Nice hotel in the Center of Paris. Breakfast was various and with quality products. Good services.

Nothing really bad. No private parking place and room could have been a bit bigger. Nevertheless was a pleasure to stay there!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Parister, and will continue to return. The location is wonderful the staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. It is not your typical small European location it has been very well maintained since opening and has facilities not normally provided in Parisian inner city hotels.

The friendliness when entering Hotel Parister is always outstanding. This was my 4th stay at the property and I always love coming back. The room was great and very clean - spacious bathroom with great shower. They have an in-house laundry and I enjoy the smell of towels and bed sheets etc - big difference to other hotels. My favourite amenities are the pool, gym and spa - all in good condition and relaxing to use. I always feel at home and safe at Parister. The location is amazing as it is in the 9th arrondissement and many things are just a walk away.

The wallpaper in the rooms is starting to be a little "tired" and beaten up by all the cases bashing against the walls. The design is beautiful but fragile. But I still love the rooms!

The breakfast was amazing!

The breakfast is ok, nothing special just a small selection of food Location is the best, easy access to transport and lots of nice restaurants Some staff are very helpful, there’s one lady tall staff that I don’t like she looks miserable all the time.

Extremely well located. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good.

Poor value for money. Wasn’t really a 5* hotel, felt overpriced. Rooms very small and quite loud at night from passing traffic.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which really made the stay. I loved the modern/old combination feel of the hotel decor and the location was absolutely perfect! Sadly we didn’t get a chance to try out the spa but if we stay again I would love to :)

The restaurant staff were knowledgeable and nice. The pool area is good. Nice length of pool for a few laps. The booking system is clever

The staff has been very welcoming and went a step far in everything, the rooms are new, normal size for Paris standards. We liked the outdoor spaces and pool.

I always like to travel to 5* hotels and at Parister hotel its more of a 4* superior. The service was great though. For the price I paid it was totally worth it. I would expect a little bit more attention to details (for example I didn’t find a bar soap container, mini fridge with just 2 bottle of water or the hand shower ripped out of the wall). These details might seem stupid but when I go to 5 stars hotels I expect maximum comfort and not worrying a bar of soap going everything around the sink causing a mess :) Except that I will definitely return if I ever come back to Paris!

good location friendly staff anc beautiful pool facility to relax in. also enjoyed complimentary coffee in the lounge area.

The hotel is elegant and beautifully decorated. Common areas have that home feeling and just make you feel like enjoying the space either at breakfast, work part of the day in the courtyard or just enjoy drinks end of the day. The room was great, with a balcony that allowed me to enjoy a bit of Paris views. Staff was great and the complimentary water even i the shared areas might seem a detail but it’s not a standard in many hotels at the same level, and this was highly appreciated. Overall an amazing experience and will return for sure.

There is a nice terrace that comes handy when it’s very warm in Paris. I wouldn’t say the facilities are up to a 5 star standard to be honest - perhaps 4 star in a boutique context given the prices paid. Location and staff very good.

The location, the breakfast, the room are clean, houskeeping twice in a day.Air conditioner was good.The staff was helpfull and polite.

The rooms are too small. Two people can hardly moove in the room. I told the staff that my friend was celebrating her birthday on 09.07. They do nothing about it. Not suitable for 5 stars hotel.The make up mirrow was broken.

Nice, clean hotel with a reasonably big room for Paris. Good shower and bathroom. Liked the water dispenser in the hallway.

Pool wasn’t very clean. It is quite a bit of a walk to the Louvre.

the toom was supposed to be 18m2 promised by booking com but was nearwer 9m2, nowhere to sit other than the bed.

Everything was super nice, staff very friendly and accomodating. Pool was big and very clean - a big bonus to relax after a busy day. Room looked exactly like in the pictures (could be slightly bigger though).

the pool was awesome. very easy to reach to metro and other important places.

there was a fire alarm that got turned on in error in the middle of the night. we have not been given any information about what happened and have not received an apology.

Room was big, comfortable and quiet. Has the Parisian feel if you want to feel Paris. The shower is huge, no bathtub, we don't mind as we don't use it.

The shower could have included a shower curtain / screen so the whole bath won't be wet and slippery.

Excellent hotel for Parisian overpriced standard. Rooms were of decent size and clean + great and lovely staff. I will definitely stay here again.

everythning. Liked the soffa are to wait for taxi. Like the late (12 noon) check out. Liked the breakfast . lovely!

deluxe & superior rooms are quite small. Would be tight if two of you had to spend time in your room other than in bed! Possibly lacking a bit of attention from maintenance

the gym is good. if they could add a stack of dumbbells weight it would be great

The stairs were hard to find and not well presented like the rest of the hotel was a shame as meant everyone queued for the lift

booked a time slot for the pool and sauna and had to wait cause an overbooking, got late to another appointment. room was beautiful but very small for the price.

Cozy, modest hotel with friendly casual hospitality.

I found some(actually just one) a bit racist . Even when I said just one word( I was raised in the US a have a clear accent) she asked “WHAT?!” and interrupted me as if I’m speaking a totally different language. She should have asked at least “ I beg you’re pardon?”… that way I have felt treated like a civilized person. I cannot give 5 stars to such unprofessional hospitality.

The staff are amazing at this hotel. Great location, walking distance from Gare du Nord, Montmartre, Opera Garnier. The pool is a brilliant size.

The rooms are a little on the small side but didn’t impact our stay at all.

elevator didn’t work one day and the stairs were difficult for us the bathroom was a wee bit small hard to dry yourself in it shower had no power in the water pressure

- Location is great, loads of restaurants nearby (which is needed) - the staff were very friendly and happy to help - Walking distance to Louvre and Opera House - Easy to Uber to other locations - Loved the interiors and design - Booked a Duplex room, it was spacious and great for a girls trip - The pool is lovely and our room had elevator access taking us straight down to it - Soft drinks in the mini bar were free, but nothing else available even to pay for (wine / liquor / mixed nuts)

- Very limited menu at the restaurant and even fewer choices for room service which means you’re forced to leave the hotel even if you feel like having a chilled afternoon / evening - We wanted to order a Cheese / charcuterie board to the room to enjoy on the terrace with a bottle of wine - not an option here so we had to go to a local supermarket and get some light snacks. I was really disappointed at that, I book 5star hotels so I don’t have to visit supermarkets for food. - This affected value perception as it’s a lot to pay for what is effectively somewhere to sleep & get changed - The pool caters to 7 guests at a time but only has seating for 4, which makes it awkward when you’ve ‘reserved’ your spot but have nowhere to sit, it’s just not 5 star - There was no attempt at enticing us to enjoy more around the hotel (no spa information / no special events at the restaurant / no invitation to a cocktail / happy hour) We would have 100% attended a cocktail hour or champagne and canapés and had a chance to talk more to the hotel team or other guests - charge a set price and keep the drinks flowing for an hour or 2. Or a wine tasting from local wineries. Make it and add-on package to the room so you’re guaranteed the attendance / revenue. There were so many missed opportunities to increase guest spend while making our stay more memorable and personalized. The lack of these made it feel more like a B&B than a 5 star hotel. Which is a shame because we can see the care and attention that’s gone into the design / FFE As lovely as it was, all our memories were made in other places. We spent our money in other hotels and would most likely opt to stay in one of them if we end up back in Paris again.

The food in the restaurant was very good. The service was excellent. The hotel is very stylish and in a great location.

The only negative was that the room was extremely small. While small hotel rooms are normal in Paris, this hotel is rated as a '5 star hotel'. The very small room size means that I would not rate it as a 5 star hotel. 4 star would be more appropriate.

The pool was excellent for an inside area. As was the gym.

The pool area did smell a little of smoke which I think was coming through from the the glass overhead panels above which was part of the outside garden/restaurant area flooring.

I think location is excellent . 25 min by walk to Louvre etc. Nearby there is good Thai and Italian restaurant so food options near by are fantastic. Staff had a nice attitude and level of hospitality was great

There will be few things. Rooms have pretty small closet. For two adults You will not fit 30% of Your clothes there. Key’s to the room instead of cards You have heavy classic key’s so each time need to leave them with desk. Crazy for 4 days 2 rooms 2000€ and breakfast is not included

Swimming pool was a great feature of the hotel (not very deep but about 25 metres long so good for lap swimming), breakfast was very good, gym and hammam (steam room) were nice. Staff were very friendly and helped with any issues immediately. Location great - central, super close to Gare du Nord, lots of nice restaurants within a short walk.

The rooms were perhaps a little tired - loose shower fixture, some of the plug points not working, marks on carpet and walls.
