Awesome location, big rooms, solid buffet breakfast, great views of the city. 2-bedroom suite had a full kitchen, felt like a real rental apartment.

Property is nice spaces. Location is excellent got easy access to the mall .

Valet parking takes very long time to get the car when requested. There is no clothing and drying machine in the apartment.

Customer service was excellent!!!!Staff was excellent from start to finish. The first day after checking in myself , my mom and dog went to the pool . My dog started having a seizure for the first time ever in his little life :(. My mom and I was scared to death , didn’t know what to do but the staff made sure they did everything to help us and also the other guests that were there was a big help as well . Luckily it was Vet literally walking distance from the hotel . Our entire stay the staff that was there when the situation happened with my dog made sure he was okay and hydrated everytime they seen us after that :). I don’t have any complaints , definitely worth the money . And also the food was amazing

Sugar was a big plus...the pool was also nice but having two pools so close is a little old fashioned...think of making one big pool...it will automatically be much more glam

The rooms are modern and clean. The view from the room balcony was fabulous. The restaurant Quinto was very impressive. Loved the atmosphere and the food was very good…we had lunch AND dinner there it was so nice!

The rooms have door bells and unfortunately someone decided to ring ours at 7:30 am (waking us) but nobody there? Super annoying! The housekeeper cleaned the room after 5pm, while we were at the pool and when we got back they had taken all the towels but did not replace with clean ones! Also, we were not able to visit the rooftop bar Sugar because my husband didn’t have the proper foot wear, which was disappointing considering we were hotel quests. What exactly is “night club attire” anyway???

It’s quite a busy hotel with guests coming in for just the restaurant etc so the lobby can be get quite busy and feel a little rowdy.

The shower was leaking water into the bathroom

I loved everything about this hotel from the room to the amenities, the view, the night vibes everything was perfect.

The cons of it is you may actually spend more than expected. They only have Valet parking with the hotel. They have a parking garage next to the hotel that’s attached to the mall but is expensive. So be prepared to spend extra on parking in & out throughout the day and overnight. Make sure you get breakfast included with your stay if not it will cost. Also don’t touch the mini bar inside your room. If you plan to do any of these things do not expect a security deposit back.

Location was top tier. Hotel is beautiful and very modern. Room was super spacious. Mini bar a whole new experience. They really do think of everything.

Wasn’t keen on my meal in the Restaurant , when I told staff they were not interested !

I had an issue with our travel documents on our departure and unfortunately the staff were not helpful which put a damper on a lovely stay.

Great views, excellent staff, top location. Also food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Some details that you would expect from 5 star hotel were missing: vanity kit, large towels, bathrobes.

I loved the customer service from the gentleman who assisted us from the time we arrived until we checked out. I loved the views from my room. The master bed and bath were beautiful. I loved the location.

There were a couple staff I did not have a good experience with (a guy at the pool and another guy at night controlling the crowd for the rooftop). I did not like my experience at the restaurant. They did not acknowledge me being a guest at the hotel so I did not get my discount. The wait time for our meal was extremely long especially for the place not to have been crowded. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

Excellent location , fantastic view. Felt right in the middle of the action. Stayed in South Beach on our last visit to Miami, this location was much better.

Being British we are used to tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have had these but not the end of the world.
