Breakfast was too expensive. Location was excellent.

Upon departure there were some issues. We had requested a van the day before, and were told as we were leaving that none were available, so we and our friends had to take two taxis.

Exceptional staff-RC training might be the best in the industry, guest room excellent-modern, spacious and well stocked, all requested services rendered promptly and cheerfully.

Dinner at Le Boulud not a good value.

The staff was so great! Rooms had every upgrade possible. Fancy toilet. Good room service.

We arrived off a long flight at 10pm - no bar facilities open at all. The restaurant and garden closed on Monday & Tuesday. very poor for a five star hotel to not have any bar open for residents.

We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Reception was extremely helpful and extraordinary friendly, Restaurant same and food was also awesome, breakfast as well as dinner. Fantastic stay over my birthday!!!!! Many thanks!!!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The few things we needed during our stay or asked for they took care of it right away.

The breakfast needs help. Poor quality and not very good. It was not up to par with a 5 start hotel, everything else was fantastic though. Thankfully there are great breakfast options close to the hotel.

The nice attention for my daughter's birthday, they offered us a cake. The Spa is amazing and the staff is very nice and helpful. The doormen were particularly helpful on any occasion.

The cake wasn't eaten completely and stayed in the room for 2 days, no one took it back. The lunch at Boulud wasn't as good as expected but we really enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant Le Bonaparte in Le Vieux Montreal.

it will be nice if the restaurant is open all day for drinks and food - also there is no we’re in the hotel to sit and relax .. the only area is the bar.

A friend and I went for my 50th Birthday weekend and it was a stay where the hotel staff went above and beyond. The hotel was amazing from the luxury of the room and majestic show and deep soaking tub to the fantastic room service, bar, pool, sauna and tea. The staff was exceptional, amenities were top notch and it was AMAZING. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and celebratory get away.

The staff was exceptional- friendly, accommodating and thought of every little detail. The hotel is beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and a perfect location from which to explore the city.

Spa was smaller than expected.

Christine, Dio, Kelly, the room service staff, the doormen, the housekeeping staff….all top notch. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism blew us away. We could not have dreamed of a better place to spend our mini honeymoon. We were spoiled for sure. We will never forget our time at the Ritz.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable.

I didn't know that I should stop my car in front of the hotel, so I tried to park my car on the parking. When I arrived on the parking, a man from the parking came to me and said me that I couldn't do that with in a bit harsh way. I've made the way to come back in front of the hotel and a bus was already stopped there, taking all the place. It was really hard ans annoyng to know that I was calsing trouble on the traffic to find a place to wait the valet. You don't give us a choice to park by ourselves and instead you charge 40 dollars to make this for us that way.

From the moment we stepped out of our Uber it was clear we were in for a special experience. From the doormen to reception snd the concierge staff everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel had spread rose petals on our bed and bathroom along with chocolates, which was a lovely surprise. Good sized room, the comfiest bed, a spa bath and an amazing toilet all made the experience great. Breakfast was also fabulous and we loved the garden room. The hotel was just beautiful but it’s the staff that really made our stay so special.

The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was too expensive. 37$ for 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon and 5 potatoes. The faucets in the bathroom were broken, remote didn't work. Overpriced

The amenities in the bathroom were very luxurious and unique. I especially enjoyed the deep soaker tub! The fireplace was an added touch of elegance as well. The staff was very nice too!

Perhaps if there was a little more greenery. But I do understand that it is a downtown hotel.

One of the best Ritz hotels I have been to. Almost everything is perfect there. Starting from the receptionist through rooms quality, the personal touch and willingness to help . I am very satisfied. It was a truly exceptional experience.

- The invoice sytem or the receptionist forgot to deduct room credit from our final bill. So I contacted then and asked to correct the invoice. They did, but wrongly. For the hotel this class it looks a bit silly that you need to do a calculation for them. - We had to wait about 40 minutes for breakfast. I expect better timing. - Before the arrival I had asked about 2 rooms nearby as we were travelling with kids. Our rooms were 10 rooms apart. Situation was resolved quickly and we were relocated to room-by-room.

Location was amazing! Hotel was beautiful. Small reception though. You don't have much room to hang out near the reception. It's small. The pool was amazing.

The breakfast at the restaurant was ok. I got 2 eggs with 6 potatoes and the ham was not the quality I expected for a meal that costs 37$. 37$ for 2 eggs and 6 potatoes and a slice of ham...and plain wholegrain bread. No butter. Disappointed by the breakfast. But everything else was amazing

The staff were amazing and the service was excellent.

It was a shame the Maison Bould was not open for breakfast during the week.
