Breakfast had many choices which was excellent. The room was beautiful and had wonderful views of the city which we really enjoyed. The hotel was within close proximity to MRT which was very convenient for us as we used it daily to do sightseeing.

We have not been able to use the pool’s amenities (lounge chairs or the booths), which was a little disappointing. It turned us off from using the pool again, which would have been nice given the hot and humid days.

Beautiful architecture the overflowing greenery and the streamlined technology throughout the Hotel. There were works being carried out at the pool but Singapore is busy city.

The restaurant is amazing, world class food and every option under the sun. Seafood, beautiful meat, salads, many cuisines. Staff are great, facilities are great, everything was clean and classy, and the location was great. A beautiful building.

The only very very minor area of improvement (if any) would be if the pool area was orientated to be more sun facing, and there was more food and drink service given how amazing the food is at the hotel, however caveat that by saying we were with children so as adults only it would have been great. We still really enjoyed the pool area and had no complaints, only minor comments about what would make it perfect.

Room was a good size and very clean and modern. Good amenities. Great pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool maintenance work, which maybe can’t be helped, but could have been screened better visually and acoustically. Workers also working till late one evening near room.

Perfect location. A beautiful hotel with everything you need. The staff were amazing and the hotel generous, even giving the first round of mini bar in the room for free! Loved it, I would definitely stay again!

The hotel truly is amazing and beautiful , the staff were really friendly, the bed is really cosy. The only negative thing is that the daily cleaning was not to the standard I expected from the hotel. Considering how much it cost to stay there I expected the regular cleaning to be better.

I didn’t like that there a no locks on the shower room and toilet.

Lovely room, modern and comfortable. Location was great. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were well served.

The time to check in is quite long! Even when we did online check in it still took a relatively long time and there was no line, but thats a pretty minor complaint.

This hotel is an architectural marvel. The integration of plants into the building is beautiful and calming. Staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are well designed, full of light even on rainy days and very comfortable. There is no issue with cleanliness, everything was immaculate. We loved the Collection Club Lounge for what it was - a quiet space to return to after busy days in the city. Breakfast there was wonderful, the view from the 16th floor was stunning no matter the time or weather. Cocktail hour was a wonderful way to enjoy a drink with breathtaking views of the city even on lazy evenings. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return anytime. Informatively: Note that while the greenery in front of the windows is incredible, it does obstruct the city view - if that is your priority, this might not be the hotel for you. Also be aware that there might be gardeners right in front of your room window. The windows are not tinted, so if privacy is needed or wanted, the blinds have to be fully lowered which closes off the view to the outside. This happened to us on 3 of the 4 days we stayed for a period of a couple of hours. It did not make us feel uncomfortable, the gardeners were very discreet and simply went about their work - also, the greenery is what makes the hotel so charming, so of course there is upkeep. However, it might be nice to know.

Even though it was fairly hot outside, the pool was quite cold - too cold for us, unfortunately. We saw may other guests jumping in for a quick swim but exiting after a few minutes as well, so we did not seem to be the only ones feeling a little chilly. Unfortunately, there were renovations as well which we were only told about on the day of check-in. While we understand that they are a necessary part of upkeep, they resulted in about half of the pool area being closed off with loud construction noises (hammering, sawing, cutting of metal and concrete) being right next to us while we were trying out the pool. It made us not go back to the swimming area during our stay. We would have loved this to be communicated earlier.

A truly luxurious stay! The staff surprised us with a free upgrade for our anniversary, which made the experience even more special. The location is perfect close to restaurants, the subway, and just 10 minutes from everything in the city. Excellent service, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommend!

Didn’t have a hot water in the shower for the whole period of stay. Poor communication between the front desk / reception staff.

Everything. Amazing gardens. Exceptional pool. Staff continually exceeded expectations. Loved every minute of my time here.

The staff was really helpful especially when they helped us recover our sons missing toy ( special thanks to Colin(phone operator) and Brent from Concierge team-they sent the toy by taxi to the airport)-we really appreciale all their help

Hotel is absolutely lovely, if you're visiting Singapore and want a hotel that's got it all, this is the place . Amy at breakfast was so accommodating and very funny , she made us feel at ease, she is a tribute to the hotel .

It was super clean, staff are so accommodating and the pool was amazing. Location was perfect and very close to the MRT. Bed was super comfy and food was yummy too!

Hotel have a lot of trees

There is no hygienic spray, so the family has children and feels a bit inconvenient

Located within easy walking distance of Canton Rd eating precinct and a lot of other shops and restaurants. Stunning hotel with a lot of garden levels, comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

The hotel has very interesting design. It is located very conveniently close to MRT, Lau Pasad and the Marina. It has a small pool on the 5th floor with a nice view.

An absolute delight. I had known about this hotel for a while because the architecture is outstanding - and it did not disappoint. The staff were amazing, the room was fantastic, the view was incredible- 10/10 would stay again. The pool - love, love, love. And they have a steam room. We spent a lot of time in that area, such an amazing space. If it's on your mind at all, just book it.

Great outdoor pool, amazing breakfast! Location is perfect for a few days exploring the city. Less than 5 minutes walk from Chinatown station. 30 minutes walk from Marina Bay. Couldn't fault the staff and service.
