Choice of club room and associated amenities that go with it. Staff are great in every respect.

Although still very good, the hotel was a little frayed at the edges in certain areas in terms of upkeep. One major bug bear for me is the volume of ambient music in the lobby, pool area or indeed club lounge. Just too loud and unnecessary!

The green building design

Felt crowded in the pool area and echoey and noisy in the breakfast restaurant.

The lobby staff were the highlight of this hotel, very welcoming attentive faultless!

Great location and service, amazing architecture, lush greenery, delicious food at Lime restaurant. Pool was great as well. We felt like the location was great right next to Chinatown and close to attractions. The rooms were very comfortable and modern - we booked two rooms - an urban king and a twin room. The hotel does not offer connecting rooms, but they made sure the rooms are on the same level and close together. Our flight was after 10pm and we were offered late check out at no extra charge which was very appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and hotel for a few extra hours before our long flight. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 5 star experience at a great value.

Excellent breakfast. Room was via an outside corridor which felt quite motelish. The room hadn’t been made up on the first night, but it was rectified late afternoon. We have stayed at the hotel a few years ago. It was in the same condition and could do with some up dating but asides from that the hotel and the staff were very good. o h

Beautiful property in a great location!

The property was beautiful, but the rooms did not feel like a five star resort.

Everything was perfect: 1. Hotel is in amazing location, no words! 2. Hotel is very new, green. You can see great quality 3. Pool is very nice! 4. Spa was great. 5. I had amazing steak in Lime, I asked for a lot of adjustments and everything was perfectly prepared. AND front desk was amazing, especially super nice lady from Korea that helped me with so many things! Cannot wait to be back!

The staff is very nice, the location is within walking distance of the subway and the bus station. Breakfast has a large variety, and it tastes great.

Great location!

The hotel felt quintessentially Singapore—modern, classy, and impeccably clean. The buffet breakfast was outstanding (complete with a robot that prepared my morning laksa!), and both the room and the service were excellent.

Our final-night dinner was unfortunately a disappointment. We hadn’t realized the restaurant was closing early, but the hostess assured us we could still dine if we ordered immediately. Despite this, our food took an unusually long time, and we were presented with the bill before the dishes even arrived. It was obvious the staff were eager to clean up and close, which left us feeling like unwelcome guests. The meal itself was subpar, and we would have much preferred being told the restaurant was closed so we could have chosen another option. The pool, while smaller than expected, was still lovely and picturesque. However, one family wearing extremely strong cologne ended up overwhelming the space—quite literally.

My husband and I have stayed here during our last 2 trips to Singapore and we absolutely love the hotel! The location, bedrooms, staff and breakfast are exceptional. We will definitely be back.

I am appalled that items turned up on the bill that I hadn't consumed, hotel needs to check properly when items are charged to rooms.

Breakfast was top notch. Staff was wonderful and location was great.

Lighting was totally inadequate. Not enough light to read, shave, do normal business about the room. Controls we're also complicated and made little sense.

Excellent hotel in Singapore. Stayed several times at Fullerton hotel but Parkroyal is much better. Ecological hotel. Superb design. Very good restaurant. Excellent room (stayed in a suite).

The garden is just stunning. Views of city nice too. The staff was exceptionally lovely, especially on the front desk. I was given a garden view room because I mentioned my love for the plants, and it was very nice to be given a welcome drink.

The free minibar was not vegan friendly, which I had mentioned.

The service from start to finish was amazing. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Toilet area didn’t smell clean on arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and impeccably clean, offering a lovely view over the city. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of different dishes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth, and the staff at the front desk were equally welcoming and professional.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good but options for fresh fruit were limited. The decor and the urban green ambience were very serene.

Would have liked to have fresh/real fruit juice options. The orange juice tasted artificial.

The location was great. Breakfast was amazing.

We stayed here back in March this year so we knew what to expect. Our room was not far from that of the room we had in March... comfortable, clean and with a pleasant view overlooking the business district of Clarke Quay. Breakfast had plenty of choices of food in which to choose from. This area overlooked water ponds with lighting at night in the trees which is quite spectacular. We found both breakfast and dinner was always well attended not only by guests, but by locals.

I guess the price hit us this time in March it was substantially cheaper than this time round. What we did was to take some of our Euros with us and changed it into S$ dollars and paid cash up front on arrival, which saved us some $700. The one thing my wife picked up was in the bathroom ...the lighting was not bright enough for her to do her make up and being an eco friendly hotel I can understand why. This would not stop us from staying there again. I might point out that over the years we had been to Singapore some 20 times plus and we try to move around the different hotels.

We loved the hotel’s location, and the architecture and design were truly unique. Our room had a beautiful view, and we appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon gestures. The restaurant food was excellent; although our reservation didn’t include breakfast and the buffet felt a bit pricey, the variety was great. The service was very good as well—we even received our room earlier than expected.

We found the hotel’s food to be quite pricey, especially considering it wasn’t particularly impressive in our opinion. We also experienced several issues with our room keys and had to go back and forth to the lobby to resolve them due to repeated errors at reception.

Amazing stay - everything was great - rooms, breakfast, service, location. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast has huge variety of fresh choices. The service - reception, concierge, room service do a great job. And the hotel's garden is AMAZING! I would recommend this hotel over any other in Singapore - the price is more than worth it.

Almost everything was absolutely perfect. Probably the most friendly staff I've ever experienced at any hotel. The room is very spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel itself is crazy but in the best way possible. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The cleanliness of the room could have been slightly better - this is the only thing that stopped me rating this a perfect 10.

Our first time in Singapore and The Parkroyal was a perfect choice. Close to Chinatown and walking distance to the Marina. Our room was clean,spacious, and the perfect temperature ( given high temp and humidity) outside. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend staying at The Parkroyal.

We ordered lunch by the pool Sunday and also in the lobby on Monday. Both days, it was around 12 noon. On both occasions, we had to wait 30/40 minutes. A cocktail in the lobby took even longer.

The room was beautiful with high ceilings, a stylish design, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel’s lush greenery made it feel calm and refreshing, and it was so visually stimulating for my seven-month-old - we did a garden walk on the 5th floor every morning. The staff went above and beyond, preparing not only a crib for my baby but also a bottle steamer and a baby bathtub. Breakfast was excellent with both Asian and Western selections. The location couldn’t be better, right by Chinatown in the CBD, within walking distance of major sightseeing spots and subway lines. Everyone we met was warm and helpful.

Fabulous hotel, in a fantastic location. Beautiful views from lovely spacious rooms. We loved soaking in the bath tub whilst watching an early morning thunderstorm. The dining was everything that we wanted and then some. Very friendly and attentive staff. We loved our stay at the Park Royal Collection, Pickering and shall definitely return and highly recommend!
