Staff was extremely nice and cocktails were really good and the location is awesome

There is nothing that I didn't like besides the constructions that were happening on both sides that was very disappointing and that's not their fault because it's not in their hotel but the constructions on the sides took away from the experience and it was really loud during the day while we are at the pool

rooms are noisy, thin walls, can hear the next room, can hear people on the floor above and in the corridors through the night. Not 1 night of restfull sleep. Construction next door so noisy at the pool.

Excellent location with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The beach right in front is great! The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The front desk staff, parking, breakfast, and pool services were all good.

The listing says the hotel provides free bikes, but that's not true. They showed us two old, broken bikes, which was very disappointing. The breakfast was good, but I expected more options from a 5-star hotel. The room had poor lighting, which really bothered my girlfriend when she was doing her makeup. The beach service was okay, but a bit slow, and the umbrella rental was very expensive. The parking was also very expensive.

The friendly staff and thoughtful gestures was the biggest plus.

The room was small and not appealing. There was construction right next door which was our view. Not much can be done about that but having that view and small room with a sqeeky bed made it bit lackluster.

The location is great and right on the beach. It has a nice pool and beach access. The sunbeds on the beach are free (or included in your destination fee) but you have to pay for the umbrella. The hotel has F&B service on the beach so you can easily enjoy the whole day on the beach. The rooms are nice and simple decorated and there is no shortage of towels and beach / pool towels. Walking distance to South Beach and Lincoln road. If you book without breakfast, there is a little coffee and croissant place in the lobby where you can have a bite if you are not into a full breakfast but prefer just a coffee. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The doors in the hallways of the rooms make lots of noise when closing so during the evening when one wants to sleep, it can be a little noisy. Also, there are hotel construction ongoing left and right of the hotel. However, there was not a lot of noise from it when we were there but it is not a nice view when you look out of your window.

Breakfast; pool and beach facilities. People very friendly and helpful. Parking (a bit expensive but super efficient).

They are renovating some part of the hotel and there was a lot of noise coming from the works.

It was located quite nicely on the beach. The bar was quite nice and Lucas was one of the great bartenders to be around.

Firstly, the room was very crowded for our party. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen in our holiday. For a 5 star hotel, it was way overrated. There was no soundproofing, constant noise from some sort of machine, you could hear people from above, below, next door and hallway. The pool was small for the size of the hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfy bed. Good location - walking distance to bars and restaurants etc. The beach is perfect.

The bedroom floors and pool weren't the cleanest. The bar/ poolside food is very average quality and overpriced.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel, beach, buffet breakfast. Staff was very helpfull. Rooms aren't very big but comfortable enough.

One elevater from the lobby wasn't working during our stay. Swimming pool wasn't really chilled. The hotel next door is being completely renovated therefore on some days we felt like on the construction site.

The king suite room was big and spacious. Good location. Short walk from Lincoln road (8mins), Ocean drive(12 mins) and Miami beach (5mins). Pool was good. Towels were provided at pool area. Hotel manager who was an Indian was very kind and welcoming. Hotel bell boy was really helpful and friendly.

The lift took forever to come from any floor. The second lift was under repair for a long time. Most of the time spent waiting for the lift, which was annoying. No amenities provided in the bathroom. Anything called for in the room took sooo long.

The view and location are fantastic. Every member of the staff was very helpful. But we would like to highlight Isaac, from the beach club, Nina from the cleaning services and Paolla from de pool bar. They helped our stay to be very pleasant.

the beach access and chairs are amazing, the staff working on the beach is some of the best!! they came around every hour and adjusted our umbrella so i didn't get sunburnt, which as a pale person as so nice! the location is also ideal if you want a little bit of south beach but also want a calm experience!

the rooms are a bit sterile but its clean and we spent all day at the beach so it didn't matter. the elevator was broken so we took the stairs we were on the second floor so it wasn't a big deal. paying $25 for a mojito on the beach is pretty high but i think its the same everywhere

Great location. Very clean room and entire hotel. Nice beach, umbrelas and staff on the beach. Great hotels surrounding, suitable changing room at the entry of the hotel.

Not much furniture in the room. No tea in the room. Small bathroom.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The meal portions are big and the food is delicious. The hotel was properly cooled and well maintained.

One elevator out of order resulted in very long waiting times for the remaining elevator. The shower floors are dangerously slippery. There were no bicycles available, contrary to what was offered. Also, later in the day, there weren't any pool / swimming towels available. Slow service in the restaurant (in the evening) - supposedly due to a staff shortage - resulting in extremely long waiting time for drinks and service.

The halls were eerily dark and uninviting. The floors were not as clean with noticeable dirt and dust on the hard wood. One of the elevators never worked the entire stay, making the wait really long as more guests arrived for the weekend.

Pool and beach access

We came to the pool around 4pm and they offered us pool chairs, they would not clean the trash or reduce the puddle of water that the last gust left.

Nice, elevator in lobby didn’t work, front desk service impeccable, breakfast WAY overpriced, pool much too hot and crowded, beach service very good.

Older, a bit run down. They gave me a room that was for wheelchair accessibility and shower water went everywhere. Overpriced I think.

I will give the most honest review about this hotel: - very clean, houskeeping ask 3 times a day and if you are out and dont leave your do not disturb card they clean your room at night too, which I liked. -staff is amazingly, unbelievably perfect! Super kind. Thank you to the Isacc at the beach he made our 5 day stay to an amazing journey.

-everything is super expensive, food, umbrealla, drinks etc. -I dont recommend to buy breakfast included version because that is not a $33 worth breakfast, plus bugs are flying over. -they add %20 tip to everything so be careful dont tip twice. -bathroom is Super Tiny! No place to but towels, makeup etc -beds are not comfortable as much as regular expected hotel beds, it was ok not too bad. -the view you see from the picture is a view you will never,NEVER see if you dont buy a balcony or pool view room, which I dont like about. -for beach they are closing at 6pm which ridiculously early for a summer season bcs day times are so hot and days are long. -deposit is $500 for this kind of hotel is to much. -I saw an advertisement, 2 complimentary coffees included everyday. I thougt that would be from the cafe in the hotel but when I asked they said no it is in your room and it is the coffee machine. I laughed so hard.. -there is 2 main elevator and 1 of them was broken whole week and they did not fix it. There were long waitings for 1 elavator. - overall not a bad experience but I wanted to tell people not to spend to much in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent

Few elevators, waiting 5-10 minutes. Small swimming pool. There is a construction site nearby, it's very noisy. The pool is open until 6 pm, it's very little on vacation. It's boring in the evening, there's nothing to do at the hotel.

Fantastic location on Miami Beach, which is easily accessed from the hotel. Also within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars in the area. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast and all pool bar food was very good. Hotel has a guest area on the beach and provides sunbeds and a bar with waiting staff, however umbrellas, which are needed, are an additional $25. Room location was good with a large balcony and views over the pool and Miami beach. The sunrise was amazing.

Rooms seem a little dated and could use some refurbishment. The control main panel for lighting and curtains was not working and the lighting is insufficient for the room size, also insufficient lighting in the bathroom. The pool DJ was good, but very loud. Finally, note that the site adjacent to the hotel is currently being refurbished and there was heavy construction equipment in use during our stay (maybe why DJ played so loud).

It had a great, stylish, comfortable lobby, super friendly staff and the location was perfect in the quieter part of South Beach with a private beach.

The balcony with ocean view was lovely. The beach crew were superb & gave an amazing service. We loved the free bikes.

The ocean view room with balcony was really small. We couldn't unpack our suitcases as the wardrobe was tiny and wouldn't hold our clothes! The walls are paper thin & we could hear our neighbours having a huge fight next door! I know it's not the hotels fault but there is building work going on on both sides & they had the music at the pool really loud to drown out the construction noise. (As we are beach people it didn't bother us too much.) But it would if you wanted to sit round the pool. We felt it would've been nice to be told when we booked.

The location was great - right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants. The staff were all very warm and friendly. We didn't use the pool, but the beach setup was nice.

The property was in a good location on the beach. The staff was very nice. Also, promote Issacc from the beach staff, he is a great guy.

For the price it wasn’t great, If you are a guest at a hotel paying thousands….give a umbrella at the beach for free. Also the rooms need some work done. These are small things to make the customer want to come back.

Loved the location on Collins Ave, close to all the major shops and restaurants. Very close to the Big Bus tours bus stop. The pool was nice, and we could easily walk to the beach from the pool. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. There were parties during the night, but our spacious room on Collins Ave was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this centrally located hotel.

I love how close the hotel is to the beach and how clean everything is. The people at the beach who are helping with the umbrellas and delivering food and drinks are super nice!

We had a little trouble with the bathroom, but we mentioned it to housekeeping and they were able to fix the issue right away.

Atmosphere not very friendly for kids, prices of umbrella on the beach and vallet parking are expensive. Ocean view rooms are only one bed. Small minibar if you want to put something else on it.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Some very friendly staff. Lovely pool and beach area. Good value for money. Dealt with a very helpful staff member on day of checkout - catered for luggage being stored for later flight and arranged cheap taxi transfer to airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to request clean towels EVERY day! Were quick to deliver them to room most times. 5 paying guests in our suite but only 2 complimentary sun loungers on the beach - $17 each for the other loungers each day. Spoke with a lady at the concierge desk about booking a trip to the bahamas - she was to forward information to us but never did.

Pool facility is spectacular as were staff. You do not have to spend much time in hotel main area so going to and from pool was easy

Only had one elevator working all weekend. Not sure why someone could authorize to pay double time and get a crew out. We took the stairs most times but it was uncomfortable and entrance was behind the front desk and you had to walk through the baggage holding area. Could have been managed better. Signs every day on the poor elevator to give us and update, maybe.
