The view was amazing, and got a room upgrade.Kyle? at the front desk was awesome very friendly and super helpful. One of our family had a tummy ache and one of the breakfast team Frueuz? helped him with a honey drink to ease it,excellent service

The room was big, spacious and clean. It was facing Marina Bay with prime view of the National Day fireworks. The bathrobes provided were heavenly.

Unresponsive on booking.com messaging app, and did not pick up any of my calls. However, front desk staff were extremely helpful in sorting out my concerns in situ and we reached a mutual agreement. In-rook dining QR code did not work, so we had to physically call for service. Would be good to include bidet in the toilet.

Every staff member of the hotel is very warm and helpful. We are very grateful for their meticulous service. Special thank to Lee ( at Bell desk) and Dolly ( at reception desk). The location of the hotel is great! Merlion Park, Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore Art Museum, Sands Shopping Mall, MRT Station are all within a 10-minute walk. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the dining environment is very good. The hotel rooms are cleaned in a timely manner and clean. Every night, the housekeeper helps us close the curtains and serves delicious chocolates.

Great staff in all aspects of the hotel. Well appointed rooms with a strong dose of luxury overall. Nice breakfast, great atmosphere and location.

Felt like the rooftop bar was very accessible to outsiders. The rooftop is special and should only be available to guests.

Location is so perfect for exploring the city. So central with access to public transport on the doorstep and plenty of opportunity to explore on foot too.

Spa was in the Fullerton so had to walk across to separate hotel to make use of the facilities.

The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate to our requests and made the experience absolutely incredibly special as we were staying to celebrate some life milestones. It was absolutely amazing and we cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness! The level of service was absolutely excellent and the attention to detail stellar! We will be back! Thank you!

Concierge to reception walk a distance and to carpark also. Pregnant so a bit more tiring but levelled ground no stairs so thats good.

Great location close to Downtown station. The rooftop pool is awesome with great views back to Marina Bay Sands. Buffet breakfast was great and easy walk to Lau Pa Sat for dinner to experience some transitional hawker fare. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Will return!

I know it’s not just this hotel’s problem and according to my husband who travelled to Singapore a lot but the smell of damp carpet was quite off putting.

The hotel is excellent unfortunately I was very ill and did not get to enjoy our 4 nights. A lung infection from aircon in the UK made my time in Singapore miserable and spent it in bed. It was my first time to Singapore and I didnt see a thing.

Its generous room size and a location which offers incredible views of the bay and the iconic landmark Marina Bay Sands hotel.

No toilet bidets. Water pressure for showers could be stronger.

The room was quite new and extra modern with city landmark views. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and swimming pool are with wonderful views we would remember it forever. The hotel allowed us to check in early in the morning and check out 2pm due to our flight schedules without extra costs.

This hotel is amazing! Very beautiful with a lovely old charm. Unbelievably clean, beautiful food and the staff were absolutely amazing. Maria was so lovely and arranged so many thoughtful things. I had the DO NOT DISTURB light on and the staff came into our room for turndown WITHOUT PERMISSION, when I had specifically requested DO NOT DISTURB. Also, we ordered sweetrolls and orange juice to be delivered to our room at 5:30 am on May 4th. NO DELIVERY. When we checked out at 5:55am for our 6am pickup, reception told us the food was currently being delivered to our room. EPIC FAIL FOR ROOM SERVICE AND THE STAFF'S DISREGARD OF THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN.

Staff were amazing. Brilliant hotel, great location. Has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in!

Everything. This place is an absolute haven of luxury and sophistication but the staff and service is what really makes it special. We felt very spoilt and looked after. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight hoping to just be able to leave our bags until check-in time but we were offered complimentary breakfast (the best buffet I’ve ever seen) and an early check-in. Great advice and help from the staff, outstanding on every level. We are not usually five star hotel people but this was worth every penny. The room was beautiful with views over the water to Marina Bay Sands. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Amazingly designed hotel, shining and clean, great breakfast, very good location close to the underground (MRT).

For me as a solo traveller this is the best location as everything is within walking distance and several MRT, (metro) stations on your doorstep if you are going further afield. I love the hotels rooftop pool and bar and it feels very personable, the staff are amazing.
