Clean and well designated for traveler. Best location. Hospitable staff. They have showers and toilet on the corridor; I had early departure I didn't want to bother the rest of room mates so I pack up the night before and took shower on its outside bathroom. The elevator is very much helpful with heavy luggage, just ask the staff as it can be quite tricky.

It has a great location, you can go to Duomo like 10 minutes walk. The room is clean and also the toilet, they always clean everyday.

Just the noise on the side of the hostel. Im not sure what is beside the hostel but it is always like noisy even after midnight. You can hear people's conversation and laughter and that is like 1am or 2am.

I have mixed feelings about here. Night shift receptionist was a bit “tired”, toilet floors covered with used towels, bunk beds are shaking in every movement of each user… but it was ok place.

Love love the location of the hotel. Staff are all nice and accommodating. Arrived way too early before the 2 pm check in but they were so king to allow me take a shower after my long night bus ride. They have elevators! They have beautiful view deck in the 3rd floor.

Wifi is the worst! Aircon is too bad!

Located close to San Babila Metro. Decent breakfast for less than 7 Euro. There was an ensuite in our room. Staff friendly.

Rooms are very very hot. Very little ventilation. No fans. No A/C. Communal bathrooms external to the room need to be cleaned more often. They were dirty.

Really good location, breakfast is good and the staff are polite. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs and a very nice terrace and a living room on the top floor. WIFI is accessible almost everywhere. Rooms are clean and beds are decent. There were a couple of live events during my stay: live music and a comedy show.

Bathroom was a bit messy when I arrived: one sink was clogged and one of two showers had a broken shower handle. I notified the staff the next day and they fixed it almost immediately. But my overall impression was that the bathroom was a bit old/unmaintained. Everything else was good.

Modern hostel with nice vibes. Rooms spacious. They do have a small restaurant on site with limited menu. Serves breakfast as well. Location - a little out of the way from either central station (20-30min tram) or the main shopping area (20 min walk)

Mostly I didn't have any problems at all.

The wash basins in the bathroom were flooding and seemed clogged. Also, the bathrooms are quite small.

I was in a 6-bed-woman's dorm, we had our own bathroom with one toilet, two showers and one sink. That was great. The bed had a mini shelf, everything was clean. The person at the reception was friendly. Two stoves with four places each.

The kitchen was very dirty and also barely equipped. Just one big pot, two pans, one sharp knife, one small cutting board and a few random other items, almost no forks, knives, spoons etc. The hostel is quite big so in order to be well equipped you would need 3-4x as much. You can cook in that kitchen, but it really isn't nice.

The bunk bed wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought. The bed was fairly okay and looked clean. The lockers were free to use.

One of the two shower rooms had a broken lock, so basically only one was available. Because there were many people, I had to shower in a hurry.

The staff was friendly, the bar was nice and they served some cheap drinks regarding prices in Milan. Facilities were clean and the terrace was a very appreciable thing as well as the kitchen. The sanitaries were clean and the bedrooms as well.

Maybe the kitchen was a bit under equipped, there weren't enough utensils which reduced the possibilities.

We really liked the location of the hostel as well as the fact we had our own bathroom. We also really appreciated the tour of Como lake led by Francesco who was a very nice guide !

The kitchen was not really clean and smelled pretty bad which made it quite inconvenient to cook. Moreover, we know it is different for everyone but unfortunately, we shared the 2 first nights with very loud roomates and the blinds were not really of much help in darkening the room.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The dorm was nice and clean. The bathroom was within the dorm and shared between 6. It was nice with two good showers. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Location was good and the staff behind the front desk were very helpful. Beds were really comfortable and lockable luggage storage in the room

No lock on the shared bathroom door. Although the shower cubicles were lockable, I had to come out into the open shared space to change/get my towel which anyone could walk in on. Also the shower absolutely flooded the floor with water.

Very accesible and great location! Also clean and the staff were helpful.

Completely understand that this was out of their hands, but my first night was terrible because the AC was not working. Thankfully the staff was able to change me to another room and had a great time.

Everything was ok, of course it is a hostel so you have to be prepared that there are many people in one room, they return late at night, for me it wasn't a problem though, the problem was only very small showers and lack of intimacy in the bathrooms it was even hard to change the clothes, however it is hard to find something at this price in the centre of Milan so anyway I reccommend it.

Nothing really, good for a hostel

The building is very pretty. Not very close to the San Babila station but manageable - 10 mins max. I loved that the shared private bathroom had separate shower stalls, a separate WC and a separate wash basin which meant that atleaat 3 people could use the bathroom simultaneously if necessary.

The bunk beds are a bit difficult to climb. The frame is metal, and holding it for support hurt quite a bit. The pillow was uncomfortable. Has had very many uses that the cotton inside was rolled up into balls and very uncomfortable. Same with the duvet. Could be cleaner and neater. The breakfast buffet is bleak.

I had a nice stay at this hostel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. A big thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome, especially Christopher at the reception — he was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Only small suggestion: maybe consider changing the air conditioning unit, as it was a bit noisy at night.

My first time staying in a hostel and it far exceeded my expectations - stayed in the female only dorm there was 3 or 4 other people in the room with me and barely noticed they were there. Arrived early so left my bag and went back out before checking in later. Beds were fine, room was clean and the shower had decent pressure. Paid €2 for a towel which was fine. Good location, felt very safe on my own. Would return.

Very good location as public trans is easily accessible. Every staff member I interacted with was great. Wonderful attitude, friendly and always helpful with any questions I had.. Really appreciated the aircon very much as when I stayed there it was in the 90s in Milan! Without the aircon it would have been impossible to sleep! Breakfast was very good, would have liked if they included eggs (hard boiled) to balance the mostly meats and cheese..

The bathroom shower tiles had dark mold and even though they were cleaned daily, the mold was never cleaned off. I'm sure this is an easy fix, just needs to be cleaned. It would be nice to have had better configuration of the room lockers as they do not even fit regular carry on luggage and have no hooks or hangers in them.. The light in my bed had been previously broken from the wall and even though it looked like they had tried to repair it, the repair was not successful..

We really liked the convenient location — close to public transport, shops, and main sights of Milan. The shared areas were a pleasant surprise: a spacious terrace and a cozy bar with live music and evening events created a special atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the city both during the day and in the evening. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was well organized and comfortable.

The bathroom inside the room had two showers which was quite helpful during the stay. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was a blessing during those hot days I stayed there. The lockers are decently sized for a cabin bag and a medium sized backpack.

The shower broke on my first day there but the staff promptly fixed it the day after. The bathroom was really hot but it was manageable.

To be fair, the rooms and bathrooms were clean.

The bed was narrower than usual. Climbing to the top bunk was very difficult and not safe. The staff at the reception were unhappy and rude. Of course, the service industry is hard, but if they don’t want to be there, maybe they don’t belong in this sector.

Great location, lovely building, food and drinks were nice. The rooms were clean and tidy and the lockers provided plenty of space.

The only issue I encountered was my keycard for the room kept deactivating. I had to reset the card 3 times during my stay.

We had an unplanned visit to Milan, so we were happy to book last beds in the hostel just after landing. Friendly staff, modern and cozy rooms with locker boxes. Not far from good cafes and Duomo.

The service is pretty nice; there will always have someone at the counter.

I don't think AC works during this 30 degree summer day, so it's impossible to close all of the window, therefore there are too many mosquitoes during the night, the sleeping quality is not that good. At my first night there might be some party close to the hostel so it's quite loud until 12.

Comfortable bed . Affordable

Less ventilation, the stairs on the bunk bed should have handles to get down. It’s very scary for me to get down from the top of the bunk bed . No handles .
