Hotel Hilton Molino Stucky, Venice

The room was lovely and well kept, the services were amazing and the fact that the hotel offered a water taxi service was amazing because it relieved some of the pressure on us as travellers! We didn't have enough time to explore the whole hotel and use all it's amenities but we will definitely be staying at the Hilton in Venice again if we travel through in the future!

Rooms and beds were large whilst being comfortable. Bathrooms were luxury. The shuttle ferry was vital and well organised.

The gym was disappointing as only had a few cardio machines. Location was managed well but a little more effort required to get around.

The Hilton Hotel combines modern comfort with local culture. The beds are incredibly cozy, and the amenities, piano bar, dining are excellent.

The property was stunning in a fabulous location. The rooms was gorgeous and incredibly clean. We had fresh towels every day too.! The staff were exceptional and someone was always there to help you with any questions. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

If I had to choose something it would be the quality of the toilet roll.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the Hilton in Venice! We were thrilled to be upgraded to the tower suites – the room was incredibly spacious and had one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. The hotel itself is large and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights was the convenient hotel ferry, which made it so easy to visit different islands. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from each morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and really made us feel welcome despite the busy holiday period. It was a perfect holiday experience, and we’d love to stay here again!

The hotel is incredible. Location is great, the fact that they had their own water taxi was also super convenient. It was so easy getting around and it was great coming back after a long day of touring to such a comfortable room and great hotel.

the hotel was great, it was clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. also the hotel has it's own ferry shuttle which saved us because of the ferry strike which occurred in Venice. highly recommend.

Best stay for our trip around Europe. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They offfered to upgrade us to a bigger room so our family can sleep better. Truly appreciated it. The room is very nicely decorated, giving us the home feeling. It is new, clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the unique blend of history and luxury at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. The setting on Giudecca Island offers a peaceful escape from the crowds, with breathtaking views of the Venetian skyline. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. The convenient shuttle service to Venice’s main attractions was also a great touch.

They couldn’t have been nicer - everyone was so lovely. It was my birthday and they gave us a birthday treat which made the stay so memorable and warm. The room was beautiful and they brought us extra pillows when we asked (we’re more used to memory foam). The bed was very comfortable and the curtains really kept the light in or out. Our view was beautiful. The shuttle was handy and it was nice to be away from the crowds (but you needed to factor in time on the boat to get to the middle of Venice).

Was sometimes hard to get hold of reception staff beforehand on the booking.com app or by email.

I have a lot of confusion with blocking of money on my accounts. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with payment to be done in the hotel upon my arrival but 3 days before my arrival payment for 1 night for each room was blocked on my account. Upon arrival Hilton did another block om account for 1 night payment for 1 room plus 100 Euro extra. Next day I have got confirmation of another 24 Euro block. So, overall before my check out about 80% payment for 2 rooms was reserved on my account but during checkout I was requested to pay this amount again. So, now I am looking forward to have 752 Euro unblocked on my bank account as quickly as possible. Will you please inform when it will be happened. Thanks

Everything ! The staff is excellent! Ksenia at the reception does a great job, so do all but we didn't catch their names. The piano restaurant is a treasure ! The boat shuttle is great and going back to the airport we booked a taxi because it takes 1.30 hours by the Alilaguna. We miss the Stucky already.

Breakfast 🥣 was good and well stocked. The hotel was clean and the staff were fantastic. The room was decorated for our arrival. The curtsey Boat ride to Morano was a bonus and well appreciated. Thank You Concierge 💁

For me to actually say what was wrong would be rude. Of course somethings could be better but for me to say what that would or might be would be like me saying the air was on the street was a bit nippy.

The experience was nearly flawless. The room and facilities were in excellent condition, and the service was attentive throughout the stay. The location is really beautiful, we got free upgrade to a suite with a view, which was a pleasant surprise.

I encountered two minor issues. A hold of half the total stay amount was placed on my card three days before check-in, and it was not released until I reached out hotel a week after check-out. Additionally, during check-in, I wasn’t informed that joining Hilton Honors was necessary to access free Wi-Fi, so I ended up paying an extra fee. This was promptly clarified at the reception, which I appreciated. Clarifying this upfront would have helped, but overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

The location was great with boat transfers to San Marco. Standard room was spacious, bed comfortable.

The property is absolutely stunning. Our room was gorgeous, wonderful view of the canal outside. Super comfy bed. Breakfast was by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, it was amazing!

This Hilton was the best I've stayed at globally. The room was luxurious and unique, with stunning views and an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was great, and the breakfast was superb, offering a variety to satisfy every taste. The staff was friendly and respectful. The location is a little far from the city center however, there are shuttles between the city center and the hotel for a moderate charge. However, there was no guide on how to reach the hotel for the first time, either on the booking platform or sent via email.

Strangely, upon check-in, no assistance was offered for luggage transfer or room guidance. During the check-in we were also not informed about how to use the Wi-Fi. According to the hotel TV, Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, with a 12 euro daily fee for in-room use. However, during checkout, we were told that in-room Wi-Fi was actually free. This discrepancy indicates a need for staff training or updating the hotel's TV information. Reaching the hotel for the first time can be quite difficult for new visitors unfamiliar with Venice's transportation system. It would be helpful if detailed information were sent to guests' emails right after booking.

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious. I had requested an upgrade to my room only to find out that my room was located in a floor that has no view and had a strong musky smell to it. The staff was very nice. It cost us 70 euros each way to/from hotel by water taxi which is quite pricey, and the hotel still charges an additional 15 euro per person to utilize their water shuttle, which wasn’t bad but still was inconvenient to wait for at times and should be free considering this is the only way to commute to the hotel. The small water bottle at the room cost us 6 euros each, which is ridiculously expensive . Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Commute to and from termini to hotel! Pricey… Additional fee for hotel water shuttle, although it’s the only way to get there. Strong musky smell on our floor, which was very unpleasant. Room didn’t smell though.

Beautiful views across the lagoon. Outside the touristy chaos, but easy access to the heart of Venice. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful concierge services.

This was a beautifully restored hotel with pictures of the old Molino Stucky Mill and owners - great to learn about the island. The water shuttle was very convenient, the price was great for our whole stay and it was extremely reliable. We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely book again.
