Nautilus a Sixty Hotel, Miami Beach

The location was great, good facilities, direct beach access. Rooms nice and spacious.

Pool area was very busy and not enough sun loungers. Parking was expensive.

The nautilus is a classic. The location, the pool area, the lobby make it a good choice for the price. It is stylish and in my opinion one of the best in the area.

My only comment is that it used to look better and be fresher. The hotel is starting to be a bit run down, sadly. The lobby still smells nice and the pool area is still nice, but the vinyle elevator floors just don’t work. A few simply yet important cosmetic improvements and fixes are absolutely necessary. It is not what it used to be, but it could be easily. The staff used to wear stripes tshirts that made the whole hotel so iconic. It is a shame this is no longer happening. It was part of the aesthetic and style in my opinion.

The location is super convenient - close to the restaurants and top hotels on the South Beach. Has its own beach and pool. Mike the bartender in the lobby bar is a pearl of the facility) real professional

Though the accommodation price seems fair, all extras are super expensive. That doesn’t feel right. The space around the pool was not sufficient for all guests. Especially during weekend.

Rooms looked better online but overall happy with our stay

We evacuated Tampa last minute the night before hurricane Milton and needed a pet friendly hotel in Miami. Sonesta fit the bill and did the job at such short notice.

The AC was too loud in the room, the room entrance light was really hard to switch off (had a very unique switch). The white floors made the room feel very dirty very quickly, especially with a dog with us. Feels more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

The location, ease of valet parking and employees are awesome.

The floor lobby was very dark and didn’t have a vibe. Also the room floor was not at all clean and felt very oily and slippery

We couldnt use the beach bc of the weather but if we could have the beach is a very short walk from hotel!

Our room/ hallways/ lobby area/ lobby bathrooms/ pool area could definitely use a deep clean. The pool loungers need to be thrown out and replaced.

Their staff was friendly and helpful.My friend was staying in a nearby 5 star hotel he didn't satifyied with the hotel services and came to Nautilus to have breakfast, coffee etc to enjoy service and environment. Daily complimentary bottled waters in the room and small coffee shop at lobby to buy snacks and sandwiches another plus.

Air condition in my room was noisy.I turned it of when I was slepping so didn't effect me.I hope they can manage this issue.

Barely any rooms have a view of the water. A lot of noisy neighbors. The shape of the building and the one next to it cause a loud wind vortex between the buildings. A little over priced.

Charging guests for a seat on the beach. Not done by other hotels at this price. General sense that everything was an additional charge. I was even told I could not bring a coffee to the pool despite I bought it from the hotel lobby. They said it had to be purchased at the pool bar. Very poor focus on customers experience compared to its competitors I’ve stayed at on the south Beach.

Staff was extremely nice and cocktails were really good and the location is awesome

There is nothing that I didn't like besides the constructions that were happening on both sides that was very disappointing and that's not their fault because it's not in their hotel but the constructions on the sides took away from the experience and it was really loud during the day while we are at the pool

rooms are noisy, thin walls, can hear the next room, can hear people on the floor above and in the corridors through the night. Not 1 night of restfull sleep. Construction next door so noisy at the pool.

Excellent location with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The beach right in front is great! The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The front desk staff, parking, breakfast, and pool services were all good.

The listing says the hotel provides free bikes, but that's not true. They showed us two old, broken bikes, which was very disappointing. The breakfast was good, but I expected more options from a 5-star hotel. The room had poor lighting, which really bothered my girlfriend when she was doing her makeup. The beach service was okay, but a bit slow, and the umbrella rental was very expensive. The parking was also very expensive.

The location on the beach and the staff are great.

The room is just weird. The bed is in the middle of the room with huge desk attached to its back, with suitcases there is no place to move in the room. The bathroom is very small, the shower drain worked only whenever it wanted. The water pressure is a joke. The floor was very very very slippery and wasn't clean at all. We had dust on the bottom of our shoes. The breakfast buffet is only fine. Not good, not bad, just fine. No vegetables at all and overall there weren't too much options

The friendly staff and thoughtful gestures was the biggest plus.

The room was small and not appealing. There was construction right next door which was our view. Not much can be done about that but having that view and small room with a sqeeky bed made it bit lackluster.

The location is great and right on the beach. It has a nice pool and beach access. The sunbeds on the beach are free (or included in your destination fee) but you have to pay for the umbrella. The hotel has F&B service on the beach so you can easily enjoy the whole day on the beach. The rooms are nice and simple decorated and there is no shortage of towels and beach / pool towels. Walking distance to South Beach and Lincoln road. If you book without breakfast, there is a little coffee and croissant place in the lobby where you can have a bite if you are not into a full breakfast but prefer just a coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The doors in the hallways of the rooms make lots of noise when closing so during the evening when one wants to sleep, it can be a little noisy. Also, there are hotel construction ongoing left and right of the hotel. However, there was not a lot of noise from it when we were there but it is not a nice view when you look out of your window.

It was located quite nicely on the beach. The bar was quite nice and Lucas was one of the great bartenders to be around.

Firstly, the room was very crowded for our party. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen in our holiday. For a 5 star hotel, it was way overrated. There was no soundproofing, constant noise from some sort of machine, you could hear people from above, below, next door and hallway. The pool was small for the size of the hotel.

The bedroom floors and pool weren't the cleanest. The bar/ poolside food is very average quality and overpriced.

The location of the hotel is great. It's very nice to have beachfront access and a nice pool area. The pool and beach chairs are included for guests, but note that beach umbrellas come at an extra cost of $25.

The room had a very odd layout - bed in the middle of the room and hardly any surfaces in the room or bathroom (not even end tables on the sides of the bed). Housekeeping forgot basic things - shower wasn't fully cleaned (saw sand and hair for the entirety of the stay), had to call to get our complimentary water, toilet paper, and bath towels as everything had run out or been removed and nothing put back in. The food at the beach/pool is expensive and portions are tiny ($25 for a shrimp cocktail that had 5 shrimp). Beach umbrellas come at an extra cost of $25. Had an unpleasant experience with on-site restaurant staff because we were sitting and having a snack in what we thought was outside the restaurant area - some couches outside, literally on the other side of the eating area dividers. We were told that "the owner was watching" instead of simply being politely asked to move or even offered a drink menu so we could continue hanging out there. Overall, the hotel looks like it could use some upkeep and remodeling. There is unfortunately construction happening on either side of the hotel, so it can get very loud by the pool with unpleasant noises.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel, beach, buffet breakfast. Staff was very helpfull. Rooms aren't very big but comfortable enough.

One elevater from the lobby wasn't working during our stay. Swimming pool wasn't really chilled. The hotel next door is being completely renovated therefore on some days we felt like on the construction site.

The king suite room was big and spacious. Good location. Short walk from Lincoln road (8mins), Ocean drive(12 mins) and Miami beach (5mins). Pool was good. Towels were provided at pool area. Hotel manager who was an Indian was very kind and welcoming. Hotel bell boy was really helpful and friendly.

The lift took forever to come from any floor. The second lift was under repair for a long time. Most of the time spent waiting for the lift, which was annoying. No amenities provided in the bathroom. Anything called for in the room took sooo long.

The view and location are fantastic. Every member of the staff was very helpful. But we would like to highlight Isaac, from the beach club, Nina from the cleaning services and Paolla from de pool bar. They helped our stay to be very pleasant.

The staff were great. Especially Issac on the beach and I think his name was Pro at front desk.

There was construction on either side of the property so all day there was hammering and drilling. It made the pool days terrible and not relaxing. I know it’s not the hotels fault but still paying $49 resort fees felt like a kick in the teeth. Also $12 for a Celcuis from the coffee cart is beyond disgusting. So expensive. Go elsewhere if you want to eat or drink.

the beach access and chairs are amazing, the staff working on the beach is some of the best!! they came around every hour and adjusted our umbrella so i didn't get sunburnt, which as a pale person as so nice! the location is also ideal if you want a little bit of south beach but also want a calm experience!

the rooms are a bit sterile but its clean and we spent all day at the beach so it didn't matter. the elevator was broken so we took the stairs we were on the second floor so it wasn't a big deal. paying $25 for a mojito on the beach is pretty high but i think its the same everywhere

Great location. Very clean room and entire hotel. Nice beach, umbrelas and staff on the beach. Great hotels surrounding, suitable changing room at the entry of the hotel.

Not much furniture in the room. No tea in the room. Small bathroom.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The meal portions are big and the food is delicious. The hotel was properly cooled and well maintained.

One elevator out of order resulted in very long waiting times for the remaining elevator. The shower floors are dangerously slippery. There were no bicycles available, contrary to what was offered. Also, later in the day, there weren't any pool / swimming towels available. Slow service in the restaurant (in the evening) - supposedly due to a staff shortage - resulting in extremely long waiting time for drinks and service.

The halls were eerily dark and uninviting. The floors were not as clean with noticeable dirt and dust on the hard wood. One of the elevators never worked the entire stay, making the wait really long as more guests arrived for the weekend.
