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast style "everything cooked on demand" made it a painful and time consuming experience. Some employees were totally challenged with tasks like "find your booking" or "get a taxi".

Location and charm

The restaurant wasn’t even close to being good for casual dining, all was well prepared for vegans and vegetarian people.

Amazing decor. The old style design blended tastefully with modern decor. Minimalist and neat.

The Airconditioning changes are controlled from the reception so it’s a pain to call for any changes. Not much can be done from the room control.

Breakfast was very good - excessively so in the variety on offer.

My room was superbly designed but the electronic controls for window shutters and air conditioning defeated me and there were no instructions for their use. Hotel staff were very helpful but I would have wished not to have to ask them.
