The streets around have a lot of construction right now so it was challenging to get around at times

The hotel is gorgeous and everything about our stay was perfect. Breakfast in the cafe was wonderful. Prices were as expected for the caliber of the property. I enjoyed learning more about the history of the Pfister and seeing the wonderful art throughout the building. Will most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

The hotel is in wonderful condition and well maintained. They have maintained the historic character and value while offering outstanding modern amenities.

I cannot think of a single negative thing.

I couldn't stay longer

I loved this hotel. Staff were fantastic--very nice, professional, and well trained. Bed was the best I've had in any hotel--pillows, too (and I'm including in many other luxury hotels). Hotel was very well located. Soap, shampoo, the heating and cooling in the room, the light-block shades--all such little details were fantastic. Very nice and effective cleaning staff. Hotel had outstanding gym. Excellent, speedy elevators. I even like the Allen Edmonds store and its people, too. Truly, this is a wonderful hotel. Thank you!

Everything! The detail at every turn left me mesmerized! I can’t even begin to explain how gorgeous this place was.

The hotel is GORGEOUS and staff is incredible

Although the reservation and everything says queen beds, we all mentioned the beds wr full sized and it was extremely odd we were given one pillow per person and no extra pillow or blankets.

If you are looking for chrome and glitz, this old hotel is not your place.

Stunning historical property well situated to discover MKE on foot or by public transit. Históric tower recently renovated and well appointed. Warm and hospitable welcome by the staff for check in and all team members attentive and kind.

Property was great. The only minor things were that we opted in for housekeeping and they did not come so we had to call and ask for items and to take towels and in room dining trays. They eventually brought the items but didn’t take our trays or used towels.

The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was very attentive and really went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous time.

We ate at your sister restaurant Saint Kate and our brunch was just ok but pricey.

Finding the elevator easier - also the bathrooms could have been larger!

First of all the beauty of the property captured you immediately, but then the attentiveness of each of the staff members whether you’re passing them in the elevator or when you’re greeted upon arrival they set such a high bar that makes you feel so special and welcomed. I didn’t pass anyone who did not speak or have a conversation or hold the door open etc. I have told everyone so they can enjoy this amazing experience themselves

Beautiful hotel! Staff were friendly and accommodating, they really made you feel special and went out of their way to ensure that you were taken care of! The rooms were clean, super comfortable, and so quiet! I absolutely love The Pfister Hotel and will definitely stay there again! My sister and niece were also very impressed and enjoyed their stay! We are hoping to book a longer stay next time so we can utilize some of the spa services!!

The art, the location, the atmosphere, the employees, the room, the comfortable bed.

The bathroom door didn’t shut, the nightstands were warped, no wi-fi, no refrigerator, the “lake view” of a roof.

Beautiful, historic hotel in a wonderful location. Front desk was a little flustered at check in, but Paul was great. Vivienne at night at desk was also great. Positives: clean, classic with lots of options for amenities. Beautifully appointed rooms, love the shower and pillows. Nice pool, no one there which made it great. Blu on the 23rd had a beautiful view. Drinks were ok, view made up for it.

Not so great but didn’t take away from the experience. Duvet was stained, mattress was humped in middle.

Beautiful hotel and room, staff were all very friendly. Overall atmosphere was better than any other hotel experience I have had. I also appreciated the book about some of the hotel’s history. When we return to Milwaukee we would love to stay here again.

Paying for parking in the hotels parking garage as a hotel guest. The garage on site was a convenience though. More on our part, I wish we would have taken the time to see more of the hotel.

Excellent architecture, generous sized King suite. Clean and modern yet contemporary and historical architecture.
