Construction ongoing in the building with drilling into concrete noise from early in the morning. Sometimes a bit of a wait for breakfast as space limited in dining area. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Location is convenient.

extremely noisy from five till midnight as there is a very very noisy nightclub directly opposite so much so they give you earplugs in the room ! Because it’s so loud, it actually vibrates through as well !

Elegant and comfortable hotel in the center of Saigon. Due to its size, does not feel overrun by tour groups like some other similar hotels. Staff is friendly, if a little formal.

Breakfast could have more vegetarian options. Beer hall across the street is quite loud in the evening; the hotel provides earplugs and one gets used to it after a few nights.

The location is close to everything and so many good restaurants close by. Hotel was extremely clean and so pretty.

Great room layout with lots of space. Excellent breakfast each morning. Enjoyed the rooftop pool in the afternoon shade. Walkable to all the key sights and restaurants we wanted to experience.

The staff are really helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. The room was good. It was easy to get around and the staff arranged taxis for us. It’s a beautiful and serene space with attractive decor and real plants.

The room was an odd shape and small.

I had a pleasant stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was on point! The suite as well the hotel design is very nice and artsy, giving a great vibe. 10 out of 10!! 100% coming back. Thank Bach Suites for such a great experience.

Spacious room in this beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Staff were so helpful, especially the doormen - making sure we got in the right Grab cab etc. Great breakfast too and the most comfortable bed of our trip.

It’s opposite a noisy bar and there’s a rooftop bar nearby that I guess gets busy at weekends. The hotel provided earplugs, but we went out in the evenings and by the time we got home at about midnight, there was no noise disturbance at all.

Breakfast was good. Just enough for me. Is quality more than quantity

I did not like the bed. Too small, though i am an ancient woman. Bed not comfortable. Aircon in the room temperature, even after adjustment is still very cold

The pillows at bach suites were very average. honestly besides that i have no bad thing to say about bach suites. Please get better quality pillows please.

The property was very clean and tidy . it was aesthetically also very nice , extremely comfortable ! The best thing about the property was the courteous staff , super nice and helpful. I stayed there with my son .. we had an early morning flight and th staff made sure that we take breakfast along with us to the airport and made nice box , take away coffee .. till the security staff held the Grab for us. I recommend the property 100%. Sometimes the little kindness goes the long way! best of luck :-)

Personally like the design so much. Complimentary upgrade for reservation via booking.com. A little suprise that they have mini kitchen that allow ppl to cook.

The gym and swimming pool area is rather quiet and I don't really feel secure being there alone.

Lovely boutique hotel, excellent and extremly helpful staff. Lush looking interior, clean and looked after. The Continental breakfast bar had a nice range and the chef was able to advise around my dietary requirements (gluten and peanuts free). Great location if you plan walking around the town as walking distance to most touristy places. Hotel can also assist with booking any trips such as Mekong delta day trip or visiting the Co Chi Tunnels

The roof top night club opposite our room. It was fairly noisy for few nights but the hotel supply you with the ear plugs. The pool was great but the water was little cold and the showers were not in use (shame).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was amazing!! Most comfortable hotel bed ever slept in. Breakfast was good, high quality, if a slightly small choice. Although not in the district with all the main bars/restaurants they were easy and cheap to get to using Grab taxi app.

No bar! Found it strange there was no bar in the hotel. The pool is quite small, basically a glorified plunge pool.

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and very convenient to find food. There are a lot of restaurants nearby from all directions. The hotel room is very clean and cosy. All the staff are extremely helpful including the security guard outside the hotel and they are very sweet to prepare us a balloon room for me to celebrate my anniversary with a baby bump. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and we like it so much. Not much selection but it's enough for us. We enjoyed every morning. All the staff are extremely helpful especially the receptionist who helped to provide us a list of restaurants to try out, helped to check for my grab order and helped to check Cinema schedule. I really appreciate everyone's help throughout the entire stay. Oh and we did enjoy the jacuzzi in the rooftop. The pool is not big but again small and cosy which is sufficient for me and my husband.

Everything is exceptional except for the mattress. However. The lovely receiptionist helped us by suggesting to put a topper for us. Well it did help a little bit not too much. I am fine with it not because of the topper but with the help of the lovely staff. With such a rate the hotel charges for one night I really do hope that the hotel management can consider to upgrade to a better mattress. Then the hotel would be unbeatable and be very competitive within the market.

Beautiful decor - luxurious and stylish. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The desk area was a nice touch, providing a comfortable place to get work done while travelling.

I liked everything of this hotel, from the moment i stepped in i was greeted by a nice and professional receptionist. The hotel is amazing, tastefully decorated with big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. I would definitely go back.

Loved the deco. Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of choice at breakfast as well as some of the best coffee I had on my trip to Vietnam. Room was great too. Few reviews mentioned noise in the area. I could see a rooftop bar from the room but you couldn’t hear it due to the thickness of the windows. Had a great night sleep.

Amazing hotel right in the center of HCM city, perfect for a stay to visit and explore the city. Compact, yet the building is a beautifully designed oasis in the middle of the chaos of the city. The rooms and common areas are beautiful, the lobby lounge is a lovely cozy area to chill with a cup of coffee or tea. I saw some comments about the breakfast being limited - it is a small selection but is delicious and had some wonderful local classics and coffee, so did not mind it at all. There is also a lovely pool at the roof and small gym, did not use but looks great. Highly recommended and will definitely go back. Wonderful to go back to the calm, cool oasis after a crazy day out in the city1

Nothing! If anything, it was a noisy area, mostly from music from bars and some events in the area, but that isn't really the hotel's fault. They were kind enough to give earplugs.

reasonably equipped gym, great location and excellent breakfast, the croissants were the best! The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The roof pool’s umbrellas were not working, so no shade to hide after swimming. Also, our suite came with a small kitchen but now dishwashing detergent to clean the dishes, it’d be practical if the kitchenette is better equipped with spatula and simple salt & pepper.

The staff is very helpful. The room is very clean.
