Hotel Hilton Molino Stucky, Venice

The staff were very courteous and the shuttle service by the hotel was a plus. There isn’t much to do on the island of molino and there are no shops near the hotel. The room was very small and in my view not very clean for Hilton standard. We met a straw on the floor in our room and it looked like the room hadn’t been hoovered.

Look like to be in America. Incredible space without heritage. Quality is not enough for a 5 star hotel. Looks like a 3/4 star. Before our arrival i wrote an email to the hotel that never reply.

I liked the whole look of the hotel and the boat that could be used for 15 euros each for person. The room was lovely and spacious. Just a lovely place to stay. The bedding was lovely could you please tell me where it is from?

After a while the location becomes a bit of a pain, being off the main island you have to get a boat across. The hilton shuttle is free but it’s like catching a bus, to take a water taxi is 60 euro one way which takes 5 minutes.

The place is beautiful and perfectly located to our msc cruise port. Staff is friendly and breakfast was awesome. Pity we only had 1 night stay

Concierge staff making a mistake with our water taxi booking and taking no responsibility for that and we ended up paying extra money for the delay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Hotel shuttle is $15 euro per person per stay. It's a convenient way to get around Venice which we appreciated. Otherwise the hotel is situated 5 mins walk from public Vaporetto. The amenities were great, there's house keeping daily. I love how the rooms were heated during winter/spring and hotel staff helped with my luggage on arrival.

I stayed at many hotels but I have never been woken up by housekeeping until now. It might just be hotel policy, but on the two days of my stay, they knocked on my hotel door multiple times. One day at 10am and the next day before 9.30am. Also the shower towels weren't replaced after house keeping. I was told that other consumables will only be replaced upon request such as cotton pads ... This should be explained and not for customers to find out at check out. Defs not 5 star standard. However I understand that travelers have different expectations of what a 5 star hotel should be and the hotel staff did offer me bottled water as a gesture of apology- which we didn't take. All in all, it's a great hotel to stay at in Venice.

Very clean, the location was great and accessible to general amenities and amusements. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn’t fault them for their hospitality.

It’s clean hotel with good restaurants and pool

We didn't have a window. Actually, there was one, but it was very small and located at the bottom of the wall, providing a view of another wall. As a result, there was no natural sunlight, and it felt like there was no window at all. Another issue was its distance from civilization. I didn't expect it to be so far. To reach St. Mark's Square, you have to wait for the ferry, which only comes once an hour, or walk to the public transportation station, which is 5 minutes away, and then take public transport to the center, which takes about 20 minutes. It's a very remote location. I couldn't find any information about delivery to or from the car parking and didn't receive any information from the reception. As a result, you would have to pay 70+70€ to come from the car parking and to return. They only told us that we could use public transport, which would be very inconvenient if you have luggage.

I didn’t like that you had to take the water taxi to go anywhere. Next time I’d stay on the St. marks square side close to restaurants and shops.

Loved the location of the hotel and the staff was very helpful. They offer a ferry shuttle service that was well worth it and one of the best parts of booking this hotel (apart from their quality star service).

Due to the holiday crowd we weren't able to get a room with water view but that's about it.
