They didn't offer buffet brekkie as per my booking for a few days but apart from that, it was great!

Missing buffet breakfast due to low occupancy policies.

The property was amazing location for the beach , rooms were huge and spacious

Would of been nice to know ahead of my stay that there was construction next to us that went in from Monday stating at 8 am till 5pm, even at the pool the beeping of reversing construction vehicles and being woken up at 8 am, having known this in advance I wouldn’t of stayed Also you have to put a $150 per night deposit that then gets released Upto 20 business days if you’re card is international

Nice clean hotel. Close to the beach and shops. Friendly staff. Well air-conditioned, had a water fountain and ice machine.

Our view from the window was terrible - into a next door concrete building. Noisy drunk people chatting in the corridor and I could hear the screaming child through the wall from next door

Staff took a long time to serve us and bring any food/drinks then got it all wrong unfortunately.

Nice clean hotel and nice location. Nice pool and beach service, but the pool does not have a deep end and the ocean had many sea weeds (we were end of July- early August).

A glass of virgin pina colada costs $16 US and valet parking $50 per day (no other parking available).

Room was very very dirty. Staff is ok Beach will close the umbrella on guests heads ( we saw it happening) when time to close comes.

The property felt very modern it was nice I liked how everything looked.

I didn’t like how small the bathroom was no counter space. There was so much construction at the hotel next to us we could hear jackhammers at our window. The pool was so hot you could barely swim in it and staff did nothing about it.

There was NO MENTION of the ugly view of construction next door which was half of our "ocean view" room. VERY disappointed with that - couldn't wait to see view and it was just surprising that there was no mention or consideration to us when choosing that hotel and room view. Also the heavy equipment construction next door vibrated our room in the morning so much you could feel it in the bed - that woke us up. Didn't think the bathroom was as clean as it should have been - shower had someone else's hair in various spots.

The food was not good at the hotel. Also monetizing umbrellas at the beach is crazy work.

Location was great. It was easy walking distance to many things on South Beach.

Pictures didn't really match what you arrived to. The reception area wasn't great. The bar area was odd and unused. The restaurant wasn't very good. The space was decent but it felt like it needed an overhaul. For instance, there was a "pop up" food stand in the lobby (very expensive) that should have been set up in the bar area, pulling people down into that sunken section. All in all it was OK but could have been great.

Amazing property but some heavy building work happening adjacent to the hotel which is disturbing at the pool.

I like how clean the hotel is and how nice the staff is.

We had some problems with the water not heating up, but I called the front desk and they sent someone right away.

Pool is perfect temperature, the location is in a quiet spot but super close to everywhere.

Miami drink prices are crazy but that’s just the way it is.

Very family focused. A lot of kids here. Elevators were not working when we stayed.

The staff was very nice. The location is pretty good, relatively near the beach and the Lincoln Rd mall.

The walls were thin. Valet was a bit expensive. The rooms were a little outdated.

Somewhat overpriced, would have liked to have an umbrella on the beach included in the price (given how expensive it already was, that would have been a nice gesture instead of asking for extras)…

The foyer was amazing, the bar and restaurant were amazing the pool was good and the lawn area was great to chill out and they had good games for kids.

Once we left the foyer and came to our floor the corridors were very dark, painted black which didnt set a good tone to our beach stay, reminded me of when i was a back packer 20 years ago. The room was nice but it was small for 6 people, the bathroom was tiny for that many people and then our window view was of a brick wall or the building next to us, so was dissapointing especially when you have such a nice foyer and reception area, the room really let us down. Another person commented while i was in the lift that the lift was bigger than their room, its a joke but the comment was made.

Location was great. Hotel staff were super friendly.

Hotel was cold, very cold in the corridors and public areas. Pool was always at capacity, both times we tried to get loungers we were told that it was full.

The showers are horrible, not enough wardrobe space (even though they so had space in those rooms to add additional wardrobes), staff was so so - some were really nice and helpful and others weren’t so forthcoming

We absolutely loved it here we had a short walk to the beach the children loved the pool it was not to deep and there’s a baby pool that’s perfect for little ones the staff are all lovely and great help even putting your towels out when arriving hung at the pool good was fantastic could not fault it also the rooms are so clean

Great location, close to food, beach, shopping! Family friendly, the pool was perfect for our kids. Most of the staff were lovely. The bar and foyer are great too. Great buzz to the place. And great for young kids.

The rooms are a little old although the beds are amazing and comfortable. You can hear people walking the hallways, I think due to the room being old. My phone and bedside lamps were unplugged and when I looked behind the bed to plug it all in it was very dusty. Food and drinks by the pool are quite pricey.

Great location and access to a private part of the beach were very good. Hotel beach staff were excellent.

The swimming pool area was a bit grubby and needs to be freshened up. The hallways were very dark although the room was bright and airy. The view was awful (a dirty rooftop).

Location was excellent and it was a lot cleaner and more comfortable than other hotels I have stayed in in the area. Did feel it was overpriced for the standard, but that’s what you get in the area

- Good position - The pool and the outdoor’s restaurant cannot be used during the day due to very loud noises coming from 2 (!!!) adiacent construction sites - The staff is VERY kind and professional - Good service at the beach - Overall the hotel is good, we will probably come back

The hotel is in a great Location with extremely nice staff. Unfortunately we were in a room right by the elevator and heard people talking and having a good time all night long.

We had to pay extra for sunbeds for 3 members of our group and the bikes were only free for 2h.

Pool wasn’t available for all the days we were there

The hotel is nice and clean! No complaints! The only thing that got me upset was the fact that pool was closed and I was never informed about it until the day I was checking in. They offered me hotel credit as a compensation so I had no choice but to accept it.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. A special mention for Armaan on the reception desk was very understanding and helped us in getting a bigger room as our room was too small for 4 adults. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are very small so we had to move to a bigger room. Alos, they have complimentary 2 chairs if we are hotel guests at the beach but if we are paying for a room for 4 adults , how can they just give us 2 chairs? Umbrella is not included either. During our stay one of the elevators stopped working and had not started for almost more than a week.

It's my third or second time at the Nautilus. It's very reasonably priced, the property is beautiful, the beach is great and well serviced. Breakfast a'la carte is very tasty. The room is big enough.

Location. Comfortable bed. Pool service was excellent. We had several dishes from the pool menu and all were good.

Stayed during Valentine’s Day weekend. Hotel hired a DJ for Saturday afternoon. Within minutes music was turned off and there was zero ambiance by the pool area. Don’t get me wrong this is not a club so I wasn’t expecting loud thumping music but to have zero background music is also extreme especially for South Beach. Sunday afternoon comes around and there was also zero music by the pool area. It was just boring. The pool is smaller than in pictures. The showers are small. Would not stay here again

Location was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom was extremely small and had no ventilation. Building exterior could use some maintenance. Mattresses seemed old as they were excessively soft, such that could almost sink in them.
