We had the most wonderful Pre-Christmas trip to Philly and The Rittenhouse made us feel at home!
Fantastic location. Wonderful hotel and accommodations. The thing that really set the Rittenhouse apart from other fine hotels I’ve stayed at was the staff. Everyone was so kind, warm and welcoming! Especially Victor the bellhop!
That we couldn’t stay longer.
Saunas in the spas are separated by gender. Minor minor issue.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff, excellent location.
I was on vacation with my family in this hotel, and we had a wonderful time.
The staff was super friendly, always helping to make your stay enjoyable.
The location is perfect, everything is almost within walking distance. There's a very nice park just in front of the hotel.
The place is very nice, the rooms are super comfy.

The location of the hotel. Having the park across the street was a plush for traveling with our furry babies.

Great location and service. It has a great ‘old’ Philadelphia feel to it and was really comfortable.
The hotel is great. It was however expensive ( I think something must have been on Philadelphia over the weekend). having said that we really enjoyed our stay

Only thing that was shocking was the half dead plants throughout the lobby. That is almost impossible to believe for such a lovely property otherwise.
