Everything was exceptional amazing

Very sweet and nice staff! Allways there to help and give you some advice. Its a beautiful hotel and has 2 floors of woow rooms, every one has different name and style, 15min walk to the city center.

It is located in the city centre, walkable distance from everything. Our hosts were very helpful, we got a map and recommendations for restaurants, sights and everything. The rooms were very nice, clean, smelled great, each had its own theme, and were uniquely decorated.

Everything was just amazing about this place. So comfortable. Plenty of staff and super friendly and helpful.

The hairdryer. I prefer a hair dryer that stays on without having to hold it down the entire time.

Amazing decoration, great staff, very comfy. The free sparkling + still water and the great restaurants tips were especially welcomed. We would love to stay there again.

Excellent location for being close to the centre but in a quiet area. The Humboldt suite was large and very comfortable with a separate lounge area and sofa to relax on. The staff were very helpful, especially Guilio, who gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. High quality furnishings and facilities and unique styling.

Our suite was on the second floor, which meant breakfast in the room was not available. However to compensate for this we received a free mini bar.

Nothing. There is a 15 minute walk into town, but you are grateful to not be in the hustle and bustle of the centre.

The decor of the public spaces and our room was fabulous - unique and stylish. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and we made full use of the aircon as the temps were high. We liked the quiet area and that we could walk everywhere or take the bus if we chose.

Beautiful, unique, and clean rooms in an flat converted into a hotel. Gave "Soho House"-y vibes. Cool to see a city flat while getting the perks of a hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and kind and gave us a bunch of great recs for restaurants, bars, sightseeing, etc. that turned out to be highlights of our time in Florence (really enjoyed Casa Ciabattini and wish we would have had one more night to try Olio Restaurant). Also loved the touch of a complimentary mini bar stocked with local drinks

The location is a little far from the main tourist sites - usually was a 20-30 minute walk each morning to reach the start of our tours, which adds up when you're on your feet most of the day. What worked well for us was booking dinner reservations near the hotel, so we could come back before dinner and relax a bit. The plus side of going to dinner a little outside the main touristy area is that the food was great without the crowds and prices.

Beautifully decorated room and communal spaces. We especially loved the giant bathroom and little balcony outside the room. Very friendly and welcoming team who provided us with a map, lots of recommendations for dinners and sights, gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a special occasion, and let us leave our luggage there on both arrival and departure days whilst we explored. The property is walkable into the city centre, and there is a tram stop outside that takes you directly into Florence station.

Just a little bit further out of town than we’d have liked, but other than that, can’t fault it!

The accomodation is a little bit out of the way (about a 25 min walk to the Duomo which isn't far, but after a long day wandering the city it can feel a bit of a trek if you have sore feet!) However it's right next to a tram and bus stop, so this isn't really a problem since it's very well connected if you use public transport. 😊

I chose this location for my birthday and I stayed 2 nights. 🥳 What can I say?? I fell in love with this amazing suite. Everything is wonderful ✨, from the design of the room and reception and lobby to the usage of it... ( clean and in order to satisfy every need - water, coffee and tea ) At first, when you entry the building you don't even think about the inside of it... And then.. you discover a new Universe of luxury but you know, a really good one, not so flashy, just PERFECT with touches of jungle ( of course ) and gold 😍 ( really good taste of design - that's how I would do my house one day ) I was really impressed about this property.. I think is the most beautiful and clean and cozy from my life ! I am soooo glad that I chose to stay here for my birthday ! Everythins was F A B U L O U S !!! 💓 P.S. I didn't take the breakfast from there, yet I am sure that is pretty good ! They will also give you recommendations of places 🫶🏼 10 mins walk to the heart of the center Really quiet area

Very attentive and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, healthy and beautifully presented breakfast served to the room. Very comfy bed. Free drinks from the minibar. Highly recommended.

Truly a home away from home run by family. Very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with a personal feel. The host was very helpful with parking the car in the nearby garage. The walk to the center is an extra 10 minutes from here but on the upside the area is not full of tourists. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the host

The hairdryer definitely needs upgrading. It's the type that one needs to hold the button the entire time while drying your hair with only one heat-setting, just like you would find in a 2-star hotel. Not up to the standard of this luxury suite.

We were welcomed with an offer of a beverage and a kindly welcome and orientation to the city of Florence. Our room was incredibly quiet and dark at night for sleeping .... wonderful! The minibar contained prosecco, juices, peanuts, and sodas that were replenished along with the bottled water every day for free. At checkout we were offered a cappucino or latte and it was just so nice to feel so welcomed and well cared for.

I am not a fan of the scent of the bathroom soap products.

We had an outstanding experience here. The location was great! A mere 10-minute walk to the train station, and within 10-45 minutes stroll along the river to all the major Florence treasures one could wish to explore, it made navigating the city a breeze. I cant say enough good things about this stay. Booking process all went smoothly. The room was outstanding. The location was the right amount of being close but not in the craziness of the city center. The food recommendations were outstanding. A no stress stay.
