little noisy on the first floor as noise from restaurant and from the stairwell. the staff were ok. generally speaking the service was of a high standard but not at a luxury level.

Great location, very charming quiet street minutes away from the Spanish steps and Piazza del Popolo. Beautiful back garden. Great room size, very comfortable beds. Special note for the reception staff - extremely friendly and helpful, including at night, when the front door is closed.

For a five star hotel, the breakfast is average at most. Cleaning was inconsistent - extremely superficial one day and very well done in the other two days of our stay. Unfriendly (to the point of rudeness) staff in the restaurant.

I loved the location and the feel of the property. Our suite was really great, with a wonderful balcony. The restaurant and bar area was exceptional and outside had a lovely family feel to it.

Clean and good location

Nothing really to dislike. But position of the toilet is too near the wall. Turn down service must put more water in the room especially when the temp outside is 34 degrees

Breakfast service was a bit patchy depending on staff on duty but selection on the buffet table was excellent...

The small step out to breakfast garden easy to miss! I fell & badly bruised both knees. Luckily no break. However, no one from hotel staff came to check up.

reception area is tight and not adequately staffed when there are other guest there. Getting a taxi is poor.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel on pretty and artsy Via Margutta. The staff are super helpful and welcoming. Our deluxe suite was spacious, elegant and well appointed. The suite ticked all the boxes of a luxury hotel - with extra comfy beds, premium linen, excellent Ortigia toiletries, a great selection of coffee table books. Via Margutta is a very quiet street, but it's just 5 min walk to Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, 20 min to both Fontana di Trevi and Galleria Borghese and some 30 min to Colosseum
