This elegant luxury resort is located on 21 Derb Ourbia – Medina in the Fes El Bali district of Fez where it offers the best in hospitality services as well as the finest amenities in the hospitality industry. The hotel is rated highly for its extra clean premises, superb scenic and natural setting and a friendly staff that is the envy of other hotels. The Karawan Riad Hotel offers nothing short of hospitality excellence.
The view of the city from the hotel’s rooftop terrace is breathtaking, to say the least, especially at night. Guests will find this a good place for romantic gestures.
The hotel offers lush suite options such as Suite Suhali, Suite Chergui, Suite Harmattan, Suite Dzhari, Suite Demani, Suite Zephyr and the Suite Lawaan. All these suites come with traditional standard amenities as well as mouthwatering extras.

The staff the amazing and very helpful. Went out of their way to help us and also arranged an excellent tour guide for us
The hotel quality does not match the price. The place should be at least half of what they currently charge. There’s no tv or a telephone in the room, nor is there room service. The amenities in the bathroom are terrible. Random shampoo and body wash in random unlabeled bottles. No toothbrush and hygiene products not packaged. No entertainment in the evenings either unlike their neighboring hotels which were so lively. The place was so dead already and on top of that they used to switch off the lights in the common areas after dinner too like it’s a shop and not a hotel. Inconvenient location. The staff was the only saving grace

We really enjoyed our stay. A true Riad experience in the old Medina
In the Medina. Spectacular views from
the roof top terrace. Welcoming and accommodating staff. Good 1/2 bottles of Moroccan wine.
We were in the Demian Suite accessed by the roof top. Too many stairs for us. And too many stairs within the suite.

Hidden oasis in the medina
The attention to detail in the riad is exquisite! Absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast is fantastic, and although the riad is in the medina, it felt like a little oasis privately tucked away from the hustle and bustle. 100% recommend!
