Buffet breakfast with good selection. Great and accommodating staff. Had a good sleep and a room upgrade.

The location is near the bus station but is in an elevated area so walking with luggages would be a bit of a problem. I wish the bar serves food since there aren’t many restaurants around the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast was the best we have had while traveling! So many options!

Pleasant small hotel near Old Town with very nice staff and good breakfasts

The staff were very friendly. The location was good. It was in the new town and the bus stop to the old town was almost in front of the hotel. The breakfast was a very nice spread, there was plenty of choice.

Would have liked if the restaurant was open for light meals, but it was only open for breakfast.

The hotel is in an excellent position close to where the ferry from Bari arrives- a 5 minute walk. Very comfortable beds and a lift!! Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast

Hotel - [ ] Really pleasant & helpful receptionist on all days. Just super helpful with bus location, timetables etc. - [ ] Gave us access to room prior to 10:00am which we were grateful for as we’d had to disembark from our cruise early. - [ ] A nice spacious & modern room. Good water pressure in the shower. - [ ] Tea & coffee making facilities- a really big plus +++ - [ ] Location for cruise boats is excellent, an easy 10-15 min walk (depends where you are docked) with only one set of steps and after that, it’s pretty flat. Walking into the old town and Lapad a bit longer but doable. There are buses of course and they drive right by the hotel or you can walk one street down to the bus station. - [ ] Breakfast room is lovely, spacious and light. A nice breakfast but the big plus is the lovely friendly staff in there. It was nice to be made so welcome. - [ ] If you don’t want the hassle of dragging your suitcases up the many steps in the Old Town, we recommend you stay here.

Lovely hotel. Booked this because it was Close to the Port. Very close to bus station and only a short ride to The Old Town

The room was fine with balcony overlooking sea view in between 2 buildings. The bed was comfortable. The staff was good.

I booked 4 nights in the hotel but my flight could not land in Dubrovnik and was routed back to Athens. The second day same thing my flight could not land in Dubrovnik and was routed back to Athens. I finally arrived on the third day and stayed there the last 2 nights of my reservation. I requested a refund for the first 2 nights I wasn't there but the hotel refused to give me a refund. I offered to accept a refund for at least one night but they refused to give me any refund.

It was clean and close to the port where we were catching a cruise the following day. The room was quiet, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Only a short walk to restaurants by the dock area.

The air conditioner was not responding to attempts to change the temperature. Also the toilet flushing button was broken and unfortunately the receptionist was unable to assist in its repair.

Beds and bedding very comfortable. Nice robes. Tea/coffee and small fridge in room. Rooms quiet. Good A/C. Nice little pool. The hotel will store your luggage for you and invite you to use the facilites after check out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to the ferry port and bus depot, we came by ferry and left by bus, so it worked well for us. 35 mins walk to Old Town, easy to catch a bus or uber.

Stayed here after arriving off ferry from Korcula prior to flying back home next day. Good location just 5 min walk from ferry port. Beautifully decorated small hotel with comfortable beds and all spotlessly clean. Lovely presented buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pero went out of his way to make us welcome after a gruelling bus trip from Herceg Novi that was 5 hours late, making our check in very late indeed. He also extended our check out time, which was perfect for us to walk the 5 mins to the Ferry. All the staff are super friendly and engaging, the bed was excellent as was the breakfast. The outdoor pool is a bonus

Comfortable bed Good shower pressure. Aircon worked well. Nice clean pool available, we did not use. Drinks available at pool. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Staff were all pleasant. Supermarket approx 200m away (turn left exiting hotel) Downhill walk, to port area and bus to old town, approx 5-10mins.

Squeaky floorboards in room No water provided in room, need to buy from pool bar or supermarket.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very modern and clean. The pool area is perfect for cooling off during the day. Breakfast is good but nothing to write home about.

The location is a bit far from the old town but one can still manage to walk and if not there's a bus connection. The nearest beaches will also be a bit of a walk away so if you want to spend time by the sea and not the pool then look for something else.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, equipment, amenities were great overall. But what made this place a really excellent one, is their staff. They were so welcoming, attentive and helpful that it's hard to describe. Our stop at the hotel was an emergency, because my wife and my son of 2 years became ill, with both ending up at the hospital. It is during such distressed situations, when you appreciate a super helpful staff. They helped retrieve my wife's cell phone, which she lost during her cab ride back to the hotel from the hospital. They even sent someone to get her the prescribed medication from the pharmacy. Any questions about breakfast, food brought to the room, special parking request, etc were handled in a very professional and kind way. You can tell they receive a lot of guests from the US, and their service would match that of the best hotels in the US. Great job, really!!!

We only stayed one night but the room was very spacious. The breakfast had plenty of variety to choose from and close to restaurants. Bus stop was just done the road.

Without exception the staff could not do enough for you…..super helpful and generous of spirit. The pool was lovely. So special to be in the pool and see the Swifts dive down to drink.

The biggest asset of Berkeley hotel is their staff. The manager Maria, Liana and Ines at the Reception were amazing. They tried in every way to make our stay comfortable, including changing our room the second day when I requested a higher floor, even though they were fully booked. They also gave good advice about what to do in Dubrovnik, where to go and what to eat. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted, croissants, cheese, cold cuts and yoghurt oat bowls, plus delicious grilled vegetables, eggs, sausages and finally home-baked desserts. The staff at Breakfast were the best, especially Tomo and Anja, serving with happy smiles and so much goodwill which put us in a great mood at the start of our day. Anja told us to spend the day at St. Jacob's beach and it was lovely. We will surely return to Berkeley Hotel.

Lovely staff, exceptional breakfast, huge terrace and immaculate pool area.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us good information about nearby restaurants and how to get to Old Town. Pool area was nice and well maintained. Good location if you are leaving Dubrovnik on a boat, or if you want to do day trips to some of the other areas of Croatia.

If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Old Town, this isn't the place for you. That said, there is a bus stop a short walk away that will take you to Old Town and only costs 2euro

Close to harbour. Nice and clean. It was located away from the old town. About 10 minutes in taxi and 40 minutes walk to old town. Breakfast was nice. Staff are helpful and courteous. Reception staff and staff providing breakfast were exceptional and helpful. Enjoyed stay.
