East Hotel, Miami

Great location attached to brickell city centre all. Shops and restaurants are walking distance from everything which is perfect

Property is great however the room Is a tiny bit dated. Shower wasnt great and there was no shower gel

Loved the pool. Loved the balcony. The service was excellent. The location was great as well. We loved the shower. The views were amazing.

The velvet was slow. No microwaving the room. No non pork protein for breakfast.

The view of the bay and the city was excellent. The hotel's location is great

The only downside, and quite a significant one, was that there was no refrigerator in the room, despite the not insignificant cost. In 95-degree heat, I couldn't chill my favorite drinks. It's a bit absurd. Everything else was at a good level

Lack of amenities

everything was amazing. the hotel was clean. the staff was awesome. the location of the hotel was perfect. the roof top restaurant was so nice. the food was amazing. I can't wait to come back. very soon.

The room, location, staff, and amenities were absolutely spectacular.

Pros: - Spacious room - Amazing view from balcony - Great bar onsite - Pool area was aesthetically pleasing and had yummy smoothies/food - Pretty rooftop bar - Good location in the middle of Brickell - Connected to the mall (my dream!)

Cons: - Elevator at night can be hectic due to the rooftop bar - Could be pretty shady at times in certain areas by the pool

The security and the welcoming staff very professional

There was a payment issue and I already contacted the hotel to check it

Beautiful facility. Part apartment homes, part hotel. Didn't bother us one.bit. Beautiful rooftop, pool, elevator, facilities. 🔥 Literally 5 minutes from anything, beach is a 15 min/$20 Uber away. I will never stay at the beach again!

Hallway noise. At times, the walls felt thin during the day when housekeeping was on the move.

The property is lacking mantainance. Rooms are starting to look old.

Very clean ! The rooms were spacious and updated ! The pillows could have been fluffier but the bed was comfortable . The vallet staff was awesome, they were so nice ! The girls at the pool were super friendly! And the location of the hotel was perfect

Me encanta la opcion del balcon, es un plus poder salir y tener la vista relajada. El estar junto al brickell center y en pleno brickell permite movilizarse caminando a muchos sitios

The location and the facilities were excellent

The dust is everywhere, extra wfforts on the cleanliness will make the hotel excellent. The parking is 55$ per day, which is very expensive
