the location was exceptional, the bedrooms beautiful and comfortable
don’t get a room at the back of the hotel, it is on a service entrance and the staff leaving, the deliveries can be heard very loudly

I recommend saving the hotel's Hyatt press page. The breakfast is cheaper and the price of the room

I am not satisfied with the reservation of the hotel through Booking. They charged us more money for breakfast and the price of the room was more expensive. It is more and more expensive to pay through booking. I will now contact the hotel directly.

beautiful interior design , shiny clean, good food and has its own caffe bar and abalcony with a beautiful view
and no doubt that the staff were the best part , they knew what i needed before i would finish the sentence. they were super nice and made the stay worth it

we loved our time here because of the friendly, helpful staff, air conditioned rooms, and comfortable beds!
the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect!
the carpet flooring was uneven in some places, which tripped us up a bit.
