Best city break we’ve had. Excellent hotel and staff.
Excellent in every way. location to the old town of Dubrovnik. Beds and room extremely comfortable. Safe in room, tea making facilities in room. Spacious mini bar/fridge. High level of cleanliness and quality products and food

A wonderful experience!
A gorgeous, chic, upscale hotel in the perfect location and most beautiful views. 5 minute walk to the city walls. The staff were lovely and helped me book excursions, ferries, and cars without any hassle. The included breakfast every day was spectacular - a lovely buffet spread with all you could need, plus a menu with made to order eggs, etc. I also had a facial AND a massage which were both incredible! I traveled to several destinations in Croatia and Hotel Excelsior was by far my favorite destination. Very worth the money.
The beds were a bit stiffer than I like, but maybe that is my own preference.

Excelsior Hotel is the best choice for staying in Dubrovnik. Everything is absolutely perfect. The location, view, and design of the hotel are exceptional. All staff members are friendly, discreet, and very helpful. The service is efficient, and all facilities are spotless, clean, and well thought through. The food is really good. We particularly liked the limitless choice of healthy options for breakfast and dinner at Sensus, which was perfect fine dining.

Wonderful luxurious hotel
A wonderful luxury hotel within 5 minutes walk from the Old town. Beautiful location with stunning views , very nice staff and lovely clean, spacious rooms. We loved every second of our stay here and will be returning for sure.

Exceptional
Best breakfast I had. Period. The staff is very polite and helpful. We had a complimentary Prosecco in our room when they learnt that we were celebrating our anniversary. I enjoyed watching sunset from my window with Red Keep by the Ardriatic sea. 5 minutes walk to the old town. Perfect.

Very good
The feeling of being right on the ocean with easy access to old town. They had the most amazing breakfast. Our family really enjoyed the indoor pool/spa facility as well.
There was a problem with the air conditioning in both our rooms which in spite of our complaints of the room being too hot they were unable to fix. The children room was really bad and they had to sleep with the windows open.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old City. The property is very clean and on the water. Beautiful and conveniently located.
There is nothing that would disappoint the guests of this property. It was perfect.

One saune was out of order, other with broken sand timer. Some parents allow children enter the sauna.

In general it would have been excellent if we hadn’t this bad massage.
Friendly staff and the room and especially the beach of the hotel were exceptional.
The spa/massage were very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend. The breakfast was mediocre.
