Nice room location with large balcony. Handy for buses to old town

Great stay at this little hotel located very close to the Dubrovnik Port. We disembarked our cruise ship and we were able to walk to our hotel. Taxis found us easily, and we enjoyed the convenience of short rides to the Old Town. Breakfast and coffee were good, beds comfy, air conditioning worked well. We left Dubrovnik on an international ferry, hence our choice of location. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The property was clean. Breakfast was great. We liked all the staff but one.

The staff at reception ‘Elma’ must go. She is the most unhelpful receptionist you have ever met. We asked for things to do and her answer is google. We asked for how to get to old town. She said to take a bus with bad directions. The AC stopped working for one night. We complained and her answer was that even she did not has ac at her home and we should have opened the balcony - no apologies. We asked for conditioner, first she refused to believe that there was no conditioner, but finally she reluctantly gave it us. With the exception of Elma, all other staff were exceptional.

A bit far away from the main sites and old town - about a 10 minute uber ride. Very close to the ferry port so convenient to get to different islands.

A wonderful hotel right by the Port where we had just finished our cruise. The staff are very lovely, Elma at reception was delightful, she upgraded our room and gave us great tips for restaurants. We could store our luggage and sit by the pool until our room was ready. Breakfast was delicious. The room is modern and large and it suited our needs perfectly. Thank you to the staff.

Great room, comfortable and effective aircon. There’s also a little courtyard you can access from the bedroom. The pool is lovely too. A good breakfast. Handy location for the port but it’s a bit far to walk to the old town.

Location is great for getting to the Croatian Ferry systems. Quiet location not far from the Old Town, convenient via taxi or car. There is a bus but we did not use it. The breakfast service was great, excellent staff and service.

It was a very hot evening and the pool was only open until 8 or 9 pm so it was not available to cool off after a hot night in Old Town.

Excellent location - close to the ferry & bus terminal, numerous restaurants, shops and more. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The pool was an added bonus!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff, in particular, was exceptional – they helped us with everything we needed. We had to leave at 5 a.m., and since we would miss breakfast, they kindly prepared coffee, sandwiches, yogurts, and more for us to take on the road (thank you very much!). Everyone was extremely polite and made us feel very comfortable. The location was good, especially if you enjoy walking a bit. It was a little pricey for our standards, but it was worth it.

One small thing is that it would have been nice if the minibar in the room had been stocked. 🙂 It would also be nice if guests could order food to their room, without having to go outside the hotel.

Room was quiet, dark, comfortable and well equipped. Large shower and good space. Good breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Swimming pool was very cold after some stormy weather and no shade to sit under by the pool.

Great staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Breakfast was nice, breakfast staff very kind. They have a luggage room, and we were allowed to relax by the pool after check out to wait for the ferry. Many restaurants and shops nearby, ferry and bus terminal a few minutes away.

The hotel is located very close to the main bus station (there is a shuttle from the airport to the station that runs about 45 minutes after every flight), and also near to the bus stop to the old town (Pile). There are good restaurants nearby if you don't fancy a bus trip into town. The hotel itself is very clean, has good facilities, and the staff are amazing. So friendly, super helpful, and just generally a pleasure to meet. The pool area is nicely situated to get both sun and shade, and although it's not a huge area, it's rarely full of people. The water is perfect in the summer, and there is an honesty refreshment area poolside. Breakfast is super tasty, with a good range of foods for any palate, including vegetarian options.

My only issue (and it really wasn't a huge thing) was that there is a tourism tax price on drinks that isn't clear upon ordering/using the honesty tab. Something to be aware of.

Super friendly staff - every one of them, a great location near Gruz harbour - perfect if you intend travelling to Korcula, Mljet or Split etc., from Dubrovnik and clean and comfortable throughout.

Bar closed early and requires more snacks poolside.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Having parking available was great, given that it is pretty hard to find a parking spot in Dubrovnik.

AC was hard to control, I actually don't think it was possible to contoll it from the room, we had to call the reception to adjust it for us.

We stayed at the hotel due its proximity to the port. It’s a 5 minute walk down to the port (we had an early morning Jadrolinija ferry and were only stopping in Dubrovnik for a night). The staff were excellent, especially with the children. Hotel was very comfortable. Had a nice wander around the harbour in the day, swim in the pool late afternoon and then was only a 5 minute cab into the old town in the evening. Overall very happy for what we needed.

Very nice room with a terrace and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Delicious coffee. Staff are friendly while being professional and we were given help with buses, supermarket location, etc. Ten minutes to old town on the bus.

Loved the location, the pool - it was so comfortable after a 34 hour travel. They staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The receptionist Elma is so so friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and I like the location. It is quieter than Dubrovnik but near the coach and bus station. But the 1a and 1b bus is so convenient for Dubrovnik.

The mattress was a bit soft for my liking.

Incredibly friendly staff, great location in Gruz near bus station, restaurants, and port and a short bus ride to Old Town. The room was very comfortable and clean and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the balcony.

The location close to the harbour but with easy transport links to the historical centre. Our last evening was spent dining at a restaurant of the hotel’s recommendation overlooking the marina. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

Not the most comfortable sun loungers and I would say staying at the front of the hotel is a little noisy with traffic.

The buffet breakfast and the breakfast staff were both superb. It was a short walk to the bus station and the ferry terminal. The Red History Museum is just around the corner, and is worth visiting.

Wonderful small hotel with welcoming staff and garage parking. We booked room on top floor with small balcony with view of sea. Excellent buffet breakfast with cheerful and warm Anja to take care of you and bring excellent cappucino! Room was spotlessly clean with very nice bathroom. All in all a perfect stay for our 1 night. Recommend Porat restaurant short walk away for excellent dinner featuring seafood

Only comment would be some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. Also note while buses to Old City are easily accessible, we like to walk which we did (40 minutes). In addition, hotel is right behind Gruz Port which isn’t the greatest neighborhood for nice surroundings. But fine for 1 night and perfectly safe area.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, close to the ferry port and bus station. Bus to Old Town departs from very close to the hotel. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the harbor from the room.

Minibar fridge was somewhat noisy at night. No other issues
