Great location and a FANTASTIC view. The hotel was easy to find, with lots of car parks nearby. The bustly port had a great ambience and the view even during the night was so good I had to sleep with the curtains open!

We have stayed at this hotel before and loved the view and the location.

The location is fantastic, the interior design and layout of the suite was superb, the staff was ready friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience for us!

Fab location; wonderful views of the Vieux Port and beyond from our balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a relaxed retro vibe which suited us down to the ground. The hotel is family-run, so it’s mercifully free of that uniform, corporate branded style. We splashed out on a suite right at the top and it was a super-stylish space, with cinematic windows and classic mid-century modern furnishings and really comfy bed. And a really good sized bathroom. Too marks for cleanliness. We loved it.

My one criticism is that we felt the breakfast was a bit mediocre and probably a bit over priced.

Prior to arriving, one of our group fractured their pelvis whilst out cycling. The hotel went out of their way to ensure he had everything he needed to make his stay comfortable.

Smart tvs but no WiFi so no Netflix. No interest in connecting it to the available admin WiFi that was available. For the price per room this should be available. Dropping off bags and parking is a bit of a drama.

Great location at the old port. With comfy bed and a view! A bit of a small room for the price we paid but totally understandable as its peek tourist season in Marseille. Lots of ignorant tourists roaming the streets. Nice toiletries, great shower and towels.

Excellent location and views of the port. They kindly held my bigger luggage whilst I was away on a week’s tour. Very helpful!

We asked for a wine bottle opener and the attitude to lend us one was a bit comical. The staff person said if we did not bring it back, they would charge us 15 euros (an inexpensive wine bottle opener that cost maybe 5 euros and which shoudl probably be made available to all guests at a 4 star hotel!)

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. They were helpful with the taxi.

I'd like you to recommend a space in the hotel where you can rest if they can't give you a room if you arrive early.

An unbelievably good view from the balcony. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and enough room to easy move around both sides of the bed. The breakfast was a good spread with continental and american buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed all of our stay.

The exercise room was a little small. As others have noted, some aspects of the rooms are a little dated, but personally I liked the style.

It was occasionally noist but nothing the hotel clan do about that! Just police/ambulence sirens and occasionally noisy motorbikes roaring past.

Great location and fantastic view from balcony. Reasonably 'quiet' location as the busier bars are on the other side of the port later at night. It was clean and comfortable. Mattress had some sort of foam topping which made the bed too hot. Please stick to proper mattresses and natural fabrics. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Aircon worked fine. I didn't hear any noise from guests next door. Good breakfast. I would stay again for an overnight stay.

Excellent location to visit everything in the city. Overlooks the port, very scenic. Staff were welcoming. Room was a good size with balcony, but dated in the bathroom, and a carpeted floor , not great in hotels.

The decor in the corridors is somewhat dated, part of the charm perhaps ? but not a great first impression on arrival. Overall , feel the hotel presentation in dining room is very good, but not so good in other public areas.

The location was wonderful for our short stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, the Hop On, Hop Off bus, the ferry and many attractions were easy to access.

Perfect location- close to Historic Le Panier, the amazing docks, a good selection of bars (cravalle), cafes and shopping. The views from the room overlooking the docks, sitting in the sun…
