The location close to the harbour but with easy transport links to the historical centre. Our last evening was spent dining at a restaurant of the hotel’s recommendation overlooking the marina. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

Not the most comfortable sun loungers and I would say staying at the front of the hotel is a little noisy with traffic.

The buffet breakfast and the breakfast staff were both superb. It was a short walk to the bus station and the ferry terminal. The Red History Museum is just around the corner, and is worth visiting.

Wonderful small hotel with welcoming staff and garage parking. We booked room on top floor with small balcony with view of sea. Excellent buffet breakfast with cheerful and warm Anja to take care of you and bring excellent cappucino! Room was spotlessly clean with very nice bathroom. All in all a perfect stay for our 1 night. Recommend Porat restaurant short walk away for excellent dinner featuring seafood

Only comment would be some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. Also note while buses to Old City are easily accessible, we like to walk which we did (40 minutes). In addition, hotel is right behind Gruz Port which isn’t the greatest neighborhood for nice surroundings. But fine for 1 night and perfectly safe area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, close to the ferry port and bus station. Bus to Old Town departs from very close to the hotel. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the harbor from the room.

It was close to the harbour but the property wasn’t much to look at, there was no outside space or gardens and being in a built up area there wasn’t much of a view. Swimming Pool was closed.

The Berkeley is a modern, business-style hotel which, because of its scale, feels like it’s family-run. Its location is perfect if you have a bus or boat to catch because it’s about a 5 minute walk away from the ferry port and bus station. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, breakfast is delicious, the beds are big and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! The hotel is quite close to the Old Town—just a 5-minute taxi ride. The room was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Yan at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist us with the room, parking, and transportation, and also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. He even managed to get us a last-minute reservation at a fancy restaurant in the Old Town that was about to close. It was truly a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Berkeley Hotel receptionist upgraded us to a Superior room which had a balcony facing the blue Adratic sea and mountains..Spectacular! We booked this hotel so that we could walk to the bus exchange and catch the long haul bus to Kotor the next day. Therefore it was a bit out from Old Town Dubrovnik and required an Uber drive for E3.00...which meant it's only a short drive. Hotel's breakfast had plenty of hot, cold and sweet options.

The hotel was excellent with the stand out being the staff, the ladies on reception and in the breakfast room were first rate and we were made to feel like royalty. The room was large with large bed and bathroom, was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the bus station and ferry port.

The walk back to the hotel was slightly uphill.

Very good breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. The location is good. It is 10-minute walk to the bus terminal. It's about 3-5 minutes walk to the bus stop. It took about 10 minutes to arrive at Pile Gate of the old town by Bus# 1A or 1B. There were some restaurants nearby the hotel within walking distance if want to avoid tourist traps from the old town. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The fridge was turned on, so I bought some milk and kept in the fridge. Only in the next evening, I realized the fridge wasn't cold at all. It was turned on, running with sound and heat, but no cooling. I feedbacked to the front desk and I was told that it's normal practice before the summer. There should be a signage or notice placed on the fridge, so that people won't use it.

From arrival we were treated exceptionally well. From the reception to the dining room, great attention. Must mention Anga in the dining room, she was so friendly and a great help to us.

Helpful and positive staff is worth of mentioning, so as overall cleaness, and breakfast as well, all were brilliant. Location close to bus station was plus. Many nice ways to walk to old town and harbour, stairs left their pain ro legs ;) Awsome view from the room, though balcony small on the 4th floor.

Pool was not in use on beginning of April when we visited. That we did not realize when booking. Even the weather was not hot, but still dipping once or twice a day to the pool would have been refreshing.

I have really loved the size of the room and the balcony was also fantastic place to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the breeze. Extremely recommend this hotel if you want to spend pleasant and quiet time in Dubrovnik!

We did have a couple of issues with a broken television which took a bit to resolve but we were kept so busy with wonderful trips out and dining that we didn't mind.

Such a lovely place with warm and welcoming stuff, I really enjoyed my stay. Both ladies on the reception were really lovely and helped with everything I needed. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Rooms were really clean and you have everything you need at the breakfast.

We arrived early and our room was ready. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was excellent. Staff were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely. Even had an umbrella for us to use.

Can’t fault anything

Even though I stayed only one night the overall impressions were most favorable. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful by recommending a pizzeria nearby on a very slow Sunday evening during winter. Very clean room, well maintained, quiet, coffee, tea, sugar bags provided.

The room was spacious modern and clean. I arrived quite late and after the check in time... the receptionist was so lovely and even at 10.30pm greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was a help yourself buffer style and was delicious.. and again, the staff always have time to ask you about yr trip. The location is 10 minutes from the bus station also which is handy for getting around. I was so happy with everything about this hotel and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend

We had a great stay at the property. The staff was very kind and the hotel was clean. It takes a 5 min ride to the old town and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Room was clean,spacious and comfortable. Entire personnel was very polite,friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of varieties. All in all great experience, will definitely stay here during the next visit to Dubrovnik.

Excellent! Travelled to Dubrovnik in December with a colleague for business reasons. Booked two standard single rooms and a parking place. The hotel was easy to reach. At the front desk, the check in went smoothly and we were kindly offered upgraded rooms with a sea view, free of charge. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A fair breakfast with different freshly made food. Excellent value for money. The car was in garage. The staff is very warm, communicative and ready to assist. Strongly recommended.
