Grand Pigalle Hotel, Paris

The location of the hotel is amazing. Close to the Montmarte area and the area of St Georges which was lovely. There are so many great bars and restaurants around and a really cool feel to the place. We had a balcony with seats which was a really great addition to the room and meant we enjoyed spending time in the room as well as exploring Paris. The bed was really comfy and we could see the sacre couer from the balcony. The staff were really helpful giving us a late check out as well and always nice and welcoming. My boyfriend was running the marathon and the day before and of the event they left notes and treats for him which was a really lovely touch.

The size of the room isn't very big. However that is very typical of Paris and so once we realised that it wasn't an issue! The bathroom didn't have a window so it felt a little bit damp but it wasn't a massive problem as we weren't there for long.

We arrived in Paris for our honeymoon and received the warmest welcome from the reception staff. We were lucky enough to get upgraded which was a wonderful surprise! The decor and design of the hotel is stunning, they really have finished it to a beautiful standard. The room was immaculate, as was the bathroom. We really appreciated the extra touches - soft fluffy towels and robes, slippers, high end toiletries, Nespresso machine, huge comfortable bed with crisp white sheets. Perfect in every way! The breakfast was brilliant, good choices and served in the lovely Frenchie restaurant. The location is fantastic too, we will definitely stay here again!

Everything! It really is our Parisian home! Such wonderful staff, nothing too much trouble! So friendly and helpful! gorgeous and chic room with the most comfortable bed. It was my birthday and they organised flowers. Excellent location. Just 10/10

The rooms were comfy, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent.

We booked a family room via booking.com which was described as two rooms with a central area with seating and television. This suited us because our daughter wanted privacy but not separation. On check-in we were told there was no such room.

Cutest gem in Pigalle! Great location, the staff upgraded us for the night, which was sooooo appreciated. We had to change our stay because we had a death in the family and chose to go leave Paris sooner than expected to attend a funeral, so changed our booking from 4 nights to 1. The room was amazing. The windows, the bathroom, the decor - loved all of it.

The hotel restaurant food was good, but lacked welcome & ambience for breakfast.

The hotel is good located for public transport but at night there is a lot of noise as there are some cafes in the neighborhood.

The location was great, 3 minutes from Pigalle tube and the surrounding area was full of great bars and spots to eat. 5 minute walk to Montmartre which we loved. The breakfast was fantastic and all of the staff could not have been more welcoming. We were given a balcony in our room which was such a bonus and they had made extra efforts for my Mum's 60th Birthday by leaving a happy birthday message on the mirror. Lovely touch walking into the room and hearing some jazz music. I had paid a €70 for the fizz and fruit option and a lovely bottle of Champagne was already chilling in the room for our arrival.

The only thing I can feedback that I was disappointed about was the fruit platter that came alongside the fizz. It was 2 bananas, a mouldy pear and a soft apple which was all left untouched. I had envisioned and appetising fresh fruit platter sliced up to accompany the fizz (similar to how you serve the breakfast fruit). I wish it was only the bottle of fizz that was in the room as it almost cheapened it. Everything else was spot on and would come back to stay in future.

Tiny rooms

I love everything about this hotel, from the personalised welcome from the friendly staff to all the interactions with the people running the restaurant. Rooms are comfortable with nice jazz playing once you enter the room, beds are comfortable, room is dark when needed and the setting and design are on point. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough

Amazing hotel - very chic and typically French! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were really lovely, I loved the radio playing jazz when I walked in and the little balcony. The mini bar was really cute and well stocked and they had a travel plug free for use which is really thoughtful. The receptionist that welcomed us was warm and friendly and very helpful. Location is brilliant!

Noisy! If you are a light sleeper like I am make sure you bring something to drown out the noise - every step on the stairs and every door banging and people walking on the floor above me woke me up, the hotel is tirâtes opposite a bar so the people leaving at 2am also woke me up. The trains are quite loud too. But I would stay here again - just with earplugs.

Rooms were small, our room was courtyard view, and there really wasn’t any view and it was a little bit on the darker side. Overall great charm at this hotel.

Only if need to find something negative, the insulation isn’t that great so could hear a lot of noise in corridor from other guests but it can easily just be loud guests who weren’t considerate enough when used public areas

What a fantastic hotel!!! My husband and I had an exceptional stay at Grand Pigalle: Amazing, bright + romantic room ( suite sous les toits) with wonderful views of the Sacré-Coeur and surrounding area, beautiful design, spacious bathroom, all very clean, super comfy bed AND: the staff at this hotel is absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to make these 5 days in Paris a truly wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, so much that we did not want to leave. It was spacious despite what some of the reviews said..had gorgeous window balconies overlooking the streets, a wonderful fragrance as you entered, plush carpets, music playing, comfy slippers and robes and a welcome note. Cleanliness was exceptional. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in and the sheets felt luxurious. And the bathroom...again well decorated and exceptionally clean. I thoroughly enjoyed having a bath although it could do with a non slip mat due to the curve.

Only small things...a non slip mat for the bath and perhaps a second chair at the table.

We really enjoyed our stay at the grand pigalle, the rooms were so well designed and the interior is just beautiful, looks exactly like the photos. The staff were attentive and friendly. The view from our balcony made our trip to Paris.

The only thing I’d say is it can be a bit noisy at night. However, that is what you get for being in a prime location so it’s not really an issue

We spent the last night of our honeymoon here - they very kindly upgraded our room! The location in Paris was great, very close to Moulin Rouge and lots of restaurants. Bed was very comfortable, great in room bar and coffee selections! Spacious room as well, especially for Paris.

We would have liked if the TV had a Netflix option. Other than that everything was great.

A beautiful and quirky hotel in the heart of the Moulin Rouge district, with Montmartre on your doorstep and the loveliest cafes and shops around. The location is perfect and the interior of the rooms is beautiful and very Paris-like. Although we were on our feet virtually all day long, we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this place to sleep every night. :) Thank you Grand Pigalle!

love the design- super cozy interior / love the vibes and soft light in the reception and dried flowers at the entrance / it smells amazing once you enter the hotel and Frenchie restaurant was INCREDIBLE! Staff were so kind and welcoming and they were super helpful especially traveling with a newborn. I recommend breakfast room service for a relaxing morning in : coffee with milk and croissant!! delicious!

The room was cute, receptionist was very friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The bed was comfortable, clean towels every morning, chocolate on the bed.

Breakfast wasn’t included like mentioned on the booking website, the room was a little bit too small for us even though we had selected the bigger option. We had also selected a room that was supposed to have a nice view, but ended up getting a room with a view of a wall of another building which was a little disappointing. We payed for breakfast and I ordered a coffee that I never received so we just ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes. Still had to pay for everything at checkout even though I didn’t receive what I ordered

The staff at the Grand Pigalle were amazing- they went above and beyond. They were able to provide us with a travel cot for our daughter, give directions and borrow us umbrellas. The hotel is chic, and comfortable. The rooms are a tad small, but we made it work with luggage and our toddler. The restaurant beneath the hotel was delicious. The location was great and so close to the metro!

We stayed here twice! It's in a great location, close to Rue De Martyr so there are so many nice restaurants and shops. The room is very comfortable and smells so nice. Great bed and very clean!

Grand’ Pigalle Hotel is our favorite place to stay in Paris. Stylish cosy rooms are not big but have everything we need and are always impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries are of great quality. The hotel staff is always at our service , helpful and attentive. The resaurant downstairs is a good choice for breakfast as well as for dinner. Highly recommended!
