Location is superb! It was easy to get around .rooms was very clean and bed was comfy.the staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was great!

Receptionists Justin and Paolo were very helpful

Location was brilliant - short walking distance to metro, Duomo, Galleria, castle and Santa Maria delle Grazie. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very friendly. We were able to leave our bags in a lock up after check out. Views across city from roof top terrace.

Very nice, clean and cosy hotel, great location, walk distance to centre and park, staff super friendly and helpful, good choices for breakfast.

I was not able to open the window in the morning and I am not a big fan of A/C

The main issue was the very loud AC. Apart from that, just some minor things: Bad iron & ironing board and no kettle in the room Weird scrambled eggs for breakfast No rack or anything like that inside the shower to put your shampoo, etc

The staff at check-in, particularly Lorenzo, were really nice.

We stayed here for one night in Milan and it was absolutely great. The perfect location, minutes away from all the shops and the Duomo. It was a very clean hotel and the staff was lovely. Highly recommend!

The location is awesome. Facilities are new, and good breakfast

The room were we stayed wasn't cold enough, but it is thought that outside was 33 degrees, so air conditioning doesn't seem enought

The hotel is excellently located (just a short walk to the Duomo) and offers comfortable, new, and modern rooms. The breakfast is also great.

I found the bed to be a bit too soft

I had to go downstairs to get items from the counter and was expected to return them straight away, only time I experienced this in a hotel. No kettle.

The shower heads were not in the great condition as well as the shower glass door
