Good breakfast,friendly staff,nice & clean room,good location. This hotel have a best swimming pool ever and very unique design.

The swimming pool was amazing with a very beautiful view. Also the location was very good. The employees were very polite.

No one is talking about how the pool area doesn't get any sun???? This made it the pool very cold. We wanted some sun before returning home so it was a bit disappointing. Quite expensive.

Excellent location, very walkable to main sights but also close to efficient metro system. Big buffet breakfast (chilly dining room so take sleeves!) and bedrooms were well proportioned and kept very clean. Some slight signs of wear and tear but excellent value for the price.

The pool area is great but not a lot in the way of bar service.

what can i say. the hotel is the ideal starting point for discovering singapore. it is clean, the staff is extremely attuned and knows how to take care of customer requests and meet their expectations. the room was clean, spacious, had nice materials - i slept great and looked forward to the upcoming adventure every day.

if you don't offer the coffee from the machine but individually to your taste from a italian portafilter machine you are top - a challenge, isn't it?

Everything was very good. It was my husband's birthday and the birthday wishes and desserts left in the room were a pleasant surprise.

It was very cold during breakfast. The pool is on the fifth floor and there was shade and very windy, making it unusually cold for this area.

The design, modernness, cleanliness of the buildings as well as in room was outstanding and the staff all very friendly and attentive. The Club Lounge was also very nice and an excellent place to eat, work and unwind. The gym was very good, considering it’s size and the pool was lovely, although the water was a bit cold, considering the time of year. The food was all very good and assistance in concierge, check-in etc was very attentive. The location is second to none; so central, with a lot of Singapore’s main eating options a short walk away.

While the rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows, the room was a little dark, even with the lights on sadly. I think the rooms also lack a bit of warmth and character, even though I get the eco concept. I don’t think it was worth the money.

A fabulous architecturally designed hotel, covered under plants with amazing bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and great food. The breakfast has a fantastic selection of food from all cultures available, a real feast to start with every day and the most kind and helpful staff in the breakfast hall, especially Amy who helped us every day. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

The hotel was in a great location right next to a mall with a lot of restaurants. One literally walks out of the hotel into the mall. There is also a train station at the mall for those wishing to use the subway. The pool area was superb. There is just a lot to say about this hotel, we really loved staying there.

The hotel was in a great location for us, and very clean.

Wasn’t too impressed with the pool, as I don’t like dark tiles, there was no service so you couldn’t order anything, it really didn’t entice us. Also there wasn’t a proper bar in the hotel, the one near the entrance was so small and service was extremely slow. The other bar was right at the other end after the restaurant which didn’t feel comfortable either. Regarding the room, storage is minimal, so not for people who have a lot of clothes.

The build itself is amazing, so lush. The Room is big and have an installed filter water in the room. The breakfast is quite nice more nicer if have more vegetarian option.

The beautiful architecture and gardens (shout out to the gardeners!) are the hotel's biggest assets apart from the interior design that mirrors the building's outside nicely. Centrally located and guests are handled with efficiency.

It is a hotel caring / catering for many people. Whereas staff was polite and efficient, because of the size of the 'enterprise' the personal touch is lost...

Everything was very nice but only 1 thing we didnt really like is the lounge. The 2 young men were super friendly and professional but the 2 ladies were completely opposite. First time was our first breakfast, we got in the lounge and no one knew we were there for a few minutes, after that a lady came and asked for my room number, I said 1126 but she asked me again is our room 1127 and I said no, Its 1126 but then she kept coming back and asked me is my room 1127 for another 2 times, made me feel like something wrong with my room, didnt make me feel good about that, the ladies didnt give me the friendly vibe at all!

Location central. Restaurant downstairs was surprisingly affordable. Very nice room and everything. Christmas decorations a bonus.

A bit of humidity odor in the room when you came in.

Great location, very comfy rooms, nice views from upper floors. Staff is very friendly and professional. I got upgraded to a signature suite without asking and granted lat checkout till 3pm for free. Great Spa and pool.

Breakfast : go someplace else if you can. Very crowded and noisy room. Cold and not so comfortable. Quality of products relatively poor.

Location was great just next to Chinatown but easily walkable to marina and boat quays plus gardens by the bay. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Very clean and modern. Building is stunning. Got an early check in which was most appreciated after an overnight flight and an anniversary gift as we were celebrating. Room was lovely and very quiet, we were on 12th floor. Would definitely recommend.

Awfully disturbing renovation which was not mentioned at booking. Despite of moves between rooms, noise was very annoying, especially if you have jetlag and need more rest. It would’ve been more fair to flag this right at booking so that we could decide if we’re ok with this or not. Staff was kind about it and we got a slight compensation (lounge entry for our last 2 days) but overall could not really rest.

We were on a 2 night stopover. The room was spacious, and the facilities were fine.

Maintenance was happening while we were there, & in some areas it clearly needed it. Pool area was small given the amount of people the hotel can accommodate. Disappointed that the lushness & greenery on the outside of the building is not carried through to inside.

Wow. Amazing lushly surroundings around the pool. Which has an extraordinary view over the city. Spacious room with great views and comfy bed. Staff is all very friendly and accommodating (shout out to concierge Brent). We had a late flight and could spend the whole day at Level 5 (pool, spa, showers).

Be careful with the wooden floor at the pool area. It seems to be rotten at a few places.

Architecture and design were stunning

The PARKROYAL Collection was a beautiful green oasis. It was like having a room in the Garden. We booked a Lifestyle King Room and we were on the 15th floor. The beautiful tall palms were right outside our windows. The room and bathroom amenities included a great bathtub to relax in and lay back and look at the greenery. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of different choices. The infinity Pool area is amazing. Highly recommend the PARKROYAL Collection Hotel in Pickering -Singapore!!!

Location, design, staff.

The cleanliness and the room doors are scratched, and there are stains on the mirrors. Breakfast can be much much better!! There is no partition between the toilet and the shower, which could greatly upgrade the room, as there is no privacy in this way.

We didn’t enjoy our dinner in the Lime restaurant. The buffet was cold and not being refilled. Lots of items were empty or looked like they had been sitting for hours and were not appetising. Poor for the money we paid!

The food in breakfast needs to be more international

This is a truly beautiful hotel to stay in. This trip I was on the 14th floor which is one of the garden levels. It was fabulous, thanks Felicia. All of the staff here are excellent, the room was extremely clean and comfy - blackout blinds and very quiet. Turn down service at night without asking. Thanks Acung. Every amenity is available in the room. I also received a card and cake on my birthday!
