The mini bar in the room was fully empty...Also there was a wedding during our stay and it was a bit noisy

- great and convenient location close to Kadikoy station - spacious room - clean - good breakfast - everything was smooth

- too loud AC, I didn't figure it out how to turn it off

Bed was a bit hard, and wifi was slow.

Restaurant and bar extremely expensive. Rooftop pool small. Everything a bit worn and sloppily maintained. One evening my wife left a small plastic bag with several small purchases at the bar. We reported this the next morning but we never recovered it. They delayed the investigation until we had to check out. Two days. We were very disappointed with the way they handled the situation. We were not allowed to see the surveillance footage.

Location is perfect, rooms are spotless.

Charged almost £10 for a tiny ice cream. Crazy high price. Rooftop pool has a loud DJ on 3 hours at weekends, really not needed.

Hotel located in the Asian part of Istanbul, a popular and authentic neighborhood, lively with many restaurants, bars, and shops. Ferries are a few minutes' walk away to reach the different parts of Istanbul. The hotel is pleasant, the room comfortable, and the breakfast excellent.

First of all the hotel is great. Clean and cozy. Good location. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Pool was nice but a bit cold water. Our room was cleaned every day.

I didn't like that upon arrival they unexpectedly asked us for a deposit of 100 euros, which had to be released immediately, 2 days later the money has not been returned yet. The bathroom lacked necessary supplies. They have a great rooftop bar with a great view, but the windows were so dirty that it ruined the pleasure.

Great location. The port and metro station are very close, making it easy to access the European part of Istanbul. Room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was amazing (kudos to the cleaning lady) - they took care of us and our needs to the full extent. Hotel has two restaurants. One has a magnificent view, but for the food I would recommend the other one, called "Gazette". As a typical Hilton hotel, the room are very functional, and one can find drawers everywhere to stash personal belongings and bought souvenirs. Surroundings are much more peaceful and without any scammers compared to the European side. One can still buy all the necessary Turkish delights, spices, and souvenirs also in this area, but for much lower prices.

The upper restaurant served os "Asian style duck", but it was raw inside. I haven't heard af Asians eating raw duck, but I would at least hope that the waiter would ask me whether I want my duck raw, medium, or cooked in that case. The AC system seemed a bit weak, especially at night. Would have wished to be able to fully open my window. Keep in mind that if one wants to book different excursions with a hotel pickup, it is not possible from the hotels in the Asia side (though this is not a fault of the hotel itself, of course, just a friendly reminder for fellow travelers).

The hotel could have one of the best locations on the Anatolian Side. During my three days stay in Istanbul, I took the ferry from Moda to cross the sea several times. The dock is only five minutes away from the hotel, so I never had to worry about getting stuck in the city’s traffic. The front desk staff were polite and professional. They treated each other in a friendly manner in front of the guests. The housekeeping staff also did a great job every time.

The “Lagazetta” Restaurant, which also offers room service, was a bit hard to reach by phone. Each time I called, my first attempt went unanswered, and they picked up on my second or third try. On my first day, I assumed that it might just be a rush hours for them. But the same thing happened on the following days at different hours. So if you think you might get hungry, it’s a good idea to plan ahead and allow at least half an hour just to place your order. I also felt a little uncomfortable seeing such a strong security presence at the entrance, and the staff didn’t always come across as warm or welcoming. While I appreciate the importance of safety, the approach at times felt more like entering a military base or that kind of restricted area than arriving at a hotel. With the help of modern technology and a few guest friendly adjustments, I’m sure the hotel could maintain its high security standards while creating a more relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

I like almost everything, staff are super nice. Room are big enough. Good value for money.

The picture of deluxe twin room which I booked on the website mislead me, it make think the room has two double beds. Actually, they are two single beds.

The staff was very kind and attentive, both at the reception and throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended.

The location was beautiful, with Bosforus view and close to Moda where there are many restaurants and cafes. The staff were very helpful.

Facility and rooms are already old

The location is superb. Short walk to the ferries. Great views across the Bosphorus to the Golden Horn and the neighbourhood has excellent restaurants and not as overrun with tourists as the European side. The pool is excellent. Great comfortable room with crisp bedding.

We’ve stayed here before but this time the staff staff at check in were indifferent and let people jump the queue based on who shouted loudest which I thought lacked class. Not the hotel’s fault but Istanbul is so expensive now- worth factoring in if you are reading this and researching your trip. Also, they’ve removed the fridge didn’t work for cooling water etc.

The best location and view. I was really surprised to find reformer in gym. It was great. Thanks a lot!

Noisy air conditioning system. Staff on reception, to get something like boothook I had to come twice, and one of administrators said that I have to call somewhere ( number 59) to get something. Strange position. It is only one problem. Except this everything was absolutely perfect!

Turkish hammam: too short, scrubbing and foaming was very simple and not as good as other hotel spas. Even though I took the basic package the foaming and its massage should be good and relaxing. The Turkish hammam technique didn't have a massage with foam., just foam application and bath.

Clean room and lovely housekeeper

We were a couple and an over-10-year-old child. They gave us a room with one king-size bed. It took them 1hour to move us and bring a single bed for our child. Also we have to change the layout of the room because of the third bed.

location is absolutely fantastic right next to ferry port to downtown and 200mtrs for bars restaurants and shopping could not be better . with a view of the sea , the pool on the roof is magic and the gym sauna etc have everything you need and more . lovey walks near the sea and in old kadikoy town at your front door

The AC is working weird have to reset in aprox 45 min. The fridge is not working (room 425). It is more like a 4 star hotel in my opinion !

At this price all can be improved just to target the excelence but at the same time honestly nothign to complain.

Why putting so many furniture? Two coffee tables and armchair an office chair and there was no space to move! Quantity over quality. Not very clean the room, and way smaller then in the pictures.

Nice location near shopping area walking distance. Ferry and metro is near by the hotel you can reach anywhere in Istanbul. Very nice staff especially Mr. Murat front desk and Mr. Mathew very helpful gentlemen. For sure we will come again

Excellent location in a very good part of town. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. Friendly, helpful staff.

The wifi in my room (423) alternated between very good and no connection at all for hours. They tried to fix it but the issue continued for the whole stay. It worked in the corridor and all common areas, but that room seems to be struggling for a connection.

The location is fantastic. A few minutes walk to the ferry station to go to the other side of Istanbul. There are many shops, restaurants, pubs in the vicinity of the hotel.

The breakfast was overpriced.

Small Loppy

Worth every penny you spend. The hotel is very close to the public transportation which is critical to commute in Istanbul. Staff is very helpful and friendly.. breakfast was perfect. We loved their very comfortable beds. Exceptional sea view if you choose the room accordingly.

The sauna and swimming pool is a joke and needs a lot of improvement, the chairs to lie down are only 3 kept so can’t even have a bed to lie down .

super location ! We arrived by metro straight from the airport and very short walk to the hotel. Also from the metro easy to go to Akasya shopping mal. Equally short distance to ferry for crossing Bosphorous. At the entrance of Kadiköy popular area. the hotel room was spacious, excellent bed, nice desk to do some work on laptop, enough space for clothes ...

The airconditioning. No way to turn off the airco. 2nd night we found that opening the window closes down the airco but now you have a lot of noise from the street (trucks, party people, opening/closing of parking entrance, ... usual city noise). So either the airco makes noise or the street ... The bathroom may need an upgrade. It was very clean but the bath tub itself is maybe up for renovation. Shower worked fine.
