excellent hotel. staff couldn't be more helpful. arranged late check out at short notice. highly recommend. easy to find. near to bus station and bus stops. shame pool wasn't open, but it was out of season (and rained a lot!) good choice at breakfast. room was spacious and spotlessly clean

The staff were excellent, kind, welcoming and very helpful

We did have a couple of issues with a broken television which took a bit to resolve but we were kept so busy with wonderful trips out and dining that we didn't mind.

Such a lovely place with warm and welcoming stuff, I really enjoyed my stay. Both ladies on the reception were really lovely and helped with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Rooms were really clean and you have everything you need at the breakfast.

We arrived early and our room was ready. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was excellent. Staff were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely. Even had an umbrella for us to use.

Can’t fault anything

Even though I stayed only one night the overall impressions were most favorable. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful by recommending a pizzeria nearby on a very slow Sunday evening during winter. Very clean room, well maintained, quiet, coffee, tea, sugar bags provided.

Excellent hotel and more importantly lovely staff as well. Good spacious rooms with basement parking available made our stay extremely comfortable.

The room was spacious modern and clean. I arrived quite late and after the check in time... the receptionist was so lovely and even at 10.30pm greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was a help yourself buffer style and was delicious.. and again, the staff always have time to ask you about yr trip. The location is 10 minutes from the bus station also which is handy for getting around. I was so happy with everything about this hotel and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend

We had a great stay at the property. The staff was very kind and the hotel was clean. It takes a 5 min ride to the old town and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Room was clean,spacious and comfortable. Entire personnel was very polite,friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of varieties. All in all great experience, will definitely stay here during the next visit to Dubrovnik.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. The hotel is located very close to bus stops and just a short walk from the main bus station. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Travelled to Dubrovnik in December with a colleague for business reasons. Booked two standard single rooms and a parking place. The hotel was easy to reach. At the front desk, the check in went smoothly and we were kindly offered upgraded rooms with a sea view, free of charge. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fair breakfast with different freshly made food. Excellent value for money. The car was in garage. The staff is very warm, communicative and ready to assist. Strongly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and staff were so friendly. They made us feel at home straight away.

Due to it being out of season most places to eat in the town were closed. Nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Very handy for ferries and bus station..Good number of cafes eating places and shops. Also had underground parking for 15 euros per day. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast You can ask for omlets to be made.

Crossing the road to get to it. Pavement only on one side and despite some speed bumps traffic very fast.

We enjoyed soup and tea with hot water pot! Also, even we have to leave in the very early morning, the staff prepared our breakfast

Good selection of food at breakfast, including Panna cotta with compote. Hotel is very close to bus stop into Dubrovnik old town, and close to main bus station and marina at Gruz.

High tech hotel Tablet in room is a great touch along with controls for door panel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Printed tickets for us which made life much easier. Wonderful stay and happily recommend.

AMAZING! we loved our stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was friendly and the free parking was such a nice touch. Within walking distance - lots of restaurants.

The location was great for the Ferry Port and main bus station in Dubrovnik. Only a couple of minutes walk to each. Super breakfast with a good choice.

Close to a busy road but the patio doors blocked out noise at night time.

The location is near the bus station but is in an elevated area so walking with luggages would be a bit of a problem. I wish the bar serves food since there aren’t many restaurants around the hotel.

Pleasant small hotel near Old Town with very nice staff and good breakfasts

The staff were very friendly. The location was good. It was in the new town and the bus stop to the old town was almost in front of the hotel. The breakfast was a very nice spread, there was plenty of choice.

Would have liked if the restaurant was open for light meals, but it was only open for breakfast.

The hotel is in an excellent position close to where the ferry from Bari arrives- a 5 minute walk. Very comfortable beds and a lift!! Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast

Hotel - [ ] Really pleasant & helpful receptionist on all days. Just super helpful with bus location, timetables etc. - [ ] Gave us access to room prior to 10:00am which we were grateful for as we’d had to disembark from our cruise early. - [ ] A nice spacious & modern room. Good water pressure in the shower. - [ ] Tea & coffee making facilities- a really big plus +++ - [ ] Location for cruise boats is excellent, an easy 10-15 min walk (depends where you are docked) with only one set of steps and after that, it’s pretty flat. Walking into the old town and Lapad a bit longer but doable. There are buses of course and they drive right by the hotel or you can walk one street down to the bus station. - [ ] Breakfast room is lovely, spacious and light. A nice breakfast but the big plus is the lovely friendly staff in there. It was nice to be made so welcome. - [ ] If you don’t want the hassle of dragging your suitcases up the many steps in the Old Town, we recommend you stay here.

Lovely hotel. Booked this because it was Close to the Port. Very close to bus station and only a short ride to The Old Town

The room was fine with balcony overlooking sea view in between 2 buildings. The bed was comfortable. The staff was good.

I booked 4 nights in the hotel but my flight could not land in Dubrovnik and was routed back to Athens. The second day same thing my flight could not land in Dubrovnik and was routed back to Athens. I finally arrived on the third day and stayed there the last 2 nights of my reservation. I requested a refund for the first 2 nights I wasn't there but the hotel refused to give me a refund. I offered to accept a refund for at least one night but they refused to give me any refund.

It was clean and close to the port where we were catching a cruise the following day. The room was quiet, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Only a short walk to restaurants by the dock area.

The air conditioner was not responding to attempts to change the temperature. Also the toilet flushing button was broken and unfortunately the receptionist was unable to assist in its repair.

Beds and bedding very comfortable. Nice robes. Tea/coffee and small fridge in room. Rooms quiet. Good A/C. Nice little pool. The hotel will store your luggage for you and invite you to use the facilites after check out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to the ferry port and bus depot, we came by ferry and left by bus, so it worked well for us. 35 mins walk to Old Town, easy to catch a bus or uber.
