The room (102) was way too noisy, I could hear the reception and everything in the restaurant. The terrace and the breakfast are really nice but something needs to be done about the noise

While the location was great, proximity to trains crossing the river was a bit annoying. But this is beyond hotel's control, and we would certainly stay here again.

I was fascinated with the idea of being on a hotel boat, after following their postings on instagram in anticipation it did not disappoint. Pity I was only in Paris for 1 night but made the most of my stay in room 12. Staff were helpful in directing me to take the train to catch my lourve tour then a comedy show at night. I felt quite safe walking back from the train station across the street. Had a drink at the bar listening to the music from the bars across the river. The room though small was cozy clean with just enough amenities. Not much rocking so I slept well even with a bit of music from across the river. I saw others enjoying the pool area. Didn't try a meal there. I actually had a nice walk to see where Emily in Paris is filmed 30 minutes away, then the Panteon and Notre Dame.

It's not so easy for cabs from the airport to get unto the doc to let you off or to catch an Uber you have to go out on the street. My taxi actually dropped a passenger off the week prior so he knew what to do still didn't get let into the dock so quick street jump out. I did spot maybe homeless folks further out on the dock but didn't feel unsafe even at night.

Staying on a barge is awesome! our room had a view straight down the river, which we loved

Restaurant wasn't open. There aren't a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance and the area was quite deserted at night.

The location was close to the bus and metro station, everything around with a walking distance, the staff especially Ann were very helpfull and welcoming. Very clean, the sheets and bed were comfortable Thank you hotel Off Seine, for making our time fantastic

Very nice and friendly staff, and extremely well maintained and clean! Great location!

Our air conditioning was barely working the first 2 days and just stopped working the last day. We eventually had to relocate our room on the last night of our stay because it was just too hot for us. The music from across the river makes it a challenge to sleep at night without wearing earplugs! Otherwise, we lived the hotel and the staff were outstanding!!!🎉🎉🎉

Unusual property for Paris

Breakfast good, lunch and evening menu snack food only. Bar good and prices not excessive.

Bar and pool area quite basic furnishings. Lunch and dinner menu snack food only, none available Sunday, or if function. Issue with fixed mooring party boat opposite bank, loud pumping music till 6am in the morning, even with ear plugs provided, too annoying to sleep through. Affected nights Friday and Saturday.

The location , the ethos and its staff ,the barman was a delight I could have been in a smart New York Hotel ! I met three staff members and they were all faultless well done guys.

Great hotel a little awkward to get to by taxi, as they never know how to enter the boulevard the hotel is on.

The elevator wasnt working when on arrival, but staff helped us. There are so many stairs to reach last rooms, not very practical if you have luggage and cant carry

The location was excellent - we were beside the Gare Austerlitz train station which was accessible to the main attractions - Notre Dame - one stop - Louvre - two stops and Eiffel Tower - six stops all at €2.,50 per trip. The supermarket and bakery were also very close and there were ample restaurants in the surrounding area. It was exceptional to be sitting by the pool at nighttime watching all the boats go by. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself was quirky and we were able to avail of robes and slippers. Top class - two trains to the airport - one stop to Notre Dame on the C line and then the B line direct to the airport - the train ticket to the airport is €13.

There is nothing I could fault with this hotel, the staff and its location.

Being on the water and allowing me in earlier than your normal time which was a massive help and makes me want to stay there everytime.

Just getting my suitcase down to the hotel.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was modernly furnished. Even though space was limited - understandable, as it's a barge - I felt that the room design was optimised to make smart use of the space available. The location was ideal and it was very easy to get around Paris from Austerlitz station next to the hotel. The area felt safe. I could also walk along the river Seine to the city centre within half an hour or so. Being on a barge next to a main road, I had expected it to be noisy (and they provide ear plugs in the room) but to my pleasant surprise, it was fairly quiet in the evenings and I slept very well.

Breakfast could have been better value for money - either lower cost or more hot food selection would be good. Perhaps that's just a personal preference. Still, there was a good range of options, the food was delicious, staff were friendly and the dining area had a great view.

We failed to request a room facing the river. Looking out to the dock was not our expectation.

Small bathroom / shower, location good but on weekends there’s a party across the river all night so a bit noisy.

Disappointed that some nights e.g. sunset party night deck was taken over for a private function and as a 'resident felt we were bit in the way

They staff was very kind and communicative. I was disappointed that the breakfast buffet was not so good and it was expensive and not included .

The only bad thing was that the restaurant and bar are not open on a Monday

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Coffee is on the house if you're not interested in getting the whole breakfast. Room is pretty clean and right on La Seine. Walkable distances to many attractions, including The Place of Bastille, Paris High Line, the botanical garden, and even Notre Dame de Paris shall you wish.

I would highly recommend that the window should be designed to be prevented from being looked at from outside. The pedestrians on the bridge can still look into the rooms if they want when the curtain is not up.

Background noise from the trains could be very noisy if you open your window (That we prefer) But if you close the window it is fine

The booking process was very smooth. After making the reservation, we had a few questions which we asked via chat. These were answered quickly and kindly. During our stay, we needed a few extra items, such as an iron and ironing board. Upon request, the staff brought them to our room right away. Although we had one rainy morning, the staff immediately offered us an umbrella. These may seem like small details, but they truly make a stay more enjoyable. It’s great to feel so well taken care of.

Great location next to big metro station. Hotel is unique, modern and nicely decorated.

Noisy area at times - was a party boat going on until 4am one night. They do provide ear plugs and windows are good at sound proofing though!

When I open the window, the Seine River is right in front of me. Everything is perfect.

Loved the location and type of property. We had no idea it was on a barge though :) more our fault but as soon as we realised we were super excited. Stunning and well looked after. Rooms very modern and facilities were very good. Shower was really good. You have to have a good shower! Great you can chromecast from your phone to watch prime/ Netflix on the tele.towels fresh everyday and bedlinen all clean. Loved the view from bar/pool area in to la Seine. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We checked out early 6am ish and had no issues finding someone. I was worried the boat would be rocking but hardly felt nothing and really cool to open your curtains and there just be water outside!!

The hotel must be very new, which is lovely which made little things like stains on the middle wall way carpet down the barge more noticeable especially on cream carpet. We were in room 31, and arrived at night and when we got to the room door it was so dark in the corridor and couldn’t see the room number. Might be worth just putting a light to light up door number like the other rooms.

Everything was pleasant. It was really nice to stay in a quiet place in Paris, and not be surrounded by buildings

We loved this hotel. It was just what we wanted for the start of our much awaited honeymoon.

Restaurant menu was limited.

I had a very quick stay, but the staff were very impressive.

The location to arrive was hard, my taxi driver couldn't find this, but once we called then the hotel explained everything. It was amazing , right on the water.

We liked everything. We stay here every time we come to Paris. Would only love to see the barge relocate in future to test out future locations along river, perhaps a bit closer to the core. But it was excellent.

It is the unique hotel. the chamber was not shaking, very comfortable. And stuff is friendly and kindly. The bar restaurant was a little shaking. it was good for new experience.

The chamber was a little small. Especially, the shower room is too narrow. Therefore, I felt it was a little expensive.

Everything is perfect! The only negative was that the room was not heated by the heating system and was cold.
