Hotel Parkroyal on Pickering, Singapore

Stayed for three day before a two week cruise. Super staff friendly and professional in every way at all the locations from doormen, cleaners, check in, bar and restaurant. Room and as one of the best for comfort, layout and climate control. Sadly the pool was closed as was garden walk. Other than that is was exceptional.

Location of the hotel was ideal for exploring Singapore. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them. Variety and quality of food on the buffet breakfast set us up perfectly for the day.

A quick guide on arrival as to how to operate the room lights would have helped.

Lovely and quiet. Nicely located for a leisurely stroll around the centre. Everyone’s extremely polite. Will definitely stay there again the future. The food looked good will try it next time.

Everything was great - breakfast could be a bit hit and miss but only with coffee! sometimes they would offer coffee when seating you, sometimes they wouldn’t, sometimes they would but wouldn’t actually bring the coffee. Not really worthy of mentioning but it’s all I could think of..

The views from the window on the 11th floor were spectacular, like looking into the jungle. The pool, fitness area, and garden on the 5th floor are spectacular. The breakfast had a plethora of options.

Everything was perfect and some. Spotlessly clean with great facilities and a short walk from Chinatown in one direction and the harbour in another. Staff always went the extra mile to help and the hotel food was excellent. If we are lucky enough to come back to Singapore then we would look to stay here again.

There was nothing that was not to like!

Very disappointed the pool was unavailable. The option of the shuttle bus was inconvenient. Otherwise best buffet ever seen and location was great.

location & facilities were great

we weren’t told that we had to present our physical ICs and the guy at front desk kept insisting that we had to even when we told him that we didnt have it. but when it was escalated to another staff they told us it was ok to present Singpass. would appreciate it if we were given advance notice that we had to bring our physical ICs.

Stunning building with amazing architecture! Nice rooms, great facilities and accommodating service staff. Plus walking distance to most of the popular tourist areas. Highly recommend!

Pool was out of action

Great experience - fantastic hotel in great location. Breakfast was a great experience - Amazing staff - very happy with room - gym was ok - only downside was the swimming pool being out of action -the motel offered to drive us to a sister motel but was not the same was having the convenience of a pool close by.

Great hotel & location and nice rooms. Unfortunately the pool and spa were being renovated during our stay but a shuttle service to sister hotel was available - which we didn't use.

It was great hotel, with all its means with its unusual and wonderful architecture, with its green concept and gardens in almost in all floors.

Love Parkroyal Pickering & have stayed here a few times. Love the location so central to everything in Singapore. But very disappointed not being able to access the pool - was closed for the whole of 4 day stay - NOT impressed. The hotel could have advised of this days before our arrival, as it has been closed for over a week.

Pool was unavailable - this put a damper on the trip. We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew Getting milk from room service took ages The fridge wasn’t working.

I stay here every time I am in Singapore 🇸🇬 so I can’t fault it. It is a class above similarly priced hotels in my opinion.

Room was nice and clean, nicely designed. Staff were excellent and very helpful to any requests.

Design of bedroom incorporating the bathroom, would much prefer an entirely separate bathroom. We stayed in the Park royal on the beach on Beach road a week before, this was a £100 cheaper for a Friday night, and found that the room was more spacious and comfortable. Thus I consider Park Royal Pickering to be expensive.

Unique, and beautiful hotel! Room was very clean and comfortable, loved the trees and greenery right out the window though we were on the 7th floor! Pool area very nice! Great central location we could walk to so much. Huge breakfast buffet.

I found out that the pool was being renovated and asked to be moved to their sister hotel. They offered me a complimentary room upgrade and club lounge access which was excellent.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. But these things happen + we were offered an alternative swimming pool in another Parkroyal hotel so we got a chance to admire both architectural masterpieces

Stylish and we like the eco friendly approach. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds with an extremely quiet and non disturbing AC. Great buffets at lunch and dinner - if you want to try several Asian cuisines.

The pool was closed for renovation and we were not aware of it and there was no compensation offered for this lack. The fact that an hourly shuttle bus was avaible between 9.00 @ and 17.00 was inadequate. So swimming before breakfast was possible.

An excellent hotel in a great location! Many attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and offered a stunning view of both the city skyline and lush greenery, creating a jungle-like atmosphere. The gym and swimming pools with city views were outstanding, and the unique walking path around the hotel added to the experience. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Singapore—highly recommended!

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at with regards to the style and service. Conceptually, the hotel is amazing as has vertical gardens and flowers everywhere. We were on the 15th floor and had frangipani trees outside our window. The 16th floor and pool level has open gardens you can walk around which is simply amazing. The pool is infinity and looks over the city. You can relax around the pool and order food and drink. The gym also looks onto the city. Every area maximises the views of the greenery and city. We booked a Collections Club lifestyle King. The room had high ceilings with floor to roof window and a great view of the city. The room itself was very clean and beautifully appointed with a bath and glass framed toilet and shower so it is bright and light and included luxury toiletries and linen. The mini-bar on the first night is complementary and there is everything you need in the room. Room service was good and we had drinks at the lime restaurant which has live music. The Collections Club itself is on the 16th floor and only available to guests who included it in their booking. It is a fantastic and relaxing space for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapes. We went to leave the hotel but found ourselves back at this club as it was excellent. The Collections club also included limited washing and late check-out which are smart feature for travellers. The staff are excellent and the service is exceptional. The concierge staff are knowledgeable of the city and helpful. A special shout out to Ana in the Collections Club who was very professional and friendly making guests feel very welcome. We stayed 3 nights and came back for 1 night on the way back to Australia. Amazing!

Staff were really lovely throughout hotel. Beautiful settings with all the greenery and lovely breakfast and sustainable mindset very much appreciated. Had some spa treatments and they were really good, excellent staff there as well.

Limited vegetarian a la carte menu at the restaurant, but staff very adaptive to needs and adapted meal to suit.

The hotel was beautiful! The swimming pool and gym had beautiful views across the city. Hotel was located next to China town and perfect location for us to get the subway to other locations
