Good variety, but perhaps some more vegan options would be nice.

The restaurant/lounge was very expensive. My sister had a plain salad and soup, no beverage. Her cost was $68 Euros. That’s incredibly expensive.

This is a fantastic hotel with an exceptional team. We loved the location on the smaller island opposite Venice. The hotel has its own frequent shuttle service that is fun in itself. The island is a lot quieter than Venice itself and it is great to walk around in comfort. I would definitely stay there again next time in Venice

The selection of sweets lollipops etc at breakfast. Really hard to convince our 10 year old to eat a healthy breakfast with all those goodies

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent with lot of variety. The location is little away from the main island and the only mode of transport is by ferry. The hotel has its own arrangements for ferry to and from the main island. However, the ferry service of the hotel is not to a point where the cars and trans terminate on main island. One has to use ferry service from that point to hotel and on return at his own cost. This costs around EUR 75 one way. The hotel helps in getting the ferry from the hotel.

This holiday was for our 25th Wedding anniversary, last minute booking as we checked out of previous hotel earlier than expected at Lake Como. Venice was a last minute destination, we had the most amazing time and the staff bent over backwards to make our 25th truly memorable. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!! The breakfast has a huge amount of choice, we stayed in two rooms, our first was on the 7th floor with views of the canal, the extra night room was on the second floor an executive room, both rooms where beautiful and we loved them both. The hotel is clean, modern, I would not hesitate to recommend and I can be quite fussy!!

Property and location

The staff were amazing at the property and the actual property itself was stunning and so clean! the breakfast was exceptional

The property was a bit out of the way if iys Venice you are looking to explore, it’s a 15 minute boat to the main extraction area and it’s pretty much an hourly boat however this is provided by the hotel at a fee of 15 euro per person! It is also the second last stop on public transport boat which means it is a one hour and forty minute boat from the airport to get to the hotel. The drinks are in my opinion extremely over priced

Plenty of choice at breakfast . Friendly helpful staff. Fabulous hotel . Loved the complementary room upgrade and bottle of fizz and chocolates (waiting in our room) for our wedding anniversary . The hotels water taxi ( one off fee of 15 euros for duration of stay) over to Venice is frequent and on time which makes sightseeing easy.

Excellent location, good shuttle to St Marks Square. Nice public areas, skillful conversion of old building. Rooftop swimming pool would be fantastic in summer (but closed in autumn). Nice view from room.

This hotel is absolutely incredible, it captures the charm and style of Venice while being a completely new property. Our room was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. Unlike many European hotels, here you’ll find all the services and amenities you’d expect from an international chain, which makes a huge difference. Another highlight is their private boat transfer service, available exclusively for guests at a very reasonable price. Everything is perfectly organized, so you don’t need to worry about getting around Venice. Without a doubt, it’s worth booking this service.

Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the hallways when trying to find your room, as the hotel has many connecting corridors.

Room air conditioning was very noisy and kept waking us up. On several days too few staff at breakfast made it difficult to get coffee.

This was our 3rd visit to this gorgeous hotel. Room was lovely, bed & pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, swimming pool very clean & the views were fantastic

Whatever they use to clean the bathrooms smells like lemons initially then after about 3 hours smells like cat pee. They did come and clean the bathroom again but the same result ensued after 3 hours, and it took 2 phone calls before the supervisor came up to check on the smell.

The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner also at the restaurant. The food was good but there was an elderly staff at the restaurant in the evening who was rude.

It was spacious, bright and clean. The hotel shuttle made access to the island of Venice easy. The staff were professional and fluent in English.

I was not prepared for the mosquitos which are present because of the waterways surrounding the islands. When sitting outside in the evening insect spray is beneficial.

The boat to and from the main island got busy at times and there were even arguments between guests due to this. A lot of things came at additional charges such as wifi. You also couldn’t use the pool at your own leisure. You had to book time slots which we weren’t made aware of initially.

Really nice hotel, the staff are great and so helpful when you have questions that need answering. The rooftop offers gorgeous views of Venice. The shuttle boat that Hilton puts on is very good too

The only negative thing is you have to book a slot to use the pool. This is understandable as there is a lot of guests and a small pool

Very satisfied with the property. Excellent atmosphere, restaurants and decoration. The amenities are great. The room was excellent and exactly what we expected.

Really hard to think of anything at all. Can't speak to any of the other room types besides ours but I assume the rest of the property is up to the same standard.

When the hotel staff heard it was our honeymoon they immediately upgraded our room and made sure there was a delicious gift package waiting for us. The ferry to the other islands is a true help and an amazing staff. Would recommend!

Great hotel and location. Staff at breakfast and reception/concierge were so helpful and friendly. The shuttle boat is great value especially if staying a few days. There are some lovely restaurants on Giudecca itself.

The pool booking system requires far too much organisation than we’d like to partake in whilst on holiday, but the reasoning for it is understandable. Also just some small niggles and lack of attention to detail that wouldn’t be expected of a 5 star hotel; not a big deal, but irritating (broken kettle in room, only full length mirror in room has a grey film on it, etc)

View was good but I was expecting a different one from the pics in booking. For the price, at breakfast, I would have expected real squeezed orange juices and not just the supermarket ones.

Breakfast was outstanding, so much variety for the price! Very friendly, helpful staff and gorgeous atmosphere created! Although not directly in the centre, the ferry boat is frequent (every 20/40 mins) and can be used an unlimited amount for 15€ a day. Will definitely be staying again!

I loved the hotel styling from inside and the furniture in the room. It was so modern and elegant. The staff are friendly. The water taxi service was very helpful. The pool and the roof top bar made the whole visit so beautiful. The food in Altro restaurant was delicious. The view of Venice on the rooftop was stunning. I loved every minute in the hotel. My son also was amazed by the hotel. Very luxurious place which makes you feel great

Hotel is a great experience in itself - historical building, great location on its own island, wonderful view. We really appreciated the dinner - if you have this included, you can choose any 2 courses on the menu + dessert and their food is at a 5-star level. Lovely view from the pool also, great room, plenty of staff to help you with anything. Lovely breakfast, plenty to choose from, everything at a high level, even prosecco is served as much as you like. All in all, it's what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Prices at the restaurant / bar quite high (25-35 Euro for a dish, drinks roughly 20 Euro). Their shuttle service isn't included in the price (and the hotel is on an island) and costs 15 Euro / person one way. Would recommend you take the public vaporetto (has stations on the islands near the hotel, simple 300m walk to the hotel from there, half the price). Also, pool reservation method could use an upgrade - you can only reserve on that particular day, near the reception, for a 2-3 hour slot / day. Reservations start at 8 and close at 11, this leads to quite a queue forming in the morning for this, from 7:30 onwards, with a chance to miss your desired slot if you weren't up so early. Maybe an online reservation would solve this issue better.

The waiting for the swimming pool tickets in the morning was expected to be first a 5 star hotel, especially as they didn't even checked at the pool, also the breakfast was to noisy, couldn't enjoy it.

Loved the convenience of the shuttle and being on Giudecca is a nice oasis away from the crowds. Loved the hotel!!

The hotel is located on a quiet island, easily accessible from the center. The hotel decor is pleasant, and the rooms were also nice. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Daily reservations for the pool were hassle-free. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

I was given a room facing the interior patio, which was filled with music all day and loud in the evenings. There were no bottles of water in the room. Garbage, used bottle containers were piled up right outside our window. The water in the rooftop pool was freezing cold. The hotel blocked 30 euros on my card without prior notice, but they refunded it after I requested a refund twice. Our room also was very dark.

Facilities and restaurant are lovely. Best food I’ve ever had. Half board is good value for money!

Our stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky was amazing. We found the staff to be lovely and super helpful. The room was beautiful, perfectly clean and we really enjoyed the attention to detail across the hotel. It's location could not have been better.

There isn't anything that we didn't like. Staying at the hotel was the perfect end to our Italy trip. I would say that the cost for drinks was expensive. This is to be expected with cocktails on the rooftop bar (which were amazing) but the €7/8 for a coffee was a tad pricey. Regardless, this has been one of our favourite hotels to stay at.

Loved the water shuttle. Rooms were large with a really comfy big bed.

Breakfast. The service was very patchy. The staff dont seem to manage an agreed already of tables.....so sometimes it felt like we were ignored.
