Staff are abit obnoxious across the property. Abit of a mafia, for example, ordered freshly squeezed pineapple juice as per menu and received packed processed juice and the lady tried to convince me it was fresh like I’ve never had a pineapple. Then later she got defensive saying I have to pay more to get fresh juice( fyi it was Eur 19). Service is very cut throat in this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, amazing restaurants I dined in three whilst staying. Staff were really accommodating and concierge helped with days out. The room was little small for the price I paid.

Very high standard in all aspects. Customer service, well organized and well trained staff on problem solving cases. Very clean with beg areas and very comfortable beds.

The property had a great location and was beautiful. The suites however are a waste of money. Views were non existent and frankly the lay out of the suites make them feel small even when they arent necessarily small. You dont use the room as it doesnt flow so total waste of cash.

The staff were rude and useless. Every morning my breakfast order and husbands would be wrong. When you are paying €35 euros for an omlette you expect it to be right the first time. Not have to send it back and then it still be wrong. Room service was ridiculous. Took over an hour to get a coffee sent to our room every morning and it would turn up cold. Again when you are paying €60 euros for 2 coffees to your room you expect them to be timely and drinkable. The room keys never worked and we repeatedly had to go downstairs and get them changed. There would be 6+ staff at reception and yet no one acknowledged you or helped and it would take 20 mins to get seen and your card sorted. The staff were rude, unhelpful and there was never service with a smile.

Amazing Staff !! From start to finish bar far the best experience in a hotel for years . Rooftop restaurant was well worth a visit and the food was amazing , its the little things that make a difference and they pulled out the stops to make one night in Paris a great one !!

The « Bugatti » car show at the entrance from the guest, the engine ramping and the attention seeking was bit obnoxious

The care and attention to detail was exceptional throughout. The staff were friendly and informative. Special mention to Tien Giang - Front Desk Agent for a seamless check in and check out. We received a complimentary room upgrade with a champagne and amenities welcome making for an extra special stay.

At a push to find anything, the hydrotherapy pools in the spa could have been a few degrees warmer.

It was very calm and serene. The Peninsula made excellent accommodations and was able to provide us with an early check-in. Not only did they give us an early check-in, they had a full breakfast waiting for us in our room. There was one mistake made - my son's stuffed animal got taken away with the sheets accidentally when they were cleaned and he went missing for a night. The hotel found and returned him, with another stuffed animal that had my son's name embroidered on the back - my son named him Peninsula Bear - and they took pictures of the two stuffed animals on the hotel rooftop overlooking the Eiffel Tower having an "adventure" together (to explain my son's stuffed animal's absence) and included a note as well. It was the most amazing customer service I have ever received and they turned what could have been an awful situation into a wonderful experience for my son.

It's an expensive hotel. The accommodation (for a special occasion) warrants the cost. However, restaurant costs are very expensive.

we didn't have breakfast, the location was very good and within walking distance of many places

the hotel does not have a relaxing lounge area to sit - it has a commercial feel to the entertaining areas - there is a bar but it only has approximately eight tables and unless you know you have to reserve a table (we were not informed) you will not be able to use the bar, for a hotel of this size it seems a bit ridiculous.

The room was spacious and modern with all resources for a comfortable stay.

I was charged incorrectly for extra breakfast after the third night that I never had despite a breakfast that is included in the stay. I required clarification from a member of staff who insisted that the bill is correct and there is cap of 59 euro for breakfast and mine was above 61 ! I didn’t argue much and paid . I then asked for a detailed breakdown of the breakfast from another member of staff who was very kind to find out that someone else had signed on my room number hence the extra charge . she apologised and I offered the refund on the credit card . incident like that can damage what would have been a good stay .
