Good music, very friendly personnel, comfortable to sit and talk with friends

It was our third time here, so we already knew what to expect. And we liked the same things - the outside areas are super cute and the rooms comfy

Food drinks and bedding!

The shower curtain on room 204 ,and the seat for handicap were moldy as much as tiles. I have noticed fewer hangers for towels and trash beans. Other than so, I love so much my stany the attention and service. You are great....,, ,!

The garden

Ground floor rooms close to the Reception are very uncomfortable to rest because of traffic, piano where people start playing and in weekends because many people who are from Hostel are coming to drink in the garden and is noisy..Sorry but my room was on level 1 how they called and was very noisy

Scenic, good location

Bathrooms not clean or ventilated, smelled very bad. Bar closed at midnight.

Location- close to the beach and bus stops, pool and a nice bar.

Didn't have group activities for guests to socialize or I was not informed

Great place to stay

Everything fine

Excellent location just 2 blocks from beach and close to a small grocery store and a cafe. Room was clean, it is an older art deco building so room was basically for sleeping, not that great for hanging out in.

The only annoying thing is the nicest spot to hangout (pool and sitting area) is a bar at night and you aren’t allowed to bring your own food or drink. It is also a popular bar so when I wanted to drink my own beverage and read by the pool there was no place to sit and I’d have to buy a drink at the bar.

It's in a hostel with a pool, so there's music playing all day and evening, there's a couple bars with drinks and food inside the property, etc. pretty good for those who like that.

The apartment is SUPER dark, windows don't help much, there's not enough indoor lights, and/or not bright enough. The room is very small compared to the rest of the apartment as well, but not a big deal.

Most things met my expectations and it was great value for your money.

One of the restaurant waiters (white guy) was so rude to me when I tried to order from him he basically ignored me and walked away. He proceeded to look back act me while moving around the pool area and still nothing other than him the staff was AMAZING.

Added extra charges after booking an advertised rate . Almost doubled the rate

The elevator was not working during our visit. Hopefully, it will be fixed next time we visit.

First of all, thank you so much to the manager, Alexandra, for her excellent work, her understanding and the way she accommodated us throughout our stays. It warms your heart to see people taking good care of you. The employees were very nice and the service was impeccable. Then I also liked the location of the hotel, very close to various amenities, a bus and a trolleybus are right in front of the hotel. The hotel has a driver service to pick you up from the airport, they offer towels for the flat or swimming pool, beach chairs, a parasol, bicycles for a period of 2 hours free of charge. We were a little skeptical, but ultimately it was a great find. Finally, the garden area with swimming pool was my favorite. The atmosphere in the evening was very pleasant and relaxing.

The room was less soundproofed. therefore, music from the next room was expected at late hours. It wasn't fun with a baby.

I stayed in a 4 bed room with bathroom: the room was clean, big and very quiet even if there parties going on. The staff is nice and the hotel is in a good location to visit miami beach and south beach. If you want to go in downtown the bus stop is one minute walk

The rooms are clean, spacious, and stylish. The bed is so comfortable, and the bathrobe is a nice touch! We felt so comfortable during our stay. The rooms are also very quiet considering there are so many people in the hostel, that was a great surprise. The courtyard our back is a great place to relax by the pool, with plenty of seating options so it never feels crowded. The pool is great, too, if you don’t want to walk the few minutes to the beach. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, and Freehand provided us with towels, chairs and an umbrella to take with us. Our beach day was perfect thanks to these added touches. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had good interactions with everyone we encountered. The windows didn’t open in our room, so they offered us another room in which the windows did open which was very accommodating. We also appreciated the bus stops just outside of the building entrance and made good use of the free trolley that stops there every 20 minutes.

It’s busy, so you often have to wait a bit at the front desk. Not a big deal but allow 10 minutes in your schedule to allow for it.

I love the all inclusive environment. I loved the outdoor area and bar. It was absolutely amazing and such a spectacular view in the pool was great. The staff was amazing and accommodating, very friendly, and very courteous. They came to clean every single morning the entire room.

The building is a little outdated, so it might look a little better on the photos rather than what it is. The building has a odd odor, kind of like smelling like funky sea, and it feels very moist and wet like the air conditioning is not that great it’s the only thing that made my stay slightly uncomfortable.

Nice tropical garden & pool area. Dorm bed was well equipped with outlets & light & very cozy bed. Tasty homemade Cuban food at the supermarket counter down the street

No guest kitchen AND no outside food or drinks allowed. Overpriced food & drinks, very expensive dorms around $50+ / night with taxes & fees. One night they closed the entire outside pool area (the main reason to stay here) so that a private group of non-guest could have a private wine party around the pool- and the paying hostel guest were not allowed to join in…very bad look and left many feeling ripped off & disgusted with the total lack of respect for the hostel guest in this instance.

I was in 8p. Dorm. Bathroom could be cleaned more often not just once per day. Beds not so comfy, plug-in tricky. Hostal is usually busy, music loud till late.

The hotel had extremely friendly staff and the vibe was really cool. We felt like we could have enjoyed our entire night at the hotel without leaving due to there being a bar, restaurant, and club all within the courtyard walls.

The room itself felt dated, but I realize most lower and mid-range hotels are like this in Miami. Our sheets and pillows had stains on them.
