The swimming pool wasn't bad and proximity to the beach and public transport meant leaving was easy! The rest was pretty abyssmal. Not allowed to eat your own food on site.

The bed curtains were short! Cleaners didn't clean. Loud music all night in the rooms. Smelly rooms. There was NO kitchen despite being told there was one - this meant we had to eat out the entire time. Food on site is very over priced.

Everything was perfect, the staff are really nice! You can have beach towels every day, an umbrella and chairs for the beach because it's very close to the hostel, the pool is nice. I'll definitely be back

It was a big contrast with the previous hostel I stayed the night before. Spacious, with a nice swimming pool area to relax, a nice bar despite me not ordering anything, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The location is not a big deal since you can take a trolley for free that takes you to South Beach within 10 min for Free. It's worth it.

Although it's easy to meet new people, its slightly remote location invites a "stay, relax and GO" dynamic. If the hostel had organised activities or excursions, then the hostel would excel because some people would stay longer at the premises or be prompted to interact more with other people, especially if travelling SOLO. It's not a big deal, but it would be a nice extra for them if they really want to excel.

close to beach , it has a latin cuban like vibe with fans , i really like the place. there is also a bar inside the place as well , very convenient. I would %100 stay again if i visit miami.

Good location close to the beach and stores, very nice outdoor bar area and large beach towels. Great value for solo travel.

I like the vibe at the hostel it is nice and I met some nice people. Nice lounge space, pool area to relax.

This is specific to quad share rooms - bathroom is not maintained and small, there is no kitchen to heat your own food and eat in common areas, there are no clothes line to dry your clothes after washing gets expensive if you are a budget traveller. Also the lounge seating arrangement are couches there are no tables and chairs to sit down indoors, not suitable for remote working during the day unless you are sitting outside in the heat.

They advertised Free Drinks for happy hour, turns out it was for another restaurant down the street and didn’t tell you until after you ordered your drink… didn’t appreciate that Also didn’t mention they’d be charging me for the bike ride, just gave me a key and a form to sign but I’m pretty sure they charged me for it which wasn’t clear

The dorm for x4 is quite small in terms of swing space! Room was very noisy weekend nights as we backed onto garden/pool area

Very comfy beds, aircon worked well, pool area is lovely, very clean, not far from the beach which is good, also very close to the bus stop.

There is no kitchen, not even a hot water tap or spot to make coffee/tea, they dont give you a duvet just a sheet and small decorative blanket on the beds, its a little far from the tourist hot spots but the buses make it easy to visit. As a solo traveller i wish they held activities so it would be easier to make friends.

Well I last visited about 8 years ago and it was a bit more homey and comfortable. And also there used to be a kitchen where you could prep your food and a continental breakfast, that I missed on this visit. It is still a very good place to stay but I feel like it is loosing its special little touches. The staff however were amazing!!! The woman who works the kitchen staff and the one who works front desk in the morning were so kind. I would like to thank them for making me feel so welcomed really they were warm kind and super helpful!!

I love the location, the ambience and atmosphere. The only downside is my room is next to the large dumpsters and garbage was taken out late at night (after midnight) and the glass bottles clinking woke me up.

Loved the vibe by the pool. My private room was really nice. Love that you can pay a little extra to check in early or out late..... I did both and enjoyed!

The comfort in the private rooms could have been a little bit better. It was certainly more than okay but I expected a tad bit more.

This was my second time staying here, although the first time was over 10 years ago. I was excited to return, and I enjoyed our stay. We got one of the private rooms, which was very spacious, with a separate front sitting room. The bed was really comfy, great sheets, nice pillows. There were two air conditioning units and the shower water pressure was awesome, as were the shampoo and conditioner. Actual detangling! The pool is one of the top reasons to stay - a stunning shade of blue with a disco ball and tons of plants. It's surrounded by lounge chairs and the Broken Shaker remains a fun cocktail scene. We did pay $350 (including a ton of city/vat taxes) for our room each night, which feels like a lot, but apparently isn't when you look around South Beach. This place is definitely a hostel vibe, so you gotta go with that flow, despite being the price of an expensive hotel anywhere else. They do have earplugs at front desk. Might want them.

Check-in wasn't the best. They ask you to use a self-check-in machine. It was arduous to type so many things in that the hotel already had in my booking reservation. To be fair and transparent - I was offered the option to check in online and didn't do that, but I still would have needed a key and to use the little machine. The lobby was a bit chaotic with only one staff member at the desk when we arrived. Then the check-in machine broke, so we all had to line up. She was frustrated with all of us - for something that wasn't our fault. Then she read my credit card to someone over the phone, loudly, and for what reason I do not know. I also think the place could overall just use a refresh. It needs some fresh paint. Maybe the windows cleaned? All the interior spaces felt really dark instead of bright and happy. That being said, she did eventually get us in our room and was sweet after all that. Maybe just having a rough day. We all have them. The staff overall was wonderful. I think just a repaint and get some better, brighter lighting could do wonders. Would stay again if I needed to be on South Beach.

WIFI didn’t work for 2 days, very disappointing for someone who just arrived the country. Beds in the dorm don’t have a curtain to close. Music was too loud. Too expensive for a hostel.

It is on good location and friendly staff. It was fun to for so many things, karaoke, nice garden, pool, even hot pool and smoking area etc.

I thought the sheets were not clean especially the dark color blanketing I was not sure if it was washed and the pools were not clean

The woman manager the morning of the 12th wasn’t quite pleasant. I will not mention any names. Also before the week before Had some trouble with two girls staying in a room , A room for of four girls ONLY, then it became a room of six, my concern was why were their keys still working ?! I did bring it to the hotel‘s attention and they took care of it right away Thank you

Amazing location just a short walk to the main sites of South Beach. The room (king) was amazing and had everything I needed and more. Great value for the area!

Staff seemed a little indifferent, but that seems to be the case in Miami everywhere.

A fab, quirky hostel with a beautiful garden / bar / pool area. Close to the beach and to some great restaurant / brunch spots as well as a grocery shop for cheaper eats. Everyone was so friendly, I made friends with all the girls in my room and chatted to lots of others at the bar. A wonderful experience, my first time at a hostel in many years and I wasn't sure what to expect but I'd happily stay there again!

It's a hostel so the shared rooms took a bit of getting used to, but actually it was great and made making friends really easy.

Close to beach 5 mins walk. Subway and Triton supermarket are just across the road. Swimming pool is nice. Wifi is rest. Clean hostel. Stayed in 4 person room but it was comfortable as people staying very decent.

Bathroom should have curtains so water will not not spill over on floor. Lockers should be with locker so one need not require to buy locks. Soap and shampoo for bath need to be provided. Bedsheet could be changed at least every 2 days(I stayed for 4 days)

The dorms have couches! Huge perk for long-term travelers. Dorm beds are excellent.

There is no kitchen guests can use. Only the 8 person or single rooms have fridges.
