Way overpriced. Valet should be free if your staying at the hotel! Already paying so much for the room! I was in a king suite 2 room, everything should have been included. Miami is way Overhyped

Location and the security of the building

We liked the location if, your are looking to stay at the heart of Brickell. Just above Brickell City Centre, walking-distance to restaurants and you can go out for a walk around Brickell. Quinto, the property’s restaurnt served good breakfast with perfect service from the staff, specially Gabriela and Jessie. The staff is great! Luis at frontdesk and all of the guys at the valet parking.

Being at the heart of Brickell, keep in mind you can listen to the cars and motorcycles engine revving all the up to the 35th floor. Also, Sugar is a bar / rooftop at the property and you have a lot of people coming in and out of the lobby to go up to the rooftop. We never felt unsafe, the elevators can only go up to your room or destination. It is just something to keep in mind if you are looking for a resort and spa kind of property: EAST is not it. It is more about hustle and bustle kind of feeling.

Amazing 5 stars hotel with too many facilities such as the restaurants, gym (even CrossFit box), bars, rooftop and direct lift access to brickell city centre, balcony from the rooms was amazing

Didn’t offer body cream in the rooms and power connector were not strategically located in the room. Would like more privacy in the rooms bathroom but it’s not the end of the world

Great location, big room, great gym and the balcony was a bonus! Definitely recommend and would stay again next time I’m in Miami

Fantastic location, the amenities, the restaurants in the building, the view was great.

Staff could be a bit warmer and spend more time with the new guests, it was a very brief and fast intro. Not a big deal though.

Requested extra coffee pods and received only one. 🙃 Had to ask again and wait quite a while for more. If two guests are staying, at least two pods should be provided. Also requested ice multiple times — even mentioned it again when ordering breakfast — but after two hours and three requests, still no ice. The manager was apologetic, but getting something as simple as ice shouldn’t be that difficult.

The rooms are spacious, but there is not enough closet or drawer space. It is a shame because there is plenty of physical space available in the room. For a 5-star hotel that is not cheap, the room service food is delivered in cheap containers,

I love everything about this place the customer service is amazing as always. The scenery is just beautiful. The room was everything and more. Very specious and was clean very well as always. On site restaurant food was amazing.

I liked the staff, cleanliness, comfort of the pillows and beds, and the location.

The extra costs for the beach that I couldn’t visit because it was raining each day, and bicycles I did not use each day. I think if we use the bikes and beach then charge me, but to make the charges mandatory, that’s a little much!

It was wonderful. The residence so spacious, clean, and location amazing close to City Center.

Hotel staff and the whole facility, quality of food and drinks, magnificent views everything was perfect! Residence was great, huge and very convenient for family gatherings.

The only complain would be valet not being able to park our car due to its height 6.10ft, while on the website it did say 6 - 8ft

I didn’t like that the rooms or hotel at all didn’t provide a microwave , that is very inconvenient for a hotel stay and for this hotel to be the price it is. It should have one at least down stairs in the lobby if not in the rooms.
