Very beautiful but very difficult to pull up to, street parking only unless you valet but even then you only have about 3 spots to park in before they can take your car

The windows were dirty with clear smudges on them

Convenient location. The room was clean. I especially enjoyed the bath tub. Enjoyed the bar and food downstairs as well.

Minor issues as they didn't bother me much but others may be bothered by it. TV remote didn't work Wifi issue Radio clock - Bluetooth function didn't work

Property was super classy yet contemporary.

The room we stayed in was clean, and comfortable. Soft mattress were okay. The large bathroom was nice and would be nicer with a lock on the door. The coffee machine is a great plus, if you need that.

The thermostat does not work: it's locked at around 70F (during winter at least). Given the hotel, I did not expect an extra $6 for a bottle of water sitting on the room's desk: that felt cheap.

Great experience from checking in to checkout. The staff was top shelf! Our room was spacious with wonderful decor and the most COMFY bed! We will be back to stay...guaranteed!

The room was perfect and quiet. Great view. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Super dog friendly, which was a plus. Easy valet parking. Delicious restaurant downstairs.

The only thing I would say is it would be nice if there was a small green space to take your dog out to go potty. You have to walk around downtown and there are no garbage cans.

The facility was well kept, the staff were exceptional and personable, and it was still affordable and located near everything I needed. I'd stay here again.

Friendly staff, responsive to requests, everything felt nice and luxurious.

The thermostat on the gym needs to be adjustable. I was dying in there and only the maintenance man (who had gone home for the day) had the ability to turn the heat down. Bar at the attached restaraunt was very expensive. My double Amaro cost me $36.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was gigantic and super comfy. On-site bar was hotel priced but nice, and the restaurants within walking distance were fantastic.

Local transit can feel a bit sketchy, but that's nothing to do with the hotel which was fantastic. We had an excellent experience at Dossier and love the location.

I prefer to have a bigger cup for tea. It would have been nice if that were an option in the room.

We’ve stayed at many pet-friendly hotels, but this one truly went above and beyond. Our dog was welcomed with toys, treats, a comfy bed, and even doggy daycare and sitting options. It’s clear they genuinely care about their furry guests. We’re so grateful for the extra thoughtfulness and highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets!

Parking was expensive ($64) so we parked elsewhere (down the street).

Loved the 'old world charm' of this facility, and it was close to public transportation and various sights we wanted to visit/see.

A beautiful building ( interior & exterior), bar and room. The bathroom was stunning! Close to T-Mobile, CVS and a couple of great restaurants.

A few strands of hair on the bathroom floor. I notified mgmt when I was checking out.

Was presented the opportunity to upgrade to the penthouse, which was amazing. Everyone in guest services was lovely and helpful.

The valet taking 45 minutes to get my car on my day of checkout.

The room was wonderful, clean, all that you need, giant bathroom, wonderful shower. The view out our upper floor west facing window was so interesting. We saw lots of birds flying by and a dramatic thunderstorm from our window. The elevator was very efficient. The staff were very helpful. WE also enjoyed the healthy apples in the lobby.

I would rather have had a normal coffee maker instead of an espresso maker in the room. The wifi was confusing with a different log in at times, but staff were extremely helpful with this. We didn't find out when the lobby coffee hours were until the second morning.

It was my anniversary and this by far has been the best hotel I have stayed at so far. A few highlights were: *The cleanliness of the lobby, room, elevator, walkways. *Friendly staff that you can contact through text or call. *I had asked for a complimentary upgrade due to the celebration of my anniversary and they had given us a premium corner room (based on availability.) *We arrived earlier due to our flight, we were given complimentary early check in with a check in beverage. *Check out at 12:00 PM *Free water, fruit, and even water bottles when asked for. *They provide 24/7 gym, pet friendly hotel, free bike and helmet (based on availability), umbrellas ready to go incase of rain and free coffee from 4AM - 9:00PM provided by Portland Coffee Roasters. Would 10/10 come back to Portland for the Dossier! Thank you Dossier team for creating a wonderful anniversary for me and my partner. I have no complaints.

Very nice bed. Super friendly staff. Everything very clean. Great location for our weekend away to explore downtown Portland.

I wish I had been told ahead of time what the valet cost. I was there for one night and is was almost 100$.

The room is nice and cozy in downtown Portland.

The scent used in the lobby makes me feel sick and nauseous. It is a very strong and unpleasant fragrance. Please stop using it or switch to something more subtle. Additionally, there seems to be a delay in cleaning rooms and a lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping. We called for room service at 3 p.m., and while a ticket was sent, no one came to clean the room. When we returned to the hotel at 9 p.m., we were still waiting for the housekeeping team to arrive

Great staff all around. I texted the concierge pretty late (past 11pm) and asked if they had a firmer pillow, and one was delivered to my door right away. LOVED the bathtub in the king room. Nice sloped back for pure relaxation. The shower was great too, nice and hot with amazing pressure. I don't normally like any hotel products, but I looooved the scent of their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was very comfortable, wall unit AC responsive to our changes, and overall just a great hotel. Free beverage upon arrival (checking in) was a nice touch! I got a mini can of Coca-Cola, my favorite lol. Oh and it's super close to and easy to get around town on the TriMet rail or buses.

Can't think of a single negative on their part. I didn't love the area of downtown (didn't feel safe to walk around at night) but the hotel itself was like an oasis during our travels.

Close located in Walking distance to coffee Shops, Restaurants, shopping areas and public Parking Spaces. Using the Streetcar Tram is convienent to reach attractions like Washington Park. staying in an Upper floor is convienient and the rooms are comfortable.

Service, room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I liked having a bathtub. Art on the wall by local artists was a nice touch.

$60 for parking, plus tips, is ridiculous. If I stay there again I would park my car myself in a nearby garage.

Oregon can be expensive. This is no exception. You may need to stretch your budget a bit, but the services account for it.

Location is probably the best in town to experience any downtown events or fine dining. The staff was the friendliest and very helpful and they were able to get me a room on a very high floor as requested. Think I had the best corner view of the city.

check-in process can be improved. i get that early check in isnt guaranteed but they said theyll text us when the room was ready, and we killed like 3 hours and then went back at 4pm which is check in time, and they were like oh we were just abt to text you which is kinda suspicious.

We were unable to get a drink at the bar at 9.45pm as the bar was closing at 10pm

This is the second time I've stayed here and it continues to be wonderful. Location is great, the option for safe parking is a major plus. We made use of the on-site restaurant and it was delicious, good Happy Hour!. Very clean, comfortable rooms and public areas with lots of thoughtful amenities, very helpful staff!
