The location was one of my favorite features of the property. It's a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and generally close to everything in Milan. The linens and everything else were very clean, and there's even a place to leave your luggage before check-in, which is a great feature.

The only thing I didn't like – and this isn't exactly about the facility – was that for the first two nights there was one person who slept making really strange noises. It wasn't just normal snoring; they were even screaming sometimes. Those first two nights were truly a nightmare.

The beds were comfortable. It was close to centre of Milan.

There was not much room in the shower and I can't get on right temperature.

Rooms are good and clean and the staffs are accomodating and approachable

Breakfast and the galley place need to improve only but are ok

Nice hostel, nice rooms with private bathroom shared between your own room which was good. Good location in terms of transport links and close enough to walk to tourist sites.

The WiFi in my room was not great kept cutting out, luckily I had data otherwise this would have been a really big issue. Also could maybe add curtains around the beds, just so people bedside lights don't light up the whole room.

The other female in my room has put alarm continuously in the morning … If they put some room rules it would be good for others

Good apartment for staying in solo travel. Clean room, comfortable bed, not far from main sightseeings. Satisfied

Form beds were fine, got a towel included and good sized locker in room with key supplied.

Close to many great sites and easy walking to Centro and the tram. A kitchen was useful.

We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room which made it very uncomfortable and we were all bitten a lot at night.

The toilet has Handheld bidet 1 km to Duomo square , walkable Cleaning level is very good.

I had a great stay while I was here. The staff was very friendly, my room and all the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The activities they hosted were also fun and the storage room is free.

The location could be better, but it's not that big of a deal, just be prepared to walk at least 20 min for basically everything

The hotel is very beautiful and enjoyable, with housekeeping and cleanliness at a perfect 10/10. It is truly one of the best hotels in Milan. The location is very close to the Duomo, extremely clean, and the cleaning staff are fantastic and very professional. A great stay that I highly recommend.

What I did not like about the hotel: Some of the staff were not polite, and one of the female employees was not honest with me. She kept saying that there were no available rooms, even though there actually were, and I ended up booking through Booking.com myself. Her attitude was very unfriendly and unprofessional. While some staff members were respectful and helpful, others were unfortunately not respectful at all.

The female room had an attached bathroom. It seems to be safer area as there are schools around. Actually, my local friend suggested this hostel for safety.

There’s no curtain for each bed. It was tough carrying a suitcase from nearby station to the hostel (about 10-15 min). Not many good restaurants around. Better to bring back some water bottles when you come back at night as a supermarket is a bit away.

The location is great, very close to the Duomo. The beds were clean and very comfy and my roommates didn't make any noise.

I didn't get a towel, I don't know if my roommates took it but I didn't, though because I didn't stay for long(1 night), I didn't ask for one.

A strange smell in my room. And beds are narrow, there is also a gap between beds and wall, so be careful do not let your goods dropping down.

Close to Duomo di Milano. You can leave your luggage after check out. Very clean.

Weird housekeeper male... kinda tried to touch me, when I was about to leave the room. Plus he came to clean up 10 minutes before the check out time.

I like the location was close to the tram and bus stations.

I haven't been in hostels for I while and forgot how people really don't have respect for other people at night with lights on and noise.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great- safe street and not too much noise. The ensuite bathrooms were seemingly cleaned daily and didn’t feel icky like hostel bathrooms sometimes do. Overall, it was a pleasant 2 night stay and I would definitely stay again.

There was music playing until pretty late but I wasn’t too bothered by it. Just to note if you’re someone who likes to sleep early and is a light sleeper

Some distance from subway with luggage, but expected in a city

They have multiple bathrooms in the room. Which gives much more freedom to manage our own timing and travel plus comfort. They also provide lockers in room with fitted locks. Which is not so common in many hostels. The kitchen is quiet well equipped. Cleanliness is very much appreciated.

The location is not exactly close to public transport. Mainly metro. Although quiet centered in city, I must say.

Everything from kindness of the staff to the comfy bed passing through the rooftop terrace and kitchen and the architecture of the building itself. Central place but quite during the night. Excellent

Clean and well designated for traveler. Best location. Hospitable staff. They have showers and toilet on the corridor; I had early departure I didn't want to bother the rest of room mates so I pack up the night before and took shower on its outside bathroom. The elevator is very much helpful with heavy luggage, just ask the staff as it can be quite tricky.

It has a great location, you can go to Duomo like 10 minutes walk. The room is clean and also the toilet, they always clean everyday.

Just the noise on the side of the hostel. Im not sure what is beside the hostel but it is always like noisy even after midnight. You can hear people's conversation and laughter and that is like 1am or 2am.

I have mixed feelings about here. Night shift receptionist was a bit “tired”, toilet floors covered with used towels, bunk beds are shaking in every movement of each user… but it was ok place.

Love love the location of the hotel. Staff are all nice and accommodating. Arrived way too early before the 2 pm check in but they were so king to allow me take a shower after my long night bus ride. They have elevators! They have beautiful view deck in the 3rd floor.

Wifi is the worst! Aircon is too bad!

Located close to San Babila Metro. Decent breakfast for less than 7 Euro. There was an ensuite in our room. Staff friendly.

Rooms are very very hot. Very little ventilation. No fans. No A/C. Communal bathrooms external to the room need to be cleaned more often. They were dirty.

Really good location, breakfast is good and the staff are polite. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs and a very nice terrace and a living room on the top floor. WIFI is accessible almost everywhere. Rooms are clean and beds are decent. There were a couple of live events during my stay: live music and a comedy show.

Bathroom was a bit messy when I arrived: one sink was clogged and one of two showers had a broken shower handle. I notified the staff the next day and they fixed it almost immediately. But my overall impression was that the bathroom was a bit old/unmaintained. Everything else was good.

Modern hostel with nice vibes. Rooms spacious. They do have a small restaurant on site with limited menu. Serves breakfast as well. Location - a little out of the way from either central station (20-30min tram) or the main shopping area (20 min walk)

Mostly I didn't have any problems at all.

The wash basins in the bathroom were flooding and seemed clogged. Also, the bathrooms are quite small.

I was in a 6-bed-woman's dorm, we had our own bathroom with one toilet, two showers and one sink. That was great. The bed had a mini shelf, everything was clean. The person at the reception was friendly. Two stoves with four places each.

The kitchen was very dirty and also barely equipped. Just one big pot, two pans, one sharp knife, one small cutting board and a few random other items, almost no forks, knives, spoons etc. The hostel is quite big so in order to be well equipped you would need 3-4x as much. You can cook in that kitchen, but it really isn't nice.
