Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great hotel with great people who serve you. From Mohammad and taufeeq in reception to mehdi in the drinks area, they were all fantastic.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It met my expectations and I hope they have other branches in other cities.

Pool area is the best asset of the hotel. The view is also a big plus and sunsets are really enjoyable from the rooftop bar.

nice property, well designed, nice views, room was nice, except for the carpet, good breakfast. both the restaurants were good but not great, and even though ramadan was over they did not serve any alcohol

the hotel is located in a run down area and there is construction all around except for the side overlooking the city, which is where our room was (luckily) facing. staff was nice but not too welcoming, shuttle to the old city is not free (5EU), the guide which the hotel suggested was mostly interested in us buying things (which is unfortunately typical in Morocco)

the rooms design is odd with the showers on one side of the room and the toilets on the other side. room space is not well utilized. very limited storage space, can’t imagine having to stay for a long time; especially with a family!

The breakfast is excellent, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but what made Hotel Sahrai stand out for us was their human side. Mrs. Semira applied a traditional remedy to our 8-year-old daughter with a fever. After which she kissed her on the forehead. My wife and I will be forever grateful. And of course, the General Manager, Mrs. Lamiaâ Boujnini, who organized a wonderful in-room dinner for us and took on a difficult assignment I asked for some handmade leather goods. We couldn't leave the hotel but they made everything easy and comfortable for us. Thank you.

We stayed in several 5 star Hotels during this travel and none offers a drink before check in. Not even the Four Seasons. Not sure why.

The rooms and the environment of Hotel Sahrai is super good!! And the view on the terrace outside the restaurant is great! The hotel has swimming pool with view of Medina of Fes, but unfortunately we stayed during the winter time and didn’t have a chance to swim. The breakfast is good compared to the normal hotels in Fes, they offer many kinds of fruits and vegetables. Overall recommend!

Overall good, but if you mind the location of the hotel is on the mountain near the new city which makes it quite hard to go to the Medina by yourself (hotel has taxi to drive you to the town of course and charge extra).

Since we booked two rooms, we have been received two rooms that were close to each other; big and stylish decorated. We particularly enjoyed the food, after days of Arabic cuisine, it was nice to taste again some Western flavors!

The location is not the best; it is not so close to the Medina and not in a residential area. Surprisingly, it wasn’t quiet, there was a train nearby, barking dogs and not a place to walk around easily. One day it rained and the rain came through the window, spreading into the floor. Definitely something I hadn’t expected in a 5 star hotel.

Very nice hotel. We were on a honeymoon and were upgraded to an excelent room with a beautiful view to Fez and to the rooftop and the infinite pool. We went to both restaurants for dinner, to the bar after dinner, and used the shuttle to the city center. Everything was perfect. The hotel is small but very beautiful, very clean and super confortable.

To get to the hotel the surroundings are not great. We went to the shopping mall once and the taxi refused to take us to the hotel as it was very close. However, to go to the hotel you have to climb a hill in a not so nice surrounding.

The area outside the hotel complex is fairly dirty but that’s to be expected as it is a third world country. On the whole the food offering was good - but we were disappointed with the choice on offer at the Breakfast buffet. We would have expected far more choice from a 5 star international hotel.

We had a blast there. The restaurant was amazing, the pool was dreamy, very nice and big room and we loved the breakfast as well! The staff are amazing and will help you with anything you need. We also did a Spa afternoon which was dreamy, and did a perfect amount of sight-seeing and relaxing by the pool. We only ate at the Moroccan restaurant for dinner and it was fabulous! I had read comments about the over priced drinks and the vue being ruined by the mall but that is not going to effect your stay at all! The drinks are on the pricey side but you also pay for the gorgeous views, comfort and staff.

Loved the comfort, excellent service and friendly staff. With its different restaurants, the trendy Jungle Bar at the roof-top, the Spa Givenchy or through the waters waters of the infinity pool or the indoor jacuzzi, the fitness room..this Hotel provides enough options and activities for some quality self- indulgency.

Khaoula at the front desk was very helpful. Would stay again.

Everything was exceptional from start to finish. Luxury in the heart of Fès. No ask was too much of the hotel staff who made our stay so special and went the extra mile to ensure my girlfriend had an amazing birthday during our stay. Our days by the pool were tranquil and the food and beverage variety was second to none. We also visited the sister hotel, Riad Fès, which is an absolute must for anyone coming to stay here. The shuttle transfer between the hotel and the median and Riad was seamless and we didn’t have to lift a finger all week. An amazing stay!

Overall it was a good experience.

The size of the TV. The swimming pool size and its location. it is located on the same level as the cafe/bar and it is accessible to all.

The breakfast is really poor for a 5-star hotel (i’d give it 2-stars). I’m in Morocco so I expect some typical Moroccan things during breakfast, unfortunately nothing. very limited and what they had was not good. Also a pity that we left our charger in the room when we checked out, we came back for it about 2 hours later and it was nowhere to be found, management did not really bother to look for it as well.

The staff were friendly. The room was big and had air conditioning that worked perfectly. It was very hot in morocco during our stay. Pool view was amazing. The breakfast food had many choices.

We came back to our rooms with the door unlocked twice. Something was wrong with the door lock.

Really beautiful hotel. Perched on a hill overlooking the city of Fez, great sunset views. The pool is wonderful. Rooms spacious and tastefully designed. Wi-fi was strong (we worked here a couple days with no issues). Nice luxurious way to get away from the hectic nature of the old city for a night or two if you should desire to do so.

Gym could use additional free weights. Hammam/spa services were a bit underwhelming. Aside from the breakfast, thought the on-site restaurants were quite disappointing. Especially the rooftop tapas lounge. Whatever you do, do not order the four cheeses pizza.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My wife had a minor medical issue and the staff drove me to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. It was a life saver! The beds are extremely comfortable and the views and ambiance are superb. The restaurants are a bit pricey but the hotel rooms are very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Insanely gorgeous, especially the pool. The room was also amazing luxurious, with outstandingly good toiletries - I already love nice skincare and I will be switching to the lotion brand in the room immediately! All staff was very kind and accomodating. The breakfast was very good & great variety.

We liked the location, but know it’s not walkable. Food/kitchen issues - I have some food allergies, and the kitchen had lots of trouble understanding, moreso than most restaurants in Morocco - and I speak passable French. After telling them that I could not have chickpeas they still delivered me a dish with chickpeas in it; told me there weren’t any; and when I asked what the sauce was, they said it was chickpeas. While I am sympathetic to language barriers, this felt pretty bad, and again, I have not had this issue anywhere else. The potatoes that I had as a side were amazing though! Also, the lunch menu felt a little lacking - nothing grabbed us as interesting and the dishes we ended up with were just okay.
