I couldn't fault our stay it was fantastic! The area was great, the rooms were comfortable and the facilities were beautiful!

Everything on highest level. Great, central location. Whole hotel smells very nice, beautiful decorated lobby. Well equipped, comfortable rooms. Well maintained hotel, so polite and friendly, relaxed staff. Very simple way of doing check in and check out. Beautiful swimming pool and space around. Gorgeous breakfast choices, for everyone’s taste. Special thanks for approving usage of the pool last day until late night hours and taking care about our luggage.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant was large and loud, à la carte food was good (did no try the buffet). Quick check in, welcomed with drinks.

No sun on pool area in the afternoon.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and accomodating. The location was excellent and easy access. The room was large and spacious and had everything we required.

The restuarant, at breakfast time, was quite noisy and it felt like we were all on top of each other when seated next to other guests. The lighting in the room needs to be better especailly if writing or in the bathroom.

Bed was amazing. Location just perfect in between Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT .

Cold water in swimming pool (feb)

Design, lots of plants, herbs and gardens. Staff is super helpful. They offered us a welcome meal before check-in, while we were waiting for our rooms. Kids looooooved robot which was preparing soup for breakfast:)

The pool is not so big, but the view is magnificent so it's not a big deal afterall

Spectacular hotel, very comfortable rooms, and the most amazing breakfast buffet. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was walking distance to all major sites.

The location was awesome. Close to Chinatown and close to multiple train stops. There is a hawker center right behind the building on the second floor. Great options for cheap eats. The bed was great. Service top notch. It was awesome to see how a hotel incorporate nature into the city. Will love to stay again!

The pool water was a little cold for our liking.

An exceptionally attentive and courteous team took care of all my needs in a very helpful manner. Many, many thanks to everyone (housekeeping, concierge, reception, restaurant, bar, club on level 16, and the many people working behind the scenes). The hotel is architecturally and horticulturally beautiful and ideally located in the city center.

All the staff was warm and welcoming, yet very professional, and the hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious, had lots of natural light and the bathroom was comfortable. The pool has a great view, the buffet breakfast had lots of variety in both Asian and western foods. We were able to leave our luggage at 10am and they were waiting for us in our room when it was ready. We also left our luggage after the check-out as our flight was only late at night, we had another day to explore Singapore. The location is great, just by Chinatown and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station

The water temperature in the pool (bit cold) but it didn't stop us from enjoying it!

Check-in took an extremely long time even after we got to the desk. Breakfast was good but the fruits weren’t great quality. It was also a shame that they couldn’t put our family on the same level.

Hotel staff were excellent and always polite and helpful. The hotels dining was of a high standard and enjoyable standard. Location was brilliant close to the MRT and key attractions. We will return

The staff were exceptionally good - friendly, attentive and professional. The location was great for visiting China Town, the National Museum and the Botanic Gardens, and it was a short journey downtown as well.

Exceptional design, mood, atmosphere. Flowing water and greenery everywhere. The pool area was exquisite. Quiet, spacious room. Breakfast was top class. Quick access to Clarke Quaye MRT station. Polite and helpful staff.

The staff in the club lounge were exceptional. Jetrix and Ana made our stay very enjoyable and special. There attention to detail and personalities made our stay.

Great Building, generally good staff, very neat and tidy as you would expect.

Some wait staff at breakfast were exceptional pushy. It was not an enjoyable experience to have breakfast in some sections of the restaurant. Pool very refreshing / cold, great idea and very beautiful, but unfortunately it didn't seem to every get any sun.

Location, staff, the housekeeping very good, spotless clean and thoughtful , wrote us a wee card to thank us for staying. The bed and bed sheets the most comfortable I stayed in, couldn’t hear anything so soundproofing must be very good. So handy for China town and we ate breakfast at the Hong lim market which was right opposite hotel.

Our room was corner room so if we had our blinds up, anyone walking past corridor or upstairs would see into our room.

We liked the location, we wanted to be near Chinatown and we loved the hotel which is so unique and different. It smelt so yummy! Great breakfast options and the staff were all so friendly and attentive. The air con was adjustable which was so nice as so often the rooms are just too cold. We stored our luggage and we're able to stay and use the pool area and facilities after check out as we had a very late flight. Nothing was a problem! And I guess it shouldn't for the price! But it was a treat for us and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

When we arrived there was a funny smell in the room, smelt moldy. We arrived fairly late at night and I just couldn't handle the smell being asthmatic. I hate complaining but they changed rooms and upgraded us immediately. Which was wonderful! The only other dislike was there were no gluten free bread options from what I could see. Still there were plenty of food to choose from. Just would been nice to have some gluten free bread or muffins when so many varieties of pastries etc were on offer.
