I love everything about this place the customer service is amazing as always. The scenery is just beautiful. The room was everything and more. Very specious and was clean very well as always. On site restaurant food was amazing.

Everything was fine, maybe a little dark in the lobby area and not too many areas to take pictures for future memories like some of the other hotels in the area.

I liked the staff, cleanliness, comfort of the pillows and beds, and the location.

The extra costs for the beach that I couldn’t visit because it was raining each day, and bicycles I did not use each day. I think if we use the bikes and beach then charge me, but to make the charges mandatory, that’s a little much!

It was wonderful. The residence so spacious, clean, and location amazing close to City Center.

Hotel staff and the whole facility, quality of food and drinks, magnificent views everything was perfect! Residence was great, huge and very convenient for family gatherings.

The only complain would be valet not being able to park our car due to its height 6.10ft, while on the website it did say 6 - 8ft

I didn’t like that the rooms or hotel at all didn’t provide a microwave , that is very inconvenient for a hotel stay and for this hotel to be the price it is. It should have one at least down stairs in the lobby if not in the rooms.

Really everything was great. The location is right in the middle of Brickell, on top of the mall. Pool is spectacular, sun hours aren’t perfect but you can make it work. Restaurant by the pool had great food too. Gym was more than adequate, dare I say good. Room was awesome, spacious, incredible view, nicely sized balcony.

One of the bar/ restaurants on the roof had a cover charge even if you just want to have some food. Was told that we could sit on stools at the bar, to eat, if we could find some. I would have expected more for hotel guests.

The views and the location…bed was huge and the views at night were impeccable

Weak AC for a hot city like Miami

East is extremely modern and in an unbeatable location. Not only is it in brickell but the fact that you can quite literally take the elevator down to the mall buy something and be back in your room in 5 minutes is ultra convenient.

The bedrooms are ultra dark and moody. I love the sexy lighting but there should be a little more light available (that can be turned off) because it can be a little difficult to pack or get ready in the dark bedroom area (both in regular hotel and residence).

There were some hidden fees but I didn't read properly

Everything was wonderful, there are so many resteraunts in the area that are walkable. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating

While the property itself met expectations in terms of quality,

I would like to express my disappointment with certain aspects of the service that felt overly materialistic. Specifically: We were charged an additional amount for early check-in. Despite this, when requesting a late check-out (even for an hour or two), there was no consideration given to availability — it was simply another chargeable service. This rigid policy felt transactional rather than guest-centric, especially given the premium rate we already paid for the night. Overall, I believe greater flexibility would enhance the guest experience, particularly when clients are already paying a substantial nightly rate.
