Exceptional design, mood, atmosphere. Flowing water and greenery everywhere. The pool area was exquisite. Quiet, spacious room. Breakfast was top class. Quick access to Clarke Quaye MRT station. Polite and helpful staff.

The staff in the club lounge were exceptional. Jetrix and Ana made our stay very enjoyable and special. There attention to detail and personalities made our stay.

Great Building, generally good staff, very neat and tidy as you would expect.

Some wait staff at breakfast were exceptional pushy. It was not an enjoyable experience to have breakfast in some sections of the restaurant. Pool very refreshing / cold, great idea and very beautiful, but unfortunately it didn't seem to every get any sun.

Location, staff, the housekeeping very good, spotless clean and thoughtful , wrote us a wee card to thank us for staying. The bed and bed sheets the most comfortable I stayed in, couldn’t hear anything so soundproofing must be very good. So handy for China town and we ate breakfast at the Hong lim market which was right opposite hotel.

Our room was corner room so if we had our blinds up, anyone walking past corridor or upstairs would see into our room.

We liked the location, we wanted to be near Chinatown and we loved the hotel which is so unique and different. It smelt so yummy! Great breakfast options and the staff were all so friendly and attentive. The air con was adjustable which was so nice as so often the rooms are just too cold. We stored our luggage and we're able to stay and use the pool area and facilities after check out as we had a very late flight. Nothing was a problem! And I guess it shouldn't for the price! But it was a treat for us and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

When we arrived there was a funny smell in the room, smelt moldy. We arrived fairly late at night and I just couldn't handle the smell being asthmatic. I hate complaining but they changed rooms and upgraded us immediately. Which was wonderful! The only other dislike was there were no gluten free bread options from what I could see. Still there were plenty of food to choose from. Just would been nice to have some gluten free bread or muffins when so many varieties of pastries etc were on offer.

Wonderfully designed hotel-as-garden. The rooms were cosy and warm. Fantastic view and integration with the bio-greenery of the facade. Outdoor pool was amazing with great design and integration with the outdoor garden. Overall amazing architecture and design that made the hotel a unique and wonderful experience. Would stay again.

Great pool, although the water was pretty cold, surprisingly enough. Lovely greenery everywhere. Gracious and informative staff.

This was our second stay at this facility, and our room this time was a bit subpar. The carpet had some stains, the shower did not drain very well, and so the room felt a bit tired.

So close to little India and Chinatown. Staff were so helpful. Tha k you for the use of the wheelchai.

Stunning design, amazing "hotel-in-a-garden" concept, spacious rooms with modern amenities and spectacular city views. Located in the heart of Chinatown, it allows easy access to nearby attractions like the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Gardens by the Bay.

The breakfast did not provide enough choices for Muslim visitors.

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly, professional and attentive. We were allowed to use the pool and facilities after check out as we had a late night flight making our experience relaxed and memorable.

Nothing major. We are a family of 3 adults. The room was cosy for 3 though comfortable. Took a few minutes to work out the tech, blinds and lights. Instructions might be useful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and they were able to check us in straight away. The pool at the hotel was incredible and the room blew us away. We loved the added little touches for our daughter - extra bathrobe and amenities and having a place for her to sleep - a small sofa in the room that was made up daily was great!

Room was comfortable clean functional. Hotel had a dynamic appearance on arrival with plants from floor to ceiling. As we entered the Hotel reception we were captivated by a really lovely aroma. Danish the receptionist was professtional polite and a credit to your company as well as Jendy who was charming welcoming and very helpful. So professional. Breakfast, a good selection to suit the International palate. Location very central. China Town Mall is two minutes walk away. Bed very comfortable. The special touch of filtered water in the bedroom is unique to this Hotel.

Brilliant location for exploring on foot or on the MRT or bus. The planting and design is beautiful and the views from the pool stunning. Staff were all helpful

Laundry was pretty expensive. Pool water was cold!

Cold pool and spa. Room was a little small for us 4, compared to other family suites we stayed during our trip.

Everything, but the staff were exceptional! So calm, helpful, happy and kind! The Gardens and seeing landscape scattered between and on upper levels was inspiring, as was the proportions and design of the room. It was so comfortable. It was the most rejuvenating stopover venue to end a long trip away. Next trip we might have to plan to start and finish at Parkroyal Pickering!

Having to leave! We will be back for longer next time! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The location is great, walking distance to a lot of key sights in Singapore. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was nice with the pods for relaxing, but it isn't a pool for sunbathing for any sun seekers.

When there is live music outside the restaurant, they play it inside which is great and the singer was wonderful but it was really loud so it would have been better to turn it down. The service by the pool was quite sporadic, so could do with a full-time attendant.

I really liked everything about this hotel. It looks beautiful, and there’s so much greenery around, which made the stay very relaxing.

The only downside was that when I booked my room, the photo showed a view of the plants, which I was really looking forward to, but my room didn’t have it. My friends, however, did get the plants view. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

An amazing stay from start to finish. Smells great! They were able to get us 2 rooms across from each other for our family of 4. All the staff was amazing - with a special shout out to Samuel - and so nice and accommodating. Rooms are modern, well designed for the space with a pocket door toilet and sliders to cordon off the bathroom. Views were lush. Great blackout shades. They extended checkout and you can use the pool/shower area after check out - so convenient for our late night flight. Lots of little touches in the room. If you checked in on line they comped you all the initial items in the minibar. Location excellent. For such a swank hotel it’s great value. The greenery and architecture are spectacular

Unrealistic price Size of room

The environmental aspect of the hotel. The room size and mod cons. The smell as you arrived into the hotel was just gorgeous! The greenery surrounding the hotel was beautiful. Good pool and gym area. Lovely restaurant for night time meals.

The changing rooms were not great. Too small and no privacy for changing unless you used the shower or loo. All the lockers were taken despite there being hardly any people using the pool/gym area.
