The Logan Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton, Philadelphia

Location was good except for the Palestinian protest and associated law enforcement people gathered directly in front of the hotel, making it difficult to steer our car around them. Otherwise, it was an excellent Location.

The Logan has always been one of my favorite hotels in the city since it opened almost 10 years ago. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly.

Considering I remember when the hotel first opened, it has grown in popularity. With the growing popularity of social media and rooftop bars, The Assembly has brought in a lot more people which has caused overcrowding in the elevator area.

The hotel is well located in a beautiful part of Philadelphia. It gives you a good impression when you enter and it can offer a lot of services.

The Hotel was a bit dirty with some dust on some forniture and also the moquette is dirty.

Location is great

Rooms needs updating also elevator does not feel safe no fob system. Everybody can just go to your room from the street

The staff were excellent and very attentive and accommodating.

The costly incidental hold per night. The hotel was very busy tons of people with 6 weddings going on.

Close to Four Seasons hotel (we had a dinner reservation there). Breakfast is good.

Great location for the art museum and Rodin museum. Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet except for traffic.

Bathroom had hair in the tub and floss on the floor which made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The refrigerator was old and didn't work great. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the second day we were there.

Loved the location and how friendly the staff was. Breakfast at Urban Farmer was delicious. The room and bathroom was spacious.

Could definitely use a touch up. I thought for a Hilton, housekeeping would be timely and do a more thorough job. Sort of seemed like they just threw the room together and did not come when we called to request new towels or anything. We had to call the front desk multiple times. 8th floor hallway was warm and seemed to have a food smell throughout, but I know the rooftop restaurant was above us. Also - while valet was great, it was really pricey. I get paying for the luxury of not having to park your own car, but $70 for one night is a bit much in my opinion.

The noise from the attached room was too loud but the front desk attendant and security was amazing about it

The lack of water yall provided was terrible . I shouldn’t be dying of thirst while at the hotel . The menu at the restaurant was ok . No finger foods for appetizers was kind of a shock too

The price of $69 Parking at the hotel overnight while being a guest at the Logan is ridiculous. That cost is about 32% of what we paid for the stay. Very overpriced.

Very beautiful and clean and the staff were nice the views were amazing. The bathroom was amazingggggg and all the shower and hair products were amazing as well .

The air in my room was not working on an 95 degree day which sucked. My carpeted flooring smelled very damp and maintenance never bought up the fan that was requested

The location of the hotel is ideal. Located close to the museums and the city centre.

Parking is very expensive, use the local app for better rates.

Location was the best, easy to get around walking and driving.

The room maid seemed overwhelmed and not enough help cleaning rooms. She was helpful and our rooms were clean, and fresh towels as we needed.

No wash clothes on the room , rooms are dated, prices are too high for what other more modern hotels at that price range are going for. Valet is a mess, waited 30 mins to get the car parked in a traffic jam outside the building , they force you to get valet instead of informing you where to park in order to charge you 70$ for valet fees. The staff on the assembly roof top is not friendly and its precedence is like walking into a night club . Over booked and showily only be offered to the quest who have a reservation at the hotel. Hotel quest pay too much to not get a seat on the rooftop!

Our room was not clean. It was very dusty and our pillows were dirty. The towel rack bar was broken. Our room also smelled of sewer! The staff was really nice and helpful!

The hotel is very pretty.

It was disappointing that the bar wasn’t staffed all of the time. There always seemed to be some event that would leave it unattended in the 3 days we were there. Also the small bakery in the lobby had very limited hours.

The staff was accommodating and very nice from the front desk to the valet.

The room although it was clean was a little worn out. Definitely could use a refreshing . I felt the valet price of 70 dollars was a little pricey

Rediculously long hallways with my room at the very end. Huge smell of cleaning products in room and hallway to the point where we couldn't even breathe. Mucky and stagnant feeling in room and hallways from carpet, I believe. Big blob of someone's liquid makeup concealer on the white sheer window curtain in my room. The nerve to charge over $70 for parking. Just a few of my dislikes, sorry.

We did not have a shower curtain. Booking.com added an additional 20$ per day for a balcony room and the hotel did not give us one. They said that I needed to get my money back through booking.com

Not enough staff available to check people in. Long line. Room wasn’t ready at 4 pm and was a problem because our event began at 415 so it was inconvenient

Broken Keurig machine, took 3 visits to get a replacement, clock alarm went off at 5 am every morning, I couldn’t figure out how to unset the alarm, asked housekeeping and front desk 3 times, alarm still went off. Finally unplugged the clock radio altogether. No conditioner in shower dispensar… housekeeping needs to spend more time checking room for these details between guests. Fix. Restock. Check alarm setting, etc. Also, hard to reach front desk. Mail box was full, had to do a work around for my 6-7 calls over a 3 day stay. Slow internet. No perks for Hilton Honors members.

I very much liked my room with a view of Logan Fountain. The staff was gracious, I was seated in my favourite wingback chair at the restaurant which also served excellent food. I appreciated the small store where I could get coffee in the early morning.

My room was not clean when I arrived, it had not been vacuumed. It was immediately corrected, but during my whole stay a thick coat of dust remained in hard to get to places, e.g. under the chest of drawers. The elevators also needed cleaning, the same broken glass remained in the corner of the dirty elevator floor during my entire stay. I also found the price for wine exorbitant - a glass of Pinot Noir should not cost $29.

Can't beat the location and room spaciousness. I also stayed previously in another room that had a great view to Logan Square. I did use the swimming pool this time and it was great.

Hallways weren't clean and had furniture in them my entire visit

The location could not have been better, plenty of bars and restaurants around, the rooms were a decent size and we had a lovely view of the church. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

Communication was a bit on the slow side, we arrived early and we were told they would text us when the room was ready, we waited until after 4pm to ask about our room again as they forgot to inform us. They were very apologetic though. There was a lack of sockets on one side of the bed but loads on the other side.

My room was not ready for check in for over an hour after a long day travelling from the U.K. A member of staff called Sierra (ciara?) was absolutely wonderful, and offered me a voucher for drinks so I could sit in the bar area. It was lovely to have my favourite cocktail here again and always a pleasure to see Henry and Dunbar. Service is always stellar and one of the main reasons I come back and stay

Bed comfort wasn't the best but, they brought us extra pillows

The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size, even with 4 people.
