The decoration of the rooms was nice. The location was good.
The food from the room service was horrible. I asked for extra Caesar sauce and received tomato sauce. We used the spa... The facility was extremely dirty and the massage was above average. I paid for a room with a view and received one with a view of a crane. We were given another room on a lower floor but at least we had a nice view.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - beautiful rooms, perfect location and excellent staff. The rooftop restaurant is a fantastic spot for lunch in the Californian sunshine!
