Soho house is in a great location near shops and a cool bookstore. SoHo house is near everything but feels removed from the noise because of the amazing landscaping. The architecture and interior decor are absolutely beautiful. This has been one of my favorite hotels around the world!
On top of that, the outdoor seating at the restaurant among the olive trees is perfect. I absolutely recommend Soho house Istanbul. All of the staff were extremely attentive and Ertan in particular was fantastic. Lastly, the fitness center facilities were top notch.

The distinction between hotel guests and Soho House members can cause some awkward moments as it was not clear what was available to us as guests who weren’t members until we tried to access certain things that weren’t available to us. That kind of bifurcation at a 5-star hotel felt odd.

Also, noise. Two of the three nights it was impossible to escape loud club music late into the night. Not really the hotel’s fault, but very difficult to get to sleep in peace and quiet before 1:00 am.

Spacious, hip and luxurious room. The rest of the hotel was the same - beautiful and eclectic. Staff were super. We loved it.

The design and aesthetic of the rooms and common spaces are beautiful. They have housekeeping twice daily and prepare your bed for you. The little details in the room takes the experience to the next level. The amenities are excellent.

The lightening in the room was a bit dim, especially in the bathroom. I found it too dark when applying make up and getting ready.

Our recent stay at Soho House Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional, and the incredible team truly elevated our experience. We would like to specifically commend Ozan at the front desk for his professionalism, warmth, and impeccable hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Ozan went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His expert recommendations for authentic Turkish restaurants near the property were spot on, allowing us to explore the local cuisine in a genuine and memorable way. He handled all our support requests with efficiency and a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

Equally deserving of praise is Noortan from the housekeeping team. Her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out. Noortan is a superstar in housekeeping, ensuring our room was immaculate and exuding warmth with her friendly demeanor. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and thoughtful service, and her efforts did not go unnoticed.

Soho House Istanbul has clearly curated a team that embodies the highest standards of hospitality, and Ozan and Noortan are shining examples of this. The general bar and breakfast area was underwhelming and it was ridiculously dark in the lifts and corridors

We LOVED it all - the design, the location, amenities, everything was beyond exceptional. We can’t emphasize enough how amazing the hotel staff is, alongside the service they are providing - that definitely made our stay absolutely best one yet and totally worth it.

Nothing about the hotel itself, but the restaurants Cecconi’s and Allis’s staff and service were not up to the level that hotel staff is providing to the clients. I don’t want to write in details about the situations that disappointed us because we still think that hotel is absolutely THE BEST in Istanbul and would recommend it nonetheless.

Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, hotel stylish but functional, room very comfortable with every amenity you could imagine on hand.

My recent experience with the guided tour organized by Soho House Istanbul left much to be desired. The tour felt more like a tourist trap (350 euros) than an immersive cultural experience, which was surprising given the brand’s reputation. The tour guide took us to his friends at the local market, where he was obviously getting a commission for the over-charged items. They tried to charge us 200 euros for herbal tea - I traveled to 80 countries therefore, I am quite aware of scam practices even though I always want to support local businesses as much as I can.

Soho consistently delivers the most amazing hotel experiences, in special locations, with the highest quality facilities and services.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room had a great view. The staff was very nice as well. The location was good, we were able to walk around the neighborhood for shopping and bars and restaurants. If you go, ask them for access to the rooftop bar, that view was amazing!!

The bathrooms were way too dark. Really need more light in there.

The hotel is lovely and lively, and even though there was a lot going on and loud music playing in the evening, the room was very quiet. Loved the abundance of choice for skin care amenities! Remzi arranged dinner reservations, tours and a hammam visit for us, and we felt very taken care of!

We didn't love the tour guide the hotel arranged...(it was an agency, and I don't think they chose the guide directly.)
There was a lot of pressure to buy things we didn't want from her friends at the market. Other than that everything went very smoothly.

The location, the home away from home atmosphere, the friendly staff, the little goodies in the bathroom: cremes, deodorant, toothbrush, razor, lip balm and even condoms 😃🙃!

The lights are too dimmed in the corridors which makes it difficult to read rhe room numbers! Bathroom needs a bot of renovating but the whole stay was great.
