The neighbourhood around the hotel feels very rough and unsafe.

Location was good. Loved the restaurant on 41st floor but the one on the ground floor and room service was pretty awful, sorry!

The room was amazing- super comfortable. I booked a staycation to do nothing and I did exactly that!

I think the access to the staff cold be improved? When I needed to check my breakfast arrangements upon already arriving at the restaurant for breakfast, I had to go all the way back up to the lobby. Additionally, upon tapping out at the car park, I realised I was charged the non-validated price for parking. This happened even though the staff at the lobby had clarified that my T&G card was validated. So, I had to re-park and go all the way back to the lobby to check my parking validation. It was quite a hassle going through the multiple lifts just to speak to a staff.

One of the staff at the Entier lounge was very rude to us. We sat in the lounge till about 10.45, which was past their closing time, we were just chatting and got a little carried away without realising. The main bartender who served us did not say anything. Then suddenly he got a chinese guy that came in out of the blue (presumably from Entier) to tell us very curtly that they have closed and he continued to wait in front of us till we stood up. How very rude, but we decided to just get up and leave anyway without making a fuss.

I loved the pool, the rooms, and the two restaurants. This place is so beautiful.

My only complaint is that when at the pool you will hear a lot of city noise.

Helpful, friendly staff from when I steeped out of my taxi. Early check-in wasn't an isdue. Pool on the 50th floor was spa like with comfortable beds and a great array of fauna. Clean pool. Very comfortable seating in foyer and very attentive reception staff. Good level of English. The room was spacious with stunning views. Clean room, and a luxurious bed. Incredible views of KL. I loved having access to a complimentary coffee machine on our floor with a quiet seating area. Lovely eco-friendly toothbrush, bodywash, etc. Highlight was the alila *giving* bag. Guests put any un wanted clothing items, etc, in this, and it is donated to a local charity. Simply #1 Hotel. Welll done. Oh, did I mention breakfast? The bar at Entier closes too early. There's nothing much to do post 10pm at the hotel.

Honestly one of the best hotel I've stayed at ! Staff is so nice, rooms are so spacious and comfortable, we had everything needed and even more. I love the hotel aesthetic, it's modern and classy, of course super clean. The hotel is not in the very center of the city but I would 100% stay there again if I travel to KL. This is the real 5* experience.

Tje room was clean and cozy. I really like the design especially the bed and the bathroom. Will definitely visit again. The only thing is there was one mosquito keep biting me...

It was really clean and the bed was so comfy. Generally the staff were lovely. The restaurant on the ground floor was convenient and food was quite good.

The location was a bit far out and in a random location. Nothing was nearby or walking distance. The facilities were ok. It was annoying to have to first take a lift to the 41st which is the lobby. Then walk across the lobby to take another lift down to your room. Sometimes it would take us 5-10 just to get out or in. It cost too much for what you get.

Accessibility. Connect to other place much easier with the train station right infront of the hotel.

Our stay was exceptional! The room is huge and it's super clean and well made. The looby and rooms are on the higher floors so you get an amazing views around the hotel. All the staffs were amazing and welcoming too. The bed and pillows were neither too hard or soft, it's just nice and it's how I like it! Location is good too as it's close to Midvalley megamall and Bangsar village.

We Family stayed at Alila Bangsar for 3Days2Nites. We Enjoyed the Comfortable & Beautiful room. Our experience dining during Breakfast & Lunch at the Botanica+Co restaurants was Splendid & Delicious. The staffs greeted us warmly & cared for us we'll.

Everything was good

For a couple of female friends we enjoyed our stay at Allia Bangsar. The staff was very helpful and expressed clear communication throughout our stay, before and after. The car service was also a smooth experience, various choice of cars depending on your budget. The rooms and facilities were exactly like the pictures. The pool and the gym were great and both had a full view on the city centre that was nearby (by car). Botanica+Co on the ground floor was very good! The breakfast as well as the menu served during the day was great! We were given what was advertised and would definitely stay at another Alila property.

Unfortunately, we didn’t expect the location of the property to be as far from KLCC. We had to reach the centre or any place desired by car. Even if their equivalent of Uber (Grab) was very affordable, being unable to reach a desired destination by foot took away from the experience. Most places we visited were at a 10-30 mins ride, a miscalculation on our part. Info : the hotel was also still renovating certain areas. There would be times where the noise was quite loud or that we had to close our blinds during the day.

This place is immaculate. Happily stayed there during 2 visits to KL and will be my 1st choice for other visits

Beautiful interior, very comfortable bed, wide room and wide glass window. Lobby has pleasant smell. Facility is also a plus point - lots of nice and serene seating areas, coffee machine and snacks at every floor, gym and swimming pool. Also you can get very nice view from the swimming pool area. Love this place.

During check in it seems that the receptionist is out of hand because she's the only one on duty. Minor inconvenience - lift from lobby to ground floor took some time. Parking is a bit confusing and I couldn't find information from website. Just call receptionist to find your way.

From the views, facilities, staff to the breakfast everything was great.

If you use the parking, you have to through 3 different elevators to get to your car every time. Although the wait is not very long still feels like a hassle.

Location is a little off the beaten track

The coffee/tea dispenser outside the rooms are excellent with some tidbits. The b'fast buffet are excellent n the welcoming drink n Vincent, the waiter so wonderful n friendly, we all love him

The reception 😔

The room's design is very comfortable, with good privacy and a nice city view. I love the swimming pool and 24-hour Gym room open for guests. The environment feels cozy and relaxing, with friendly staff, definitely will book another stay in the future. Highly recommend for tourist to book this place.

The wooden floor in my room - 3612 seems warped, every time I step on it makes a squeaking sound, would be great if it could be fixed.

Our second stay at Alila Bangsar, we love the location of this hotel in KL,convenient for Brickfield,Bangsar,Midvalley but also the transport to KLIA at Sentral station. We love the spacious room and comfortable bed. The staff is lovely and always helpful. The restaurant downstairs Botanica is also very good.

Rooms are spacious and have amazing bathrooms and views. Good ambiance with the lighting in the room with many options . Great choice for breakfast and friendly staff.

Taking two elevators to get to the room can take a while, even if generally they are always available straight away.

- the staff were very helpful and friendly - we arrived early and were actually able to check in around 2.5 hours early which was lovely - the room was very clean on arrival - beds are very comfortable and absolutely huge! - the shower is very nice, high pressure - breakfast was lovely

- the lifts get rather tedious after a while, you have to take a lift to 41st floor, then a different one down to the accommodation - on the last day we opened all the curtains fully in our room and noticed mushrooms growing by the door!! This must be due to humidity but was very well hidden by our curtains. - I am not a fussy eater so I liked the breakfast a lot, however if you are fussy you will struggle. This is a very traditional breakfast for Malaysia, lots of curry, pho etc. egg station was lovely though - the location is strange. It is pretty much not near anything other than little Indian, however the train line is close

Absolutely incredible stay . I’ve travelled around the world and I have to say this hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. From care of staff to facilities to breakfast to every single aspect of my stay was incredible. Will miss this place

This place is impressive upon arrival. Great entry hall and concierge areas, beguiling and spacious room layouts which are generously appointed, plenty of facilities and wonderful high-rise views.

Only disappointment was that the pool shower drains were blocked - maintenance had been overlooked.

Very comfortable, loved the shower and the snacks and coffee machine on the foyer. Buffet breakfast spread was so good!

1)Wished there was a portable makeup mirror. The yellow lighting on the bathroom mirror creates shadows that are not conducive for wearing makeup. If the room had a portable makeup mirror that I can take to the full length mirror that would’ve been perfect 2) stiffer pillows - but the pillows were so comfortable, just wished they were a tiny bit stiffer

Alila Bangsar has always been my comfort healing go-to place bcs it is always never crowded during my visits. I get to enjoy the saltwater pool almost entirely at certain times, lounge at the sun loungers, just write and reflect there. The gym is also one of my favorite features of this hotel. It’s like being transported to a world of pure relaxation, fresh breeze and greenery but up in the sky. Warm hospitality, super comfortable bed and top-notch hygiene are few of the reasons I choose Alila Bangsar.

None that I don’t like, but I would love to recommend providing infused water/cold drinks options at the Living Room, by the coffee machine.

The rooms are spacious - made more so with a separate desk and study area, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I've stayed here many times - the breakfast is excellent and varied, as is the service, the concierge is very helpful, the reception staff are prompt, the pool has a great view over the city and towards the Petronas towers and kl tower.

The taps at the sink take a little bit to work out and the tv control is not super intuitive. There is probably a guide to help with this so it may be user error!
