Algilà Riad, Fez

Moved to a larger room for 2 nights. Beautiful room, lovely building. Good location . Manageress was very helpful & accommodating

WiFi was slow/ throttled, so didn't use. Original room was right above entrance hall & darker than photos of a double. Manageress agreed to move us for our first 2 nights.No alcohol licence, we like to relax aren't if day in a quiet location with a beer, which is why I chose this riad, so felt I was miss sold. Breakfast disappointing, I'm sure we could have asked for more, but for the price shouldn't have to.

Close to medina market.

Location in the medina. Hard to find. Tall, narrow steps, breakfast location and quality. Small retrofitted rooms. Anybody with knee or heart issues should avoid. The typical riad courtyard was small.

Comfortable bed

Our room smelled of sewer gas. We came back to our room to find the housekeepers running water down the drain in the bathroom to diminish the odour- so they tried to lessen. The hot water tap on the bathroom didn’t turn on. Rooms old and needs some care. Wifi not very strong

Very pleasing to the eye, traditional with a touch of class. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, always smiling and prompt to meet every request.

The value for the money of the extras, food and beverage, does not compare with what you can find around town.

The location in the Medina was superb and the rooms/interior were very beautiful. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful from organizing drivers to helping you find your way in the Medina!

Very beautiful! It met all my expectations for Morocco raid. Welcome cookies are delicious. All stuff is professional and friendly. The Beef and Apricot Tagine is the best one that I ever had in Morocco.

The bed in our room was too close to the wall, a little hard to get through but not a big deal

Best option of individuals and also big groups . We was 12 persons everything was well done. Amazing staff . You dont neet to think they will do everything for you. Thank you so much from me and 12 of my clients

The riad was absolutely charming. The location is perfect if staying inside the Medina during your stay. Hassan, Rachid and Mohammed were very attentive to our needs and always ready to help.

Lots of steep stairs- but I imagine all the structures in the Medina are built the same way.

This place looked just like the pictures! And the staff were amazing. Rasheed and Hasan were attentive, friendly and ridiculously helpful. Truly appreciated their care in doing anything they could to make our stay better. My sister had an issue in her room and they immediately moved her. And when they found out it was her birthday, they took the initiative to decorate her room as a special surprise. Breakfast on the rooftop was also amazing with great views of the Medina.

I was fine with this but if you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you.

Lovely Riad with stunning decoration and furniture . Staff amazing helpful and polite helping for everything . You feel at home .

Kindness and staff

Exceptionally beautiful property in a tranquil location in the “old Medina”. We loved how friendly, helpful and attentive the staff were. Especially Mohamed and Hassan and the other young man at breakfast. The team also arranged to have a driver pick us up from Casablanca as the trains were full. And Nourdrine, the driver, was fantastic as well. Lastly, Mohamed organized a half day tour of the Medina with Hassan who was terrific. Definitely high on our stays in Morocco!

Really charming Riad, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hope one day I can return. I can't speak for other options in Fez, but I can say I am more than happy to recommend this one, stay here you won't be disappointed.

The people working there were all more than willing always to help us, treat us with kindness and smile and make our experience unique.

Everything was more than perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful and made to order. The eggs with beef was awesome! The location could not have been more perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. We are already planning a second visit!

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and a delicious dinner on the rooftop terrace. The staff was very nice.

Very nice traditional riad, with all comforts and very clean. The staff was always ready to help and efficient. Also a very good traditional dinner on the rooftop!
