What an outstanding, first class yet unpretentious experience. Was on a father-daughter trip that I gifted my dad, and we stayed one night before flying back home. My father was blown away by the service and the beautiful design of the property and our room. Oliver and Cynthia, and all the staff we countered, treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived, to the thoughtful touches during our stay, to the morning we departed. We have stayed at a number of five star properties in Rome and finally found the one to which we will eagerly return. Thank you, Oliver, and team for making us feel right at home during our stay! We’ll see you next time.

Oliver and his team made our stay both productive and relaxing. The attention to detail and high level of service truly stood out. The hotel location is so convenient to everywhere. Hotel’s decoration style is so elegant and tasteful. The concierge team made everything seamless.

Such a beautiful and luxurious property. The artwork adorning the different themed rooms makes it even more exquisite. We had the superior room which was spacious, clean and ornate. Loved everything about it. We had breakfast included and every meal was beautifully curated. The staff was attentive, constantly attending to our needs. We felt very special. All round five star experience.

There wasn’t anything

A brand-new hotel in a perfect location—absolutely perfect. Upon our arrival, they kindly upgraded us, and we stayed in a beautiful, spacious suite. The manager sent daily WhatsApp messages and greeted guests at breakfast. Stay at this palazzo!

The à la carte breakfast is great, but service is slow. They definitely need more staff in both the kitchen and the dining area. Waiting 30–40 minutes for an omelette is simply too long.

from the moment we arrived until the checkout the whole staff was amazing! The room was amazing! The food at breakfast was out of this world and the staff there were attentive and professional and went out of their way at all time to help. Oliver the manager was always there to give advice or help or just make sure we didn't need anything. This was one of the best experiences ever!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location, the decors, breakfast and the staff were everything you would want from a 5 star hotel. The GM Oliver was very engaging, personable and an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Will definitely come back.

The rooms were stunning and immaculate. The visual nature of the hotel is beautiful and grand. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless and shout out to Cynthia for her recommendations and to Oliver for the personal touches daily. The hotel was right in the centre of Rome but was very quiet and tranquil inside. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The hair dryer for a 5* hotel could have been better. The TV has chromecast you can connect to on your phone but there are no apps on there like Spotify or YouTube should you wish to stream any music. For breakfast the selection of bread and pastries could be fresher - the bread was often stale.

Everything, the location is perfect, our room was stunning, every staff interaction was exemplary. A superb experience.

Everything! From the lobby, to the breakfast room to our room, everything was beautifully presented and felt opulent. Our room was stunning - the shower was incredible! Three different jets and huge. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and we had plenty of room if room to hang clothes.

We loved everything.

The staff and the hotel manager in particular, Oliver Hutton, offered exceptional service. My husband was so impressed with their attentiveness and how “on it” he is. They all work very hard and genuinely want their guests to have a great experience. For my husband who had not yet been to Rome, he was blown away by how good the location of the hotel is. You really can walk anywhere in my opinion. The breakfast choice is also very good which I find incredibly important when travelling and definitely one of the things I look for when reading reviews! A fantastic hotel which we absolutely will come back to and have no hesitation recommending to others.

To really top off this great hotel, it would be nice to have the centre courtyard to use for the hotel. A nice outdoor area with the bar, I think that would encourage more people to have a drink there if an evening. It is an old Palazzo though so outdoor space is difficult to achieve and not a deal breaker.

City Centre location, amazing design, attention to detail and absolutely fabulous staff, regardless if it was at check-in, breakfast, room service or general information. Oliver Hutten is an amazing GM and he loves his jobs and it shows. What a serene place to come back to after a day in the city exploring all the sights and precious surroundings of this truly symbolic and historic city. We loved the hotel, made it our second home and Fellini was the icing on the cake. Check-it out for your self and see what true hospitality may be all about. By the way the service mindset of the GM Oliver Hutten is also reflected in the staff and their approach to the clients. We loved it and in case we're back in Rome, we will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Oliver was extremely helpful and Margarita was absolutely amazing! She gave us excellent hospitality and was careful about my husband’s allergies. The two gentlemen downstairs that helped us with our stroller were wonderful! Everyone at this hotel blew away our expectations and the hospitality was top notch. This was our first international trip as a family and we are forever grateful for everyone at the Palazzo Roma for making it our favorite holiday we’ve had.

I loved the staff! Friendly staff! Specially Oliver was there for us whenever we needed something. It’s very close to everything in Rome… nice decor and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was very good, it was a menu that you ordered with good selection, taste of foods and service was very good. Palazzo Rome is good example of censures old Palazzo and modern comforts.

The hotel is an old Palazzo, recently renovated. It has a classical interior and is very beautifully decorated. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. Perfect location. Close to all the important sites. After walking around the busy and noisy streets of Rome, once you walk into the hotel, suddenly, you are in the quiet, calm, and classic Palazzo.

The hotel is literally in the middle of the old town. All the important historic sites are just a few minutes away. The hotel was newly renovated from an old mansion, and it looks amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Services were excellent, as well. A complimentary bottle of wine tasted very nice. Coke, Coke Zero, several juices, and several bottles of water were provided daily as complimentary.

Palazzo Roma is a beautiful and exceptional hotel on so many levels: decor, location, staff, breakfast, check in efficiency, hospitality, cleanliness, and simply everything we look for in a hotel when traveling to Europe. Oliver the General Manager is hands on and very welcoming. Elizabeth made breakfast service an absolute delight and Cynthia was wonderful with check in. I can not say enough about our amazing stay.

Everything about this hotel is excellent

I loved staying at Palazzo Roma. Its location on Via del Corso couldn’t be better — I was able to walk to all the major landmarks like the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps in just minutes. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. The manager, Oliver Hutten, was incredibly attentive, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and always ready to help. I felt truly looked after, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It made my stay feel really special.

Nothing, the property was beautiful, old style charm with a modern twist, only small thing maybe a coffee machine in the room.

Amazing hotel, very clean and beautifully decorated. We were upgraded to a suite, which was huge, and we shocked to find that everything in the mini bar, including snacks and wine, was complimentary. The dining room is absolutely beautiful, and breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help and meet all our needs, they even packed us breakfast for the morning of our flight because we had to leave before the hotel breakfast started.

If I really have to mention something, it would be that the hot water in the shower was not hot enough for us (it was OK for a shower, not cold, just not as hot as we like) and when we went to reception they said they would send someone to check and never did. But I assume that was a misunderstanding.

Stunning interior design, a great combination of both classic and contemporary art works and design makes the hotel once a palazzo into an aesthetic feast for everyone who choose to stay here. Every corner of the hotel is so well exquisitely pointed. We were also lucky to get upgrade to a suite and so much enjoy it. Location is great, service is wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic, however dinner menu is limited and need a more upscale to match with such a hotel. Still strongly recommend and would love to come back again!

General Manager, Oliver, was extremely attentive to me & all hotel guests. Chef prepared exceptional dishes & wait staff (Colin & Margarita) were knowledgeable & attentive. Property is gorgeous and well maintained. I will visit again. Room 403 with balcony is my room assignment.

Absolute perfection in food quality, execution, service. The poached eggs with tuna roe were amazing. The pastries, devine. The service was impeccable. Oliver was an angel and has set an incredibly high standard for all areas of this hotel from being greeted before we got out of the taxi and our luggage grabbed and stowed while we were whisked off for coffee and welcome pastries to house keeping, all extremely impressive. Best hotel experience we have ever had.

Absolutely stunning, new hotel with such kind staff that truly care that you enjoy your stay. We were utterly spoiled and given an upgrade to a beautiful suite on arrival, and a breakfast box to enjoy in our room before a very early tour of the Vatican. What a beautiful place!

Amazing hotel and helpful staff.

The hotel is just fabulous no words can describe how beautiful the hotel is . I felt living inside a museum it was extremely beautiful . Location was perfect Breakfast was delicious , i recommend you book your stay with breakfast. Halal option can be catered to if you notify the team a couple of day’s prior arrival . The Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Mr. Oliver and his team would greet us everyday and check through out our stay if we needed any support even upon departure he was there to ensure we were situated and were ready to head to the airport.

The room was super spacious, well-designed, and everything was really organized. The staff team were amazing, special thanks to Oliver and Lorenzo for being so helpful with everything. The location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of the city. The only downside was the street noise at night, it got pretty loud sometimes and made it hard to sleep.

From the moment we arrived until we left the staff treated us like royalty. The breakfasts were the best I've had. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the rooms was second to none. The location couldn't be more central. 4 mins walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. 10 mins to.the Spanish Steps and 25 mins for either St Peters or the Colloseum. Well worth a stay.
