Very friendly personnel. Lovely room. Clean and cosy. Feeling at home abroad.

Can’t find a thing.

The property was lovely and the service was excellent a special thank you to Darya on front of house (apologies if spelt wrong) and Roman in the restaurant.

Missing coffee machine and lack of conditioner in the bathroom otherwise it would have been a 10 score.

Lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere. Very traditional menu which lacked variety and the food was merely okay.

I think the in room fridge needs more variety of snacks and drinks

The hotel staff is amazing and the hotel is charming with the decor and history. Location is excellent, easy to walk anywhere is the old town area. Close to restaurants, shopping and the lake. Really recommend the hotel restaurant, great food and very historic

It was just a beautiful room with wonderful architectural features and details. The bed was super comfortable and very large. The location was just incredible. Within walking distance to so many great Swiss restaurants and shopping. A truly magical experience.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderfully set up but we thought that 39 Swiss Francs for a person for breakfast food was a bit too steep. Though it is nice to have a toilet in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom, the inconvenience of having to go back and forth to wash you hands was a wee bit annoying.

Boutique hotel in Geneva best location. Close to all museums, shops and restaurants. Staff is extremely professional and friendly.

Great hotel. Lovely rooms, nice and cosy and great staff. The breakfast was ok, I am tricky as I am gluten free so there wasnt a lot of choice for continental breakfast but the food was good and I really enjoyed everything about the hotel.

The location is perfect and the restaurant was amazing. Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and cozy. Perfect location to spend a few days in Geneva.

High end boutique hotel in the old town of Geneva. Classy, without being snobbish and an absolute superb hotel-restaurant just around the corner. Great service so definitely coming back.

Amazing location in the heart of old town and easy access to the city center and lake area. Very friendly staff. Access to beautiful gym with sauna, steam room. Very comfortable room, area extremely quiet.

Difficult to get in and out of shower/bath due to large step down.

This small hotel is a gem!! Everything is perfect but the front desk staff was incredible. I got sick and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. I strongly recommend Les Armures

I like everything

· The room is very clean and tidy, making people feel very warm. The various toiletries and towels provided in the shower room are very satisfactory. · The staff at the front desk had a very good service attitude when I checked in. She was also enthusiastic and used a detailed map to introduce me to surrounding attractions and recommended restaurants. · The hotel is located in the old town, so when you walk to Lake Geneva, you can see many interesting buildings and feel the retro atmosphere, which is very suitable for city walking.

For first-time visitors, this place is not very easy to find. The hotel's facade is not particularly obvious. Please don't trust the instructions of Google Maps. It will fool you around... When you see the hotel's restaurant with the same name, turn left and go straight.

The best set up that one could wish for.

The location is good but challenging for other due to the Hill.
