Very nice staff. Lovely ambiance /aesthetic. Pool and hammam. Great location. Nice touches.

The key system is a little odd.

Room was very clean, pool a pleasure to use, gym was well equipped and well maintained. I think they clean and reset everything between uses which have to be pre-booked with reception so extra bit of luxury there.

The rooms were small and not much space for luggage or items. They need to inspect items to make sure they are working such as safe, TV, coffee machine also need to inspect bathroom items to refill as in soap, tissue box and others

This is a 5* hotel as described: the staff is kind and multilingual, the facilities are clean and nice looking, the spa is fully functioning and the whole hotel is stylish.

I expected the room to be bigger given the pictures. There's little space between the sides of the bed and the walls which is standard in Paris, but it did not show in the pictures. Do us, it wasn't a problem but other people may want to know. I wasn't quite sure what it meant "with private access to gym and hammam". It means that you have the steam room and the gym room for yourself for half an hour every time you book (once a day seemed to be the norm). The pool access is not private but since it's max 6 people, we were often alone. All of these are in the basement and cannot be privately accessed from your room, it almost looked like that as the room pictures included the pool. Last tip: lock when you go into the steam room as we had some people opening the door during our time without knocking nor notice. I think they were just hoping to start their half an hour 15 minutes early/ protract their stay. The staff is in the towel room if you are looking for them.

Beautiful property. Wonderful attentive staff. Lovely restaurant and bar all in a great location in the 9th. Pool and gym outstanding … cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely be back.

An extra luggage rack would be helpful but that’s all.

The swimming pool and spa was excellent and also the breakfast was top notch

The location is convenient. The team was very welcoming and the restaurant menu was tasty. The spa is nice for a relaxing break in the city.We really enjoyed our stay.It felt like a little cosy quiet cocoon in Paris.

Everything it is a great hotel

The hotel was quiet and away from the main tourist sites. A short 5-minute walk was some nice bars and restaurants.

The pool and steam room are all small and you have to book times. This is overlooked and other people can take over your allotted times meaning that there is no room for others. During our time a couple locked the steam room which required a member of staff to come and unlock the main door. When entering afterwards it was clear that they were doing more than just use the steam room.

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is clean. Bathrooms are large.

Room was tiny even by European standards.

Good size bathroom, comfortable bed and friendly staff but I would not rate this establishment as 5 stars.

Building work noise. The hotel never informed us at time of booking. Prefer key cards, as not into leaving key at reception.

I upgraded. Was amazing room 301. I heard Americans complaining of tiny room but firstly they must have got standard and secondly Paris hotel rooms and US rooms are as far apart as you get. Staff fantastic. Def 5 star

We loved the location (near lots of restaurants/bars and not overly touristy). The staff were lovely and having private access to the pool/sauna was a nice extra. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. We appreciated the pool (which needs to be booked in advance), as well as the in-room coffee machine and refrigerator.

The room was quite small and showed some signs of wear. The price seemed a bit high for what was offered.

Room given was a decent size, not like the smaller rooms in Paris. there's an indoor heated pool and suana available for booking with guest services. we did not have their breakfast, but the breakfast corner was nice courtyard and weather was fantastic, instagram worthy place.

Lift was small, could only fit 2 with luggage but that is a small issue.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were spotless as was the pool which we used 3 times during our stay.

Wonderful and helpful staff, I had a freshly renovated room, pool and spa are great - the hamam is fab after a day working in Parks-, everywhere super clean and good smelling.

Great location, one minute walk to metro Cadet, 10 minutes walk to other 2 metro stations nearby. Walkable to Lafayette commercial area and Montmartre. The hotel itself is fabulous designed and decorated. Room’s comfy and clean, the Amenities are quality.

The pool was under fixing when we was there, so that was a big disappointment to not be able to use it. But we got free breakfast as a compensation.

The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. I was staying in a Junior Suite and loved the size of the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Pool, Gym and Hammam are perfect. Hotel Parister's team is always SO helpful and friendly - my fave boutique hotel in Paris. Can't wait for my next stay here. Thank you HP TEAM!

Facilities Breakfast

Loved pretty much everything about this place. The staff were INCREDIBLE.

The only thing we could have wished for is a slightly simpler room service menu. Not that we wanted to eat in much, but the menu could have done with a few more basic items, like fries, or a simple sandwich. My partner doesnt like truffle, so she couldnt even have the toastie.

The service was impeccable. Annie and Talsin(not sure of the spelling) and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home. We had lovely notes and chocolate left on the bed for us which was so wonderful. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the gym and sauna. My daughter and I found the pool delightful. The breakfast was superb, Annie remembered our orders every morning. My 5 year old daughter was quite taken with her, she even learned a bit of French! Thank you for making our first family stay in Paris feel so special.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and they made our trip very accommodating. The rooms were exactly like how they were online and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend and go again !

Hotel staff are extremely friendly, our son was unwell on our checkout day and they were extremely helpful allowing him to relax in a quiet area at rear of foyer, providing plenty water and allowing use of faculties next to the pool. Rooms are comfy and spotless clean. House cleaning staff do a fabulous job, thank you!! Lovely relaxing pool area and spa treatments available on request. Breakfast excellent with lots to choose from, both hot and cold. Hotel is ideally situated a short walk from central Monmatre, and a slightly longer pleasant walk from Louvre.. Metro station is literally a couple of minutes away. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and we won't hesitate to book again next time we visit fabulous Paris.. A huge thanks to the staff!

The staff were excellent. Helpful, polite and accomodating. The hotel was stylish, well located and very well maintained. The pool and spa were a dream - particularly after a full days of travelling around the city for client meetings.

The Hotel was clean and Tidy, The staff were exceptionally helpful and very polite. The look and feel of the place was very upmarket and xosy

During our stay the hammam was "broken" which was something I was looking forward to using during our stay, also the lift broke down for a short while during our stay and at times was a nightmare using due to staff having to use the same lift to move around trolleys for cleaning rooms or moving left over breakfast. During breakfast on our 2nd morning the fire alarms went off. I get that this wouldn't have been any fault of the staff, however nobody's seemed to have a clue what to do. There was about 5 of us rhay made our way outside whilst other just say and continued breakfast. By the time we returned, breakfast had closed meaning some of our party hadnt been given the chance to eat properly. For a 5* hotel I just felt the rooms were rather small but maybe expected being I'm the vicinity it was.
