The Rittenhouse Hotel, Philadelphia

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. It has a fantastic location making it easy to walk to sights, restaurants and a the park.

The location was outstanding and made all the sights easy and accessible. The rooms are quiet and relaxing - it’s very easy to feel comfortable and relaxed here. This was my first visit to Philly and I would stay here again.

The Rittenhouse hotel is a first rate memorable experience. The location is prime, the rooms are well designed with beautiful furnishings, well stocked with every convenience, a table for two for in room dining overlooking beautiful park views, plus a large desk and comfortable office chair also situated in front of a window with great views, the bathrooms have large full bathtubs plus a full shower with ample towels, and comfy white robes in a lighted closet with adjacent vanity, if we didn’t have a family occasion to attend while there we never would have left the room, the beds are so comfortable, the staff are very attentive and display a sense of courtesy I thought had not existed anymore, they went out of their way to be helpful from the front door men to the front desk staff to the concierge and everyone in between. A+++

The espresso machine didn’t work, got a new one to the room and the second one did not work either.

Breakfast buffet was a bit basic and I suspect under used. it is really geared to ordering from the menu where everything was fresh and plenty of choice.

I was really looking forward to having a hot bath, but the bathtub drain did not hold water. Since it was 10 PM, there was really nothing I could do about it.

I did not eat breakfast there. Perfect location to great restaurants, etc.

The room and location were amazing! The spa was nice but my massage was very expensive and quite disappointing.

The Rittenhouse Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, very large, and had the perfect view of the park. We had Brunch on Sunday, and it was one of the best...ever! All staff were kind, courteous and professional. We will definitely return.

Fantastic location. Wonderful hotel and accommodations. The thing that really set the Rittenhouse apart from other fine hotels I’ve stayed at was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm and welcoming! Especially Victor the bellhop!

That we couldn’t stay longer. Saunas in the spas are separated by gender. Minor minor issue.

I was on vacation with my family in this hotel, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was super friendly, always helping to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, everything is almost within walking distance. There's a very nice park just in front of the hotel. The place is very nice, the rooms are super comfy.

Hotel staffs are all warm and hospitality. The mini bar is very convenient for self making coffee and tea.

Classic, safe location. A perfect, well appointed room. A bowl of fresh fruit and a salted pretzel were waiting for me in my room after a terrible long day of travel.

The location of the hotel. Having the park across the street was a plush for traveling with our furry babies.

The heater/air conditioning unit was extremely loud when it kicked on. Woke me up every time.

Stayed for 5 nights and that was so memorable... Location was challenging; overlooking the Rittenhouse Square Park.. Comfortable, huge and exceptionally clean rooms.. Perfect management... Experienced and welcoming staff..

The hotel is great. It was however expensive ( I think something must have been on Philadelphia over the weekend). having said that we really enjoyed our stay

Only thing that was shocking was the half dead plants throughout the lobby. That is almost impossible to believe for such a lovely property otherwise.

The hotel was central to local attractions. The property was immaculately clean and well presented. I found all staff to be friendly, polite, courteous and helpful.

I was there for a Surprise Birthday celebration planned by my husband, Everything was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything planned was well executed. Our room was beautiful and had a fantastic view of Rittenhouse Square and the city skyline.

this is a first class hotel with an exceptional well trained staff. Our room was very spacious and lightening was perfect. The beautiful park/square across from the hotel is lovely.
