The staff was really helpful especially when they helped us recover our sons missing toy ( special thanks to Colin(phone operator) and Brent from Concierge team-they sent the toy by taxi to the airport)-we really appreciale all their help

Amazing property with all you need, I wish I could stay for leisure, the pool is just simply stunning. And the drinking water tap in the room is 100% best thing ever

Hotel is absolutely lovely, if you're visiting Singapore and want a hotel that's got it all, this is the place . Amy at breakfast was so accommodating and very funny , she made us feel at ease, she is a tribute to the hotel .

It was super clean, staff are so accommodating and the pool was amazing. Location was perfect and very close to the MRT. Bed was super comfy and food was yummy too!

Hotel have a lot of trees

There is no hygienic spray, so the family has children and feels a bit inconvenient

Located within easy walking distance of Canton Rd eating precinct and a lot of other shops and restaurants. Stunning hotel with a lot of garden levels, comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

The hotel has very interesting design. It is located very conveniently close to MRT, Lau Pasad and the Marina. It has a small pool on the 5th floor with a nice view.

An absolute delight. I had known about this hotel for a while because the architecture is outstanding - and it did not disappoint. The staff were amazing, the room was fantastic, the view was incredible- 10/10 would stay again. The pool - love, love, love. And they have a steam room. We spent a lot of time in that area, such an amazing space. If it's on your mind at all, just book it.

Great outdoor pool, amazing breakfast! Location is perfect for a few days exploring the city. Less than 5 minutes walk from Chinatown station. 30 minutes walk from Marina Bay. Couldn't fault the staff and service.

The hotel is gorgeous, with lots of greenery. The room was lovely and spacious. Bed and pillow super comfy. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

Food in the club lounge was cold, so this was very disappointing, considering we paid extra for the high level room with club benifits. We went up for breakfast on our first morning and the bacon, sausages and cooked tomatoes were all served up cold/ only the poached eggs were hot . Very poor considering there were 3 chefs up there. Then the next night we tried the free drinks and asked for a steak which was on offer/ again it had been ore cooked and served up barely warm

The perfect location. Within walking distance of the main tourist locations. Wonderful swimming pool.

The buffet dining room was very loud. The food looked great, but we decided to pass because of the noise snd crowds.

Incredible stay. Pool is a real selling point of the hotel however the rooms, staff, breakfast and overall facilities are also amazing.

We didn’t like the breakfast. Most of the food was Asian, and as guests from the Middle East we missed having options such as olives, avocado, cheese, a greater variety of yogurt, and fries. However, we do acknowledge that the Asian dishes were excellent.”

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. All fabulous. The coffee and tea could be improved. There was only 2 choices of tea in room and buffet. Westerners prefer English breakfast tea. We also like chamomile. A bigger variety of tea would be good.

The location was perfect. The staff were great and made me and my family feel like we are at home.

The check-in process takes quite long, and it builds up ques, which does not look very good.

Beautiful award-winning design of the building, well appointed comfortable rooms, high ceilings in the bedrooms (not very common for hotels), our kids loved pool area.

The restaurant of the hotel was very expensive for Singapore and the only option they had for lunch is a Lobster themed buffet. I am allergic to seafood so it was not for me at all..

A fabulous hotel for a base when visiting Singapore, in a great location. Felt wonderfully looked after by the friendly staff throughout our entire stay, would love to come back! Hotel itself beautiful, luxurious and super-clean.

Everything. Style and architecture were amazing. Love the bird cages so photogenic. Gorgeous pool. Fabulous breakfast even a mirror to help put in contact lenses and usb sockets in room. Blinds and light switches all high tech definitely well deserving of its 5*. Hotel reception and staff were warm and welcoming felt inviting unlike some other more clinical yet more expensive hotels. Would definitely stay again. Easily within walking distance to china town area . Gorgeous rain shower and bath with a view

Staff very helpful & friendly. Beauty of the plants in and surrounding hotel.

No quiet bar area in the evening after 8 - had to walk length of hotel including through very hectic large restaurant to get to a loud main bar etc.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were lovely. Room was lovely. The stay for us was lovely.

I was a little upset at one point. The clerk did not take a deposit. My husband and I had a small lunch in Lime Restaurant. I gave the waitress my room number. We had to run as our tour had arrived. I went to make sure everything was ok, which I did not doubt as I had given my room number, no one was at the counter and we had to run. That night we wenyt for a light dinner after out=r tour. The waitress from the morning told us that she could not put the lunch on our room as the deposit had not been taken. We paid then and there for both lunch and dinner. next morning there was a note under our door that we had not paid for lunch. Then at breakfast the lady at the front desk told us, infant of many other patrons, You did not pay for your lunch. I assured her we did. She asked to see the receipt so I went back to my room and got the receipt. She then took photos of both receipts, lunch and dinner. I thought it was over. That night we came back to our room and there was a message on our TV. Again that we had not pain the lunch. I went down and told the lady we had and asked her if she would like to see my bank statement as they already had photos of our receipt. I told her we would hardly skip town for $58. That did put a bit of a downer on that day. But the rest was Lovely.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious, nice couch and good bed. We asked for firmer pillows and fantastic ones were delivered to our room straight away. The staff in the lounge were lovely, especially Janissa (not sure how to spell her name). She made the perfect coffee and always remembered what we liked to drink in the mornings. It was service with a smile from her and her team. Each time we needed to request anything, it was attended to very promptly. All the staff in reception are friendly and always smile whenever anyone enters the hotel. Such a warm welcome.

A couple of things. The small bathroom mirror couldn't be pulled further out so was hard to use it to see to put on makeup and the bathroom didn't have really bright lights. The second thing is that the morning we left at 6am, there was a guy who worked outside and he did not bother to greet us or help us with our bags, which was a disappointing way to end our stay because all the other staff had been so friendly and helpful. The only way I can identify him is that he is Indian because he never came close wnough for us to see his name. It was our first time encountering him.

My only criticism - The general toilet were too dark, particularly by the pool area- think this led to the floors and general cubicles looking and smelling a little unpleasant ( as though too dark to navigate the toilet seat)

It was an incredibly relaxing place, and the club lounge never failed to impress. The room was upgraded, the female staff learning Japanese is supportive and all staff had wonderful smiles, making it an unforgettable honeymoon trip. Truly grateful. We can’t wait to come back!

The architecture and detail in the design throughout the property is very pleasant and interesting. Love the look and feel of the design.

Toilet facilities could be improved in the room. The toilet in the lobby is much better. Also the noise in the main roads is something we have to deal with.

Excellent location, walkable almost everywhere and tube station very close by and easy to use. Stunning architecture of the hotel, modern, very clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Not much of a communal area, lobby very nice but small so no where really to hang out.

We booked and stayed in the Urban Suite with Breakfast included. The room was not only large but extremely well laid out with separate sleeping and living areas, TV's in both and separated by a sliding door. When closed the door blocked TV noise very well. So my partner could readily go to sleep if I wanted to stay up later to watch TV. Sliding doors also to ensuite and when shut blocked out all light. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very good range at Breakfast with eggs and Omelettes cooked to order. Can get a little hectic but never had to wait long. All staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with respect to Chinatown which is right next door. However other than Chinatown there are very few if any restaurants close by as opposed to a wide variety of restaurants in other areas which are a bit of a walk to get to. For example the vibe, restaurant choice and view of the city particularly around the Marina area at night is exceptional. It really depends on what you want and how far you want to walk. For me it was fine but my partner is not into long walks there and back for dinner and city lights. The public transport in Singapore is excellent and transport is close by to the hotel, just do your research on how to use it before you go.

beautiful rooms and very special architecture. well located with great views. we loved the pool with the planty walk around. well done breakfasts. very kind and competent service team. all this made a relaxed and feel good atmosphere.

Location was great, views were amazing (we were on the 16th floor), Great hawker food court around the corner of the hotel My husband and I had a great massage, and we had breakfast once and the variety of food choices were incredible. Nice modern rooms and bath. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The pool was a bit on the small side. It was very hot when we visited and the pool was full of families. We even tried going early one morning and once again, it was very busy. If you are looing for a hotel pool to lounge at, this would not be my recommendation.

It was a really lovely stay, staff were just fantastic, service was amazing. The club access was great, could’ve been a bit more choice in relation to drinks but the views are just lovely. Pool area is nice, not nearly enough places to sit but really refreshing and a great place to meet new people. Room was extremely comfortable and well fitted out. Loved our stay.

It was our choice to stay in the city this time, rather than at the marina. China Town and Clarke Key are very close but everything marina side is a fair distance and required the MRT. Having said that, the MRT is so easy and very clean.
