B&B Hotel City Center Duomo, Milan

Clean and comfy bedroom. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Location is incredible, just a short walk to the Duomo and lots of shops. There is also a big terrace on the 9th floor with a fantastic view too.

Everything was great. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Breakfast was wonderful. The location of the hotel to the Milan Duomo is superb.

Our room could have been a little bit cleaner. Some of the shelves in the bathroom were dusty.

Superb location for exploring Milan. Staff exceptionally helpful. We were able to leave our luggage securely after check out. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the hotel was an added bonus. Can’t fault anything and would highly recommend,

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, great variety at breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste was a nice touch also. Rooftop area was very peaceful with a view of the Duomo ❤️

Everything was perfect

The staff are fabulous. Our plans changed due to a delay in the family and worked with us to adjust our non-refundable room. They even sent me a note of condolence. The location was great for our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is honestly great. The stuff is very friendly and helpful if you ask them for info. Martin who worked the night shifts is the friendliest guy and gave me a great plan on how to get where i want to in the next days and what to do.

Only problem for us what that the room heating was low and even at the highest temperature you could set it, the room still was cold.

I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine and also when I finally did it overflowed the cup that was provided so I couldn’t consume it since it was too hot to handle/filled to the brim. It would also be nice to have some packets of creamer. The AC doesn’t work or the lack of instructions made it difficult to set the room at a comfortable temperature. Nowhere to hang your towels.

The rooms are very cozy, the cleaning is excellent. I would like to mention Martin's manager, who helped solve all the issues, is a very friendly and good employee! The hotel is beautiful.

- Location. There were nice restaurants nearby, close to tram and metro station. - Staff. High appreciation to Mr. Martin at the front desk who helped us with important information to face the strike at Central St. - They provided various size of towels, and more plus point: slippers. The beds were 👍👍. Very comfy.

- we had a 9-year old kid who was not feeling well with flu, but the room was pretty cold and there was no heating in bath room. The temperature seemed already being set at certain degree that we could not adjust to raise it to what we needed. - Phone in our room was broken. - from the information in the ads, we got 2 queen beds, so we thought we would have 2 beds in size 150-160 cm each. Instead the room consisted of 3 single beds (2 beds adjoined, and 1 was separated). - we paid the room for 3 persons, but there was only 1 complimentary mineral bottle in thr room. - not really crucial, but if the room can be brighter with more light, it would be better. Not all guests are young people who like to have romantic vibes in the room.

Amazing view from our room. Rooftop terrace was amazing way to see the city scape and cathedral/castle. Staff were amazing, especially Martin who checked us in late at night, his enthusiasm made it a fantastic finish to a long day. Wonderful location within easy walk to the Duomo and castle. Breakfast was fantastic and unexpected. The shower water pressure was great.

The shower cubicle in our room was a little tired and dirty. The step from the roof terrace to the lift was unexpected and my wife fell down it after taking in the views.

The hotel was very well located with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was also always very friendly and kind.

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready which was very kind. However, we were just given the key to the luggage room and sent downstairs by ourselves. It would have felt more safe if an employee would accompany each guest to the luggage room and tag each luggage to each customer with a paper that must be shown before one can take their bag again. Like this we felt like anyone can simply take any bag as nobody checks and one would only realize it once the bag is gone

This is a chain of hotels. and I already lived in this hotel, only in Sicily. That’s why when I came to Milan, I stopped right here! excellent service, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very kind, nice and clean room, crispy sheets.. I slept like a baby. Thank you. I also liked the patio, very cozy. Overall the impressions are the best. if you are planning a trip with a pet, this is the best place.

A great hotel near the Duomo di Milano about 5-10 min walk

Very comfortable and meet all our needs

Stayed one night ahead of our flight home from Milan the next day and it was great. Very convenient location, just a 10 minute walk from the Cadorna train station, where we got the Malpensa express, and also a 10 min walk to the duomo and main centre. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. If you don't like lifts/elevators, I don't think there are any stairs, other than fire exits, to get to your room.

Good clean hotel and rooms decorated in a great contemporary style. Fantastic location, 10-15 minute walk from il Duomo and Palazzo Sforzesco.

The bathroom had only one hook to hang the towels, so wet towels had to be hung wherever we could find a place, door handles, etc.

Location nice, walking distance to many important spots, surrounded by big number of food spots and places for shopping. Breakfast was quite good, food was fresh and good in quality

Breakfast was good for location. The air conditioning was excellent and appreciated after a long day in the heat. Space was great for the number of people travelling. LOVE the code for the door instead of a key - genius feature! Traveling with older teens made this hotel a great find .. even they were impressed.

There wasn't anything that didn't meet our expectations. Friendly service, helpful staff and great layout for sure. Convenient location and super walkable to so many attractions. Starbucks roastery was only a short walk and some fantastic restaurants right at the end of the road :-)

The AC was on 21C and you can’t make it colder that’s makes the room more warm and that was a bed thing specially my visit was in summer.

I had a very pleasant one-night stay at B&B Hotel Milano City Center Duomo. The location is perfect – quiet, yet just a short walk to the main attractions, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The hotel felt safe, was spotless, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. It was also convenient to be able to leave our luggage in the hotel storage after checkout.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary bottles of water in the room for added comfort. Overall, a great place to stay!
