Location, price, atmosphere. Separate shower in each room. Comfy bed with curtains. Beautiful garden and courtyard. Everything is cool!

No blankets, literally just a top sheet. Musty smell in room and halls. Sheets had stains on them. No counter space in bathroom.

Rooms bit old, hotel bit old

I stayed for almost 30 days. The location is perfect. One block from the beach and bus around the corner all the time going everywhere.

The bedroom i stayed in was a shared room for 4 girls. I was lucky with the girls. We had the same manners towards each other, no problems. BUT they need a deep cleaning urgently. Sometimes I was in the bedroom when the girl was cleaning and she would spend maybe 2 minutes in there. Barely cleaned anything. Most of the staff was super nice!! Just I’d say to some of them “it doesn’t hurt to answer a “hello” or a good morning” every now and then.

Why don't you serve breakfast included in accommodation anymore? The door to the canteen that I used several times for breakfast was closed. They informed us that it is no longer served. I was disappointed

There was nothing for me to eat or I went to the bar there was absolutely nothing to eat.. only drink was alcohol was available

The room was great value for the money, and the location was amazing.

If you bring a car, it's tricky, because the street (and lot) parking in enforced until 3 am. But the hotel itself is lovely!

The absence of a kitchen and a policy that the outside area in the evening is forbidden to sit in it by the security, as it belongs to the bar and the bar becomes not for the hotel

The location and area of the hotel was absolutely lovely! Pool, chairs, bar, all you want to have for a great stay! The beach was just a few minutes walk away.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, but that depends also on the individual people staying in the same room.

The location is 10 minutes by bus to the market. On the street. There are small restaurants and a Starbucks nearby.

Shared rooms are not comfortable. Some ladies make a lot of noise and you get disturbed, they eat in the room and on their beds and it causes a very bad smell. There is no water in the hotel, you have to go outside and get it. I stayed in a private room, the TV in my room did not show clearly and the number of channels was very few. There was no kettle in my room and I had to buy it from outside. I left my kettle in my room when I left. I hope I will find it there again when I come next year 😁

I always like the service and the relaxing atmosphere after traveling or working, also because I have learned each time a new that I will encounter great people from diverse ventures of life, chives regarding space and common areas, great food, friendly staff and safety. The staff team has always been great like the smile and diligence of Alex, the patience and anticipation of Victor, the welcoming greetings and service of Agustina, the dedication of Florence to detail and modesty, the prudence and consistent work by the cleaning and maintenance team, the cautious and permanent serenity and politeness of Security team; the radiant attitude to inspire and transcend . We all love to be served as equals in respect. Thank You. I will always want to return. Great energy all around!

I realize how comfort can be diminished by disregarding extra hands on maintenance of though clean bathrooms, tiles on showers and humid environments. Godliness is something so surreal as feeling clean and finding everything else as clean and sanitized as towels. I would like to find an air refresher in enclosed areas as well as a toilet brush.

Check in was quick and easy. The location was great. Provided a towel.

It’s insanely close to the beach! On the way there you’ll pass a market and a couple of sandwich shops. It’s really cheap and clean.

A communal refrigerator would be nice and a water fountain to fill bottles. A cooking area would be asking a lot but it’s an idea. They have this towel system where you only get one and if you want an extra it’s $5. Five bucks isn’t too bad but I wish you could just get another towel. However, they do provide a beach towel that you can trade.

Good location, only 20 minutes bus ride from the airport, from the hotel you can walk to most places on Miami Beach.

The lobby/lounge area is very dimly lit, it puts you to sleep the moment you walk in. Too much clutter in that area.

Very nice place. Clean and great staff. The vibes were immaculate. Was a close walk to everything.

Amenities were a bit old and handles would fall off easily but still worked very well.

I loved the facilities, the pool/ bar area was stunning, the cocktails were a work of art (although a little expensive but worth it!!) The bedrooms were super spacious and comfy!!

It had a great outdoor area with seating by the pool and by the bar and also inside as well. It was about a 2 minute walk from the beach, from the bus stop and from the supermarket.

Great location for the beach. Only a 5 min walk! There’s a supermarket just down the road that opened early until late and a 24 hr subway shop if you get hungry. Very close to bus stop which is very handy. Also make use of the free Miami Beach trolley loops from those stops too. The room was great and spacious! Beds were so comfortable. Very clean! Had a pool which looked alright. The bar was small but had lots of seating outside. There was also a club which we didn’t know about. The drinks are expensive though. One drink set me back $22! Would recommend for sure

We stayed in a private room, and while the building in all honesty is a bit dingy, the important things like bedsheets and towels were white and clean. Location is what made this place for us. Right by the beach, walking distance to many shops, restaurants etc., easy to uber/drive from if going further. We were initially worried about parking, but were able to buy overnight parking right next door for $17 at the reception which was great. Bar/poolside downstairs is cute!

Majority of the guests seemed to be teenagers on big organised group trips which interferes with the ”young adult” vibe we were hoping for, a minor thing. However based on other reviews this seems to be a consistent contract so maybe something to be aware of. If you’re booking solely with poolside lounging in mind be aware that the pool is not huge and was constantly very busy - great for a quick dip but not a resort pool day type setting.

Beautiful hotel with interesting designs, close to the beach, it’s just a 5 mins walk. Very helpful staff, especially a man working in the reception. Amazing bed, had one of the best sleeps during my trip.

It was very nice having a pool on site as well as the bar and restaurant. I also liked the layout of the dormitory rooms which had comfortable beds and a handy shelf with plenty of plug sockets and a lamp. The bathroom was also clean and tidy although the shower could have done with some shelves.

Some of the staff members were a little abrupt and the laundry facilities at the property were a pain to use.

The Location and the People.

Loved how clean and safe it was, everything you needed in the dorms and it was super easy to get to and then also get to the Main Street for food/drinks!

My stay coincided with some sort of school trip so the pool was always very busy with teenagers but this is down to timing not the property!

Wifi didn’t work one night. Someone that wasn’t staying in the room entered at midnight and turned on the lights , unsure how they got in.

The room was very nice, with a big bed. I loved the patio part with swimming pool and a bar. The hotel was in the middle of the Miami beach island, close to the beach which was great, but bit far to other attractions on the island.

Perfect location, the staff is great, and the rooms are comfortable.
