Game over
The most overprized hotel room I have ever stayed in after 40 years of traveling the planet from 0 to 7 star hotels. Maybe good enough for Golfers but stay away if you are not.

Disappointed in the cold pool and the staffs response to the cold pool.

The pool was 67 degrees. There was a discussion about this, so I took a photo of the thermometer. I chose this hotel for this pool. What upsets me is that I messaged the hotel first; no response. When we arrived they insisted it was heated. No compensation. $500 a nite (weeknight)
