Overall everything was okay.

I came back to the hotel at 17:30 and the staff was still in my room, cleaning, so I had to wait to get into my room for a while. I hoped they finish cleaning the room faster in the future.

Breakfast is fabulous, staff were helpful, location is very good, food court is very good.

The room we stayed in was a little jaded. It kept up with the kind of vintage aesthetic but could use some modernisation.

The location is very good as it is accessible to all public transport. The hotel food court is very good as it offers a good selection of dishes. The Astor bar is good if you you just want to have a relaxing drink. Added bonus is the pool & a small gym.

Could do with a bit more room.space. We stayed in a room with 2 single bed. The other mirror located on the other side of the bed you can't actually use it because it is obstructed by the hanging light.

We had a salon room and it was large and the bed very comfortable. Loved the terrace bar on the fourth floor, excellent food and great service. We used the pool on the rooftop and enjoyed that. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were very clean. The food hall in the basement was helpful the first night after a long flight. Highly recommend the Yat Tung Heen restaurant in the basement of the hotel. Close to bus stops and the Jordan subway station and a Starbucks round the corner for morning coffee.

Breakfast was amazing, full buffet and so many options. Freshly pressed juices, coffee bar, freshly cooked stuff constantly. Location was good, about 5 minute walk to Jordan MTR station and on a main thoroughfare. easy walk down to the harbour. The cocktail bar was nice, good food and drinks options. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and comfy. Bottle of water refilled every day, kettle etc.

Think it was the ventilation, but there was a constant noise in my room, like a furnace heating up, all day and all night. I didn't have the aircon on either. Did make sleeping a little difficult.

Very good location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Small room but does the job.

My hotel room with twin beds was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The safe inside the room was not working. The room was a bit small without adequate space to open my big luggage fully.

This place has a charming, quirky, vibe. It's quite lively with a lot going on in the public areas of the building, while the upstairs accommodation is perfectly insulated from the noise outside. The bar is much more than a simple hotel bar with more going on of a night than just the hotels own guests. The attached restaurants and bar in the downstairs food court leave you with no shortage of dinner options and the buffet breakfast is next level. All of these things, combined with the myriad of little stylish details and general nice vibe of the place, makes the Eaton truly a special place and are why I keep coming back.

The food court and bar are hidden gems! The staff were friendly and the location is great for visiting Temple Street.

It's looking a bit tired and worn. The bed was a bit firm for me and my husband, but that's personal opinion. The gym felt "bitsy" but I get that only si much can be done with limited space.

We stayed in a Family Room, it wasn't as spacious as in the photos. The lights are dim in the bunk bed area. All furnitures are run down (hinges can be tightened you know). No power outlets near the beds, only at the desk which also serves as your dining table and a small round table that could fit 4 coffee cups on coasters. There is a distinct smell in the room (we thought of the carpet or maybe had a group who smoked), we had to spray perfume once in a while. The T&B is small for 4 people, like really small.

Strategic location , easy to reach by airport bus and lots of food options nearby. It's nice that while waiting to check in , the hotel staff offered us a packet drink (lemon tea).

Location is very good. The room is reasonably sized. Did not eat the breakfast as there are many choice around. Overall, this is a good property but do note that there are other competitions in the same area. Be a smart traveler. You know what I mean :-P

The property was in a fantastic location with great facilities in house. The staff were lovely and made the stay super easy and convenient

The bathroom had an opaque sliding door which lacked privacy, especially in a twin room, were a friend and I were staying. And also because of this it let in a lot of light off the street at night time, a solid door would make this a perfect stay.

Room did smell slightly funky when you first walk in but it's not noticable once you're been in there for a couple of minutes.

The room is nicely design but very worn inside. Had cockroach in my room one night, the sink got some weird damp smell and mould stains on the walls. The rooms desperately need refreshing. Was a tight room that doesn’t have much room to even open the luggage fully.

Breakfast: Having fresh juices at breakfast was a delight. Room and Hotel Hallways: Although the place was clean, the musty odor of the carpet was apparent. It would be great if there was also an air freshener in the hallway that would invite the senses. Room: The provided slippers were of good quality and love that bamboo toothbrushes were available (sustainability).

The family room provided a nice space when traveling with a toddler. The lobby and pool were chic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location close to public transit was easy and convenient. The room was simple but okay, but having a bathtub in a family-style room would have been ideal.

The bathroom, specifically the shower, was not clean upon arrival - lots of hair on the walls. Laundry service was not only expensive but it took multiple calls to have our clothes delivered over an hour after the stated laundry delivery time.

Only stayed for 1 night but it was in a good location near the night markets and easy to get around. Lots of food options nearby.

The room was clean and they made my baby's stay very comfortable. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and very responsive.

Some of the kitchen staff were a bit rude.

Brilliant design for art and architecture buffs. Outstanding staff. Great bar, great food hall, great service. Eaton HK is a winner.

It really was very expensive for me.
