Fairmont Pacific Rim, Vancouver

AS AN INTERNATIONAL GUEST, I THINK THE FRONT DESK SHOULD SPEAK SLOWLY AND BE PATIENT. WE ARE NOT LOCAL PEOPLE AND CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY AS THEY DID.

Excellent position, in the middle of the city with access to all areas. Classy hotel with high standards. Very good services and extremely cooperative staff.

Some of the additional services were expensive. For example, the ebike was 380 dollars per hour , and outside, it was only 15 dollars for one hour.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, consierge organized a great guide for our private sightseeing tour

Too cold (too much aircondition) at breakfast (but this is a general problem for us when in Canada or US)

on a couple of occasions , room wasn't cleaned until evening time

Property is gorgeous. Has everything you need in a great location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. Concierge staff is wonderful and extremely helpful.

fantastic room and beautiful hotel, but it was way overpriced.

The price. Also, you have to have a room key for the floor you are going to. This does cut down on unwanted traffic through your floor, but when traveling with another group, it was extremely inconvenient. We ended up asking for an extra room card for each room to get to the floor needed to join our group.

I was expecting a sea view, we had a pool view. Great personnel and services, impeccable. great personnel.

That I had to pay extra for a car park?! this should be included, as we had in many other hotels.

Breakfast was excellent and restaurant was super and staff were amazing 👍👏 Highly recommend the Spa Great experience

Noise in lobby

The staff was very helpful arranging our 3am wake up call and cab to get to airport on time. Every day they went above and beyond making sure our stay went well.

Good housekeeping service. Excellent concierge. Great location.

Loved the ambience, the lounge and live band were great and I also received a personalized Birthday complimentary dessert from the hotel which was very thoughtful.

I liked everything

Dry cleaning service was poor. I sent a cashmere sweater out for cleaning because it had a food stain. The sweater came back with stain in the same place. I would appreciate if there was breakfast available before 7.00 as travelling through 3 time zones one tends to wake up very early.

Price lol but you get what you pay for

It’s like being in heaven. Best staff ever. Best luxuries. In the heart of Vancouver. It simply does not get better than this. And it was an honour and pleasure to stay here, I hope to come again soon.

Beautiful property, clean rooms, friendly staff.

The hotel location is perfect. The service quality they provide is exceptional. Each staff member with whom we interacted was courteous and quite helpful. Our Harbour view king room was immaculate, as were all of the public areas we visited. We enjoyed restful nights of sleep, as the beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet.

Very well maintained, the staff is helpful. The hotel is clean and well located.

The parking is unreasonably expensive and sauna that was available most of the time, required reservations and extra fees

The location is excellent , the view from our room in 17th floor is amazing , we really enjoy staying here . all the staffs are very nice , and very professional .

The service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the linens soft and the pillows great too. Location was great for walking. Lots of shopping and dining options around. Hotel lobby was great for hanging out and sushi was delicious.

The Fairmont’s staff provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. Front desk, doormen, concierge, servers and housekeeping consistently performed above and beyond. Looking forward to our next stay.

Having to pay to use the sauna

Gorgeous view of the harbor and mountains! This hotel is right on the waterfront. Excellent location for walking, exploring. Truly upscale comfort. Modern, stylish layout and furnishings. Food was above average and room service was prompt. Enjoyed our breakfast 'in bed'.

I was attending a conference and the location of the hotel was excellent, next to the Vancouver Convention Centre. The harbour and mountain view room is simply spectacular, very spacious and amazing view. Loved the Le Labo toiletries as well. The Giovane cafe within the hotel premises is also a very convenient and comfortable spot for a quick breakfast.

I wish there was an option to request for a change of bedsheets (usually some hotels provide a card) as I felt that the bedsheets were not changed for the 5 nights I was there.

Really enjoyed our stay here; room was great with nice views and the service and staff were welcoming. It is very busy in the lobby area with the bar and restaurant so this doesnt feel like a personal hotel. Location though is perfect and I would highly recommend it.

Just one staff member on check out was very rude - Li I think her name was. I was struggling to understand the bill break down and she was very patronising. Sad ending to a great stay.

Great location. View of the mountains was fantastic. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

Newish hotel that had it's usual wear and tear but all was fixed immediately by the repair team.

Physical property was beautiful, chocolate at night, lavender spray. Great location.

Don't love the co-ed spa areas. I was in the hot tub and two random guys joined me and talked my ear off giving me advice about my business I didn't ask for. Unfortunately if you don't go to the co-ed areas of the spa, you have ZERO access to any of those facilities or the outside area which is not great.

The view of the Harber was nice and the floor we were on was exceptional...

I was told when i made the reservation that there was free transportation to the airport but when we arrived, we were informed that it would be $155 one way.

The food is outstanding. Order the black forrest cherry cake. You won't be disappointed.

The pool is somewhat small and shallow all through. There is no "deep end."

Felt that the price point for the room was to high

Great location. Beautiful room with wood accents and generous size bathroom with full sized tub. Enjoyed the electronic lights and curtains.

Location perfect access to the float planes

I checked in early but had to wait for my room even though I requested an early check in. I never received a text or email saying it was ready and when I went to the elevator my key east working.
