Staff attitudes. Clean. Room design and facilities are wonderful.

For this time the in room dining food is not taste good as before. Other things all good.

Restaurants were nice but not as much variety for western food. Struggling with finding cheese, proper bread or even ice cubes. When you pay $80 for a breakfast you expect a full service.

Beautiful room, hotel staff was wonderful

The bar was a disappointment, service wasn't attentive. Also we never received the hotel points (we switched the reservation name to my husbands (Matthew Lillegard) so we could earn points on this stay.

very top service and excellent staff. rooms were spacious and the views are nice, hotel is connected to centerfield which has some convenient facilities and restaurants.

the location is a bit far from all the fun part of seoul, but still located in the prestigious area of gangnam where all name brands are located.

this is an exceptional 5 star hotel. the room is luxurious and with plenty of space. the daily snacks and wine in your room are very nice. lots of storage and a beautiful bathroom. staff members are efficient and friendly. the buffet breakfast is exceptional and the ingredients top class.

despite staying in the hotel we were unable to eat in the restaurants as they were fully booked.

I asked for a room with a nice view , and I was given a room with beautiful city view. It’s amazing. The staff are very attentive and helpful during my stay. The breakfast is top notch , dishes are delicious.

The view from the room and size was fantastic! We stayed three different place and it was the biggest( and the most expensive) and yes you pay for what you get and therefor we enjoyed the big room and especially air dresser in the room. Breakfast was great overall very luxurious!

There something about the staff were a bit cold. Also the location I didn’t like because it’s in gangnam but most of area that you’d actually like to go is a bit away. Feels like in a business district.

All staff are so nice and politely. Specially Anne from Front Desk, IRD team, and concierge team are so great with greeting. Thanks so much for the arrangement for room upgrade, appreciate it and for sure will come back next time. Cleanness is wonderful and I guess HSKP did a great job too. Wonderful hotel with good design and good people. Highly recommended👏🏻👏🏻

This hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations as a 5 star hotel (especially the changing rooms, sauna and the gym - this is a point of interest that you definitely have to check out if you stay at this hotel; they offer free socks, free running shoes, free gym clothes and unlimited refrigerated water and you get 3 lockers to yourself to put your belongings, jackets, bags and stuff - it’s pretty amazing since I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels) I do like everything about Josun apart from its remote location from the shopping areas in Gangnam. The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul

Everyone was so friendly. Room was beautiful and clean. Gym and swimming pool were excellent. We were able to see N tower and Han river from our hotel room view! I will definitely stay here again!

My mum and I didn't have a car so we had to go down to ground floor using two lifts: one to go to the lobby and the guest only lift to get to the room. It did make things little more exclusive to guests in the hotel but it took double amount of time to go down to ground floor and coming up to the guest room.

Everything looks brand new, is spotless and in impeccable taste. Master bedroom was way bigger than I expected from the photos, wish I could have stayed longer! Amazing view from the room!

1. Room facilities are bad, the light is blinking even after turn off the master switch.. 2. Laundry bag did not take 3. Clothes did not fold properly 4. Long wait for check in

We were greeted by a friendly & professional concierge, check in and check out was seamlessly easy. The room was spacious equipped with modern technology. Husband and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. We were especially impressed by Miss Rita From Concierge.
