Rocco Forte Hotel Savoy, Florence

Upon check out I was surprised that I am being charged 500 euros extra for breakfast of the previous guest and 100 euros for two cups of coffee and a daily tip of 65 euros of my stay. This is super weird and shady of a hotel in this price range. Be carcere upon checking out and check what are you being charged for

Your prices are way too high , I have spent Euro 1500 for One night . Versus 2 years ago your highly rate went uo 300% !!!!!!!

- the rooms facing the Pizza are super noisy - music on the street doesn’t stop until 1-2 am - breakfast staff are hiding multigrain braid unless you specifically ask them - that’s pretty funny for such an upscale hotel chain. also it took 40min to bring a porridge… at dinner they also forgot about starters and brought them with the main course. not a big deal but strange… food is good. wine selection is sad.. - cleaners are entering rooms even with the “do not disturb” sign ..

The hotel is old. Four Seasons is way better. Rooms were bad. Had a noise that was fixed later on. Had a very bad small from the window. Also, some of the staff at reception do mistakes. Double charged me, and have to wait now for 2-3 weeks before receive the funds back.

The concierge service was excellent.. we were in touch with them throughout and they were very helpful

This was by far our favorite trip and the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We travel a lot for work and personal and this exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole staff for making us feel so comfortable and going above and beyond with everything from the beds to the cappuccino every morning that was made at restaurant and we were able to take up to our room. I’d also like to add at the end when we were checking out, our daughter fell down the stairs and the staff was beyond amazing trying to help console her and help me wrap her swollen ankle. Thank you again for everything.. We will definitely be back. -Coggan family

The first room we were offered was very small. We moved to a room we had stayed in before which was good.

The first room was very small but the next was fine save that the bathroom was tiny. The hotel did not remove the welcome gift left for the person who was expected to stay in the room which was poor.

well appointed comfortable hotel rooms w large walk in closet and renovated bathroom( small). location was excellent. the checkin/check out was smooth and concierge staff was excellent- very responsive with great restaurant relationships.

our travel partners had a 1st floor suite room located close to trash pickup; noisy trucks were heard all night long.

Great hotel at a great location. Staff are really nice and they really try to make your stay a great experience.

The hotel was full during our stay and breakfast was a bit noisy and chaotic. I think there was also some celebrity staying and the lobby was permanently crowded. The room was perfect but the common areas felt quite busy to the point were we had to queu to use the elevator.

This is truly an exceptional property, right in the heat of Florence. The restaurant is both informal and formal so works really well as the day progresses. The whole Savoy Team were amazing.

Noisy first at night due to Karaoke at nearby restaurant….staff moved us to another suite…handled well.

the location was perfect to explore Florence. the rooms were perfect for our family and the service was superb.

we had two junior suites for a family of five. in the second one my son was in the third bed however it was a sofa (not a sofa bed) so could have been more comfortable. also the spa is small with limited facilities.

The very close proximity to the major areas of Florence, the Hotel staff were of a very high standard, the breakfast choice was very good and to a high standard The bed and linen were excellent loved the walk in wardrobe

We had a junior suit and maybe it would have been better if the location was over the Piazza not at the end of it. Would have been nice to have balcony their wasn't any where to sit as a lounge area apart from reception area No where to sit and enjoy room dining the large sofa was uncomfortable Not enough English channel as compared to other countries, would have been nice to have had a sewing kit and show shine
