I liked the property itself. I like the throwback vibe.

They need soft close toilet seats!!!!! In this day and age nobody should be woken up by toilet seats falling down onto the toilet and nobody should have to gingerly set it down. Soft Close Toilet Seats!!!! Also, they had a cool pool but I didn't see a hot tub. That would have been nice.

It's a pretty lousy place to try and get some sleep. Noise all night, and this was our 2nd visit.

This motel has been refurbished. It is in a good location in downtown Scottsdale close to shopping and restaurants. The lobby is very nice, staff are good. There is a restaurant and bar. The pool is large and lots of seating. Beds are comfortable and decor is very nice.

The rooms are small, no extra chairs in room to sit and relax. The AC is very loud and is hard to hear TV when it goes on. The room is not soundproof so I can hear people in room next to you or in the hallway.

The rules- cant bring water into the pool area in a thermos has to be gotten from the bar in a plastic cup that will get warm in 5 minutes. The loudness from the dj party on Saturday. Hidden fees.

I would like to shoutout to Caesar as he did his best along the way and was the most helpful in getting my refund.

My husband and I work opposite schedules and hadn’t had a vacation in awhile. We were looking forward to 4 night staycation at Hotel Adeline. We checked in late afternoon, unpacked and explored the property. We were in absolute shocked as the property looked like in had been through a tornado. The restaurant was in shambles, chairs and tables in piles as well as dirt all around.The pool was dirty, zero yard games were out and the pool cushions were filthy and stained. We walked by the kitchen and smelled an awful rotten aroma and at that point didn’t even want to eat at the hotel which we were planning to do daily…. Very disturbed we went to the front desk to find out the property had been closed for over a month due to some production/ tv show filming and they felt it was ok to open the property to paying guests in this condition? A couple employees put their heads down and chuckled, not surprised by our concern. It honestly felt like we were getting Punkd! We received ZERO disclosure prior to booking of the horrendous condition of the property….I’ll let the photos speak for themselves… We checked out the next day and ended our much anticipated vacation early. We spoke to who we were told was the manager on duty Ruth Dicochea ( director of rooms). We didn’t have to explain but we showed her photos that were clear as day around the property and how disappointed we were. She told us when the property was back in its optimal condition that she would like to invite us back for free. We waited a month and my husband called to take her up on this offer for his birthday. No response. He called again in which we were told she’s in a meeting and he left a voicemail. She never called back…I think he tried 3 times. What a joke. Why would you extend the offer if you were just going to ghost us? No follow through or honoring YOUR word?

Was my first time, I will back and stay there for sure. The room is pretty nice, ambient supper cool, nice pool, gym, the food is delicious and all of employees super friendly.

This hotel is outstanding. This was my 2nd time visiting and it's where I will be staying on my next trip to Scottsdale. The pool area is beautiful. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The Speakeasy bar is great fun with fantastic cocktails. Our room was cleaned every day and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great holiday. Also the food is great too.

The pool set-up was cool. Unfortunately no one was there in Dec / January so there was zero vibe. Whiskey bar was neat. Like the fresh water with fruit at the front desk.

The rooms need a serious upgrade. The cost just doesn’t reflect the accommodations. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear your neighbour and everyone walking in front of your room. Counter staff were 50/50 pleasant. Bar staff were super friendly so that part was nice. The top 40 playlist that was playing on repeat was super annoying. The property itself if a vibe and music matters. Highly suggest they reconsider the music they are curating.

It was clean and stylish

First, the front desk guy (12/28 at around 3pm he had no name tag or I would use it) was very rude and lied about room availability as to why we couldn’t switch from a parking lot facing room. Even though rooms were available online to book… along with other lies we were told. Like that we had “requested that room” The night front desk women gave us bad information. The restaurants are listed to be open until 11pm, I called the front desk at 9:20 and asked if we could put in a Togo order and she said no but we could get food quickly because it wasn’t busy. At 9:25 when we walked in, we were told the kitchen was closed and no more food was being sold on property.

Pool area looked excellent, but the weather and our schedule did not allow us to use it. Layout was very nice. The rooms were ok, beds were ok, pillows were hard, HVAC system extremely noisy. It worked good for us, just expect it to be ok, not amazing or anything. I would stay there again, if the situation warranted.

The entire staff was fantastic and it’s a beautiful property, but I want to specifically highlight Cheyenne Ramirez. We were staying at the property to celebrate my birthday and my group had seven hotel rooms. She helped me through the entire pre-arrival process. She also checked in with all of us throughout our stay. I also want to thank Nick out at the pool bar. He was there every day of our stay, and he provided such attentive, genuine, hospitable service. We had a great time and we can’t wait to return to Hotel Adeline!

I reserved a king room and upon arrive was given a room with two twin beds because the hotel was overbooked. I expressed my disappointment as my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds which are smaller than our bed at home. He is over 6ft and this was our vacation from a little condo so disappointed I didn't get what I paid for. The rooms look more updated online than they did in-person. Hotel room walls are extremely thin. I couldn't sleep for the three night we were there because night 1, we could hear the pair next door talking into the wee hours of the night, night 2 we could hear snoring and night 3 we could hear a baby crying. I am a heavy sleeper and usually do not wake to noise so that speaks to how thin the walls were. Pool area service/cleanliness - I had to flag down the gentlemen working at the pool to wipe down tables and even lounge chairs which were left dirty by other patrons. In my opinion, they should be regularly circulating to tidy behind patrons. Ping pong table was crooked and ping pong balls were no good

Had bed bugs in the bed, electricity went out. Took shower by the use of my cellphone to feel like I got my skin from itching. Then we slept in the car and only returned in room to use the restroom where I seen more bugs on the shower bath mat. Went back car where security guard scared me knocking on my window. He was nice and got us another room to at least get a few hours sleep before heading to the Airport. It was a night from hell going on 2 hours of good sleep.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Adeline and it was still amazing. The staff are great, the pool is fantastic if you are looking for a luxury feel with the great price, this is your prime location.

the hotel plays r incredibly loud awful music at the pool from noon until 4pm which makes the pool and patio unusable by anyone who doesn’t want to be at what the hotel calls their “Pool Party”.

Our room was small- the rollaway didn't have sheets to fit it. Our shower gel was never refilled our entire stay. We had one day our room didn't get cleaned at all and a few days the maid service was not good. Left dirty glasses, left dirty towels etc.- The vent in the bathroom is very dirty and clogged with dust. The lighting in the bathroom area is terrible.

The only thing I would have to say was that I a couple of drinks and I got the bill and it was $50.25 something a drink I feel like I should’ve been told about the price prior to ordering I just assume they were margaritas that they wouldn’t be any more than $15 I didn’t ask for anything special I just said some delicious margaritas I feel like he should’ve said the price prior to making them and then I am having to pay for them anyways at the end of the day and it cost me C$100 wasn’t very

I had an issue with beetles all over the floor. there were hundreds of them one night and morning. I told front desk when I was checking out as that morning I had to wear shoes in room . they were every where and the were in my shoes etc… she said they would spray the room. so I was kinda disappointed that’s all they offered as I stayed 5 nights with them.

Excellent stay, Would definitely go again. The French toast was incredible!! I'd go just for the food.

Younger crowd. They let outsiders come in for the pool parties and it can get extremely loud. This maybe the reason I don't come back unless its only week days for work.

it was not very clean. there were cockroaches in the bathroom, I informed the front desk and they just changed is room.

Food, pool, and staff were excellent. Pancakes - yum. Pool - zero entry and color changing lights at night against the sunset and palm trees.

I had an ADA room that I did not require, and it was awkward to shower - it's not really made for a stand up option. If there was a high and the low adjustable shower head, it would have not been an issue.

I stayed here for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for that. The pool area was basically a party every day--mostly young people drinking and having a good time (wouldn't think this would be ideal for a young family, but maybe it was just a crazy weekend). We rented a pool-side cabana with bottle service most days, and were pleased with the service. The restaurant near the lobby was great for breaky and in-betweener meals/drinks while waiting for the group to mobilize. Despite our noise at all hours--both inside our room and out--we did not receive one complaint from other guests or the staff. That is probably because everyone else was in the same boat. Rooms were basic but they had a fridge. If you plan on hanging out by the pool during the day, we found the ground level pool-facing rooms that we had were super convenient for popping in and out for cooling off and having a few drinks in the room. That said, it's not a big hassle to jump up to the second floor.

our room was very basic and the fan/heating/cooling system exceptionally loud. it was either too hot or too cold, and when I eventually figured out how to turn it off ( from the unit itself and not the wall) the room became damp and musty.

The pool was wonderful. The staff were outstanding especially the restaurant staff. The location to walk to restaurants was good.
