The building, the room, the staff, the breakfast and the neighborhood - amazing.

Long lines and very crouded at the breakfast.

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Super eco friendly with the pool area feeling like it’s located in a hidden garden. Walking distance to China Town and Clarks Quay, great accommodations to stay at while in Singapore. Staff is super friendly as well.

Would be a little picky: the way the bathroom was setup with the sliding doors and limited AC options.

We loved our stay at the ParkRoyal Pickering - great location in Chinatown area, walking distance to metro station and the river - lots of great restaurants and bars at Clarke Quay are just 5 mins walk away. The rooms were extremely comfortable with good space and amenities including mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine, umbrella, steamer and ironing board. We particularly liked the filtered drinking water tap. We enjoyed the Collection Club lounge - very friendly staff and delicious breakfast offering. Also great afternoon tea, and pre dinner drinks / snacks on offer. Gym and spa facilities were also excellent. Would definitely return to this hotel on a future visit to Singapore.

Hot water takes a moment to reach the showers and swimming pool area becomes very slippery with wet sun lounger cushions during a rain storm.

In the breakfast area and the hall it was really cold due to the air conditioning

So basically I asked through boking.com for a early check-in, because I had my flight moved to morning, and when I arrived at the hotel, not only I dind't have any warly check-in, but also I waitid till almost 18:00 in the evening because the room was not available... so I was a bit disappointed, but everything else was very nice, in general the experience was pleasant besides waisting almost a day in the hall of the hotel waiting for the room.... Staff was wonderful, location very convenient, and breakfast was delicious.

The room got super cold (19 Celsius), and we couldn't seem to get it to stay at 22 or 23 Celsius without turning it off and on through the night. So, although it was a comfortable bed, we didn't sleep well. Someone was sent to look at it, but said it was working properly.

The pool area and gym were amazing. We loved the view from our room too. We couldn’t get a late check out, but could use the facilities on the 5th floor and had the best afternoon at the pool and there were then showers available to clean up before our flight.

We booked a room for two adults and two children. We only had a small single bed sleeper couch in addition to the main bed which I don’t consider enough space for two children.

The Location - couldn’t be better. The architecture; simply amazing. Staff at check-in, porters, and concierge are doing a fantastic job.

Rooms are a bit “tired” and in need of renovation and/or better cleaning. Breakfast just “ok”, should be much better in both quality and options. Breakfast area is a bit chaotic, and staff disoriented.

Our second year in a row staying here. The building is so unique. I love all the vertical greenery. Massages are amazing and the area by the pool is just really cool.

They offered me some discounts and some gifts for my birthday (Complimentary breakfast for two, Complimentary birthday cake, Complimentary room upgrade to the next category, Complimentary late check-out at 6pm) but I already had this booking here for a while before my birthday so none of those gifts were redeemable as a result. The offer was also for a room that was smaller and more expensive than the one I booked so there was no point in changing the booking. I asked at the hotel whether they would give me any of the things they’ve offered as the birthday gift and they said no because I didn’t book directly. Why offer anything at all then?

The hotel was beautiful, we arrived early in the morning and was able to use the showers before going out to explore. Our room was lovely and comfortable, close to MRT to get around but also plenty to see and do within walking distance, breakfast was great, will definitely stay here again

The only thing I can think of was the hair dryer was not very powerful

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool, great gym and comfortable rooms. Would def recommend!

Only thing was that for the price we believe breakfast should be included. The breakfast was also somewhat disappointing - large variety but looked better than it was - e.g. the croissants were quite dry and the restaurant is not cosy at all.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable. We were given a late check out and could use the pool facilities whilst in transit for our late night flight.

Great location, near train station (Chinatown) and walkable distance to many sightseeing places and restaurants. Very friendly staff and great modern facilities. The bed is very comfortable. Even has a filtered water tap. Great breakfast options.

There was a currency exchange machine and they ask me to pay by Singapore dollar at the time I had only USD then they told me to exchange in the machine when I exchanged the deference between out side rate and the machine rate was too deference like 230 Singapore dollar deference for 1000 usd as a new comers I didn’t know that when I use that machine I felt like I got cheated ☹️

PARKROYAL Pickering is the best hotel I lived in Singapore, no matter the design of the building or the hospitality of the hotel.

Loved the location. The comfortable pool area was such a bonus after a hot day walking around Singapore. (I have shared pictures here of the pool from day and night time). Everybody was fantastic and the young man who cleaned our room was very careful and detailed oriented. We appreciated him very much.

We were unable to change the setting on our thermostat and it got pretty cold in our room.
